18/05/2023 Day 36 - Today i finally fed her after 1 week without feeding. Kept almost the same feeding from last week, just removed root juice and alg-a-mic and rised MagNifiCal to 1,5 ml/L Day 37 - Today she stretched nicely and i noticed her first pre flowers so preflowering begins, next fedding i´ll add 1ml/L Alga Bloom and Top-Max and will slowly rise up to 4ml/L Day 39 - Today i fed her again, added 1ml/L Alga Bloom and 1ml/L Top-Max and rised MagNifiCal to 1,8 ml/L. Has been hot and dry these days. (for my zone). Day 40 - She´s growing well. This afternoon i sprayed under her leafs with Alg-a-mic. Soon i´ll defoliate her, so i want to give a good dose of vitamin b so she recovers beautifully. Day 41 - This morning sprayed her again before sunrise. I wont defoliate yet. Pot is already kind of light, so tomorrow is feeding day. Day 42 - Today i defoliated, did some LST and fed her. Added 0,5 ml/L Alga Bloom, making 1,5 ml/L in total. 😃

Grande ha sido el crecimiento y fortalecimiento esta semana, el consumo de agua se ha duplicado, riego profundamente cada 3 días, aunque todavía no he llegado a la tasa máxima de agua que tengo previsto para esta maceta de 15L, actualmente la lleno con 1600ml, pero en las próximas semanas llegaré al máximo que tengo previsto será de 2400ml, de momento mientras esté en crecimiento vegetativo no quiero saturar de humedad el sustrato para favorecer la expansión de las raíces. Esta semana dos riegos con Bio Estimulantes, una aplicación foliar a principios de semana y he añadido una mezcla de enmiendas secas para alimentar al sustrato y a la Microbiología La planta se desarrolla muy saludable y compacta, ajusto regularmente las ataduras de las ramas para controlar la altura e igualar, en lo que pueda, la altura de todas las plantas de la carpa de cultivo, el objetivo es conseguir una altura máxima de 70cm para todos los cultivos, todavía quedan al menos 3 semanas de crecimiento, la actual, con horario de 20/4h, y las dos siguientes con horario de floración 12/12h, mientras tanto sigo intentando aplastar mis cultivos con intensidad de luz, he habilitado mis 3 lámparas principales del dosel al 100% de intensidad y a 15-20cm de los ápices, hasta que la planta pare de crecer voy a conservar los dos COB azules y el panel, las 3 lámparas con 450nm, cuando pare el crecimiento y comience la pre flora haré un cambio radical de estas lámparas y añadiré otras, para esta temporada tengo preparado un gran arsenal de luces para floración con espectros de color con muchos rojos y naranjas imitando al sol de agosto y septiembre (2100K, 2400K, 2700, 660nm, IR, UV)... todo por la causa! Another good week come and gone. A couple of the girls needed nutrients so I add some general hydroponics blend into those that needed them. Didn't seem to make much difference yet. But they are getting into late flower. This Gorilla Cookie is my girl in this tent. She's doing well and hopefully will start turning more. Looks like she'll go the longest out of the crew. Greetings my dear Jungletamers, So a major surprise came when @MarsHydroLED contacted us and asked if would like to try out their new SP 3000 light. Being a fan of Mars Hydro for years, we of course accepted their offer. We are totally in love with this light. I was when I saw it in another grower's setup and was in awe of its output and results. So with much pride and thankfulness for the presents the Universe bestowed on us, in the form of MarsHydroLEDS offer and the bountiful harvest of the last grow, (which I am thoroughly enjoying btw, such a great weed to have grown ourselves) we start out on a new adventure that we can't wait to share with you. With many lessons learned from the previous grow, a mighty producing strain in the form of Expert Seeds Gorilla Glue #4, a.k.a Expert Gorilla's and a tweaked super soil mixture, we are setting out to hopefully get over a gram per watt, preferably 1.5. The Setup A 4.5 (140 cm) x 2(70) x 6.2 (200) grow tent, giving me a .98 m2 workspace. This space is customized to my needs. A standing fan will provide airflow through the whole grow, a top fan will help guide cooler air past my lights onto the grow. 3 56 ltr pots will be the home for the plants when they are 2 weeks old, up to then in smaller jars. The Light The leading role and star of the show will be played by the Mars Hydro SP-3000, so kindly provided by MarsHydroLED, which we will test and review here and I might say, endorse. Because of the great results, we are going to use the same recipe, adjusted some more with some new ingredients that will complete the mix and give an even more sustained super soil buffer. 20% Atami Bi-grow (very similar to ocean forest) 20% Atami worm castings 20% Atami Coco Coir 10% Hydrocorn 10% Peat powder 1 cup Fossil seaweed chalk 1 cup bonemeal 1 cup bloodmeal 1 cup Microlife 3-4 teaspoons of epsom salt 3 cups of activated biochar (activated with our own permaculture tea) I just made layers, starting with hydro corn on the bottom to aid airflow/run-off. On this I started layering the coco coir, Bi-grow, peat, castings, and amendments in a way that the more mature the plants get, the more phosphorous and less nitrogen they will find. Every time I made three layers, I would mix them by hand. This way we simulate natural soil, which consists of humic layers, composting plant waste, fungal and microbial life, and nutrients from fossilized sources. 7/11/21 - Day 50! We are almost there! Started feeding it straight water until harvest. The nutrients have done their job and they look really good. 7/12/21 - Leaving for vacation and we have someone watering for us. I will try to update it daily while on vacation. They looks so good. Dense and fat nugs all over the place. 7/13/21 - Looking good! They are almost done. We can’t wait to harvest when we get back from vacation. 7/14/21 - Looking very good! Only a couple weeks before we chop them. 7/15/21 - Back from vacation and got to inspect the plants for myself. They are awesome! VERY dense and smell great. I can see it has another week or so left. I’m just giving it water until harvest. 7/16/21 - Almost time… We aren’t going to jump the gun. Conditions are perfect so we will be patient. (Two new videos added today). We are going to chop on day 60-63. 7/17/21 - We will be chopping in 6 days. They are on track. We are very excited. Check out all the pics and vids above!

Grow report week 6: The recovery and the training Hello dear growers and growerettes, it’s time for an update on my grow. My plants have completed the sixth week and have grown further. But they also mastered some challenges that I will tell you about. The recovery This week I had to save my plants that suffered from a nutrient deficiency. The reason for this was the combination of osmosis water and BioBizz fertilizer, which the plants did not like. I came across reports on the internet that reported the same problems and switched back to normal tap water. The plants already started to turn yellow and showed signs of a calcium/magnesium deficiency. On the day of realization, I fertilized the ladies with normal tap water, as well as twice a week a mix of water, Acti-Vera and Fish-Mix from BioBizz as a foliar fertilizer. To be on the safe side, I watered two liters per plant today after almost complete drying out of the pots, which is a lot, but I wanted to make sure that the soil is equally well supplied. Since I have fabric pots, I worry less. I believe to recognize that the plants will make it, as their development has improved greatly. The next two weeks will show it. The training This week I continued the low-stress training and bent and tied the plants further. The low-stress training is a method to gently bend and tie the plants to improve the light distribution and air circulation. The goal is to keep the plants low and wide and promote more side branches and flower clusters. The training works very well with the gained experience now. The plants are bent in one week and will then be allowed to come up again. I hope all the work will pay off despite the short weakening of the plants. The outlook I am very satisfied with the result of the sixth week. My plants have recovered well and trained and have shown great growth. I look forward to the next two hopefully healthier weeks. Oct. 04 - I've seen Magic Melon do well in a fairly small pot, a tiny pot may be pushing it but I'm willing to try, even if it takes some extreme measures I wouldn't otherwise perform on an auto like topping and heavy defoliation. At 6:00am I put a seed (fresh from the refrigerator) into a moist paper towel, sealed in a baggie, sandwiched between two magnetic sheets, on a plate with a smaller plate overturned to cover then placed on top of a refrigerator. Oct. 05, 7:00am - The shell has cracked and a small taproot has started growing. I placed the seed into the soil in the tiny pot, covered loosely and gave a little plain water. Oct. 07, - The sprout broke through the surface.

Welcome to the start of week 5 for Queen Citronella. She has developed a thick stem and really short internodal spacing. She responds willfully to LST. Day 29.5: Repotted. Look at those roots!! This is a special plant. Day 30: There was brief transplant shock as I forgot to flush the medium to correct PH... she's bounced back today. Queen Citronella has almost outgrown Karen who is 2 weeks older. Day 31: Happy one month birthday your majesty! Swelling in every direction. Starting to gain height. Day 32: I've noted a sudden uptick in thirst. In an unrelated note I have added a little 15w LED above her at about 10cm. I doubt it'll make any noticable difference but it's in there anyway as I use it for photos, so it may as well be on. Day 32.5: Have removed approx 20 fan leaves and performed further LST. Day 33: Look how fast Queen Citronella responds to LST and defoliation. She has gained 1cm in the last 24 hours and now stands at 25cm. Day 34: 26cm. Day 34.5: Fertigated. Added pot risers and adjusted pot. Performed further LST on lower nodes. Performed HST on some higher nodes just for practice. Day 34.75: Fertigated 4l Day 35: She didn't gain any height at all that I can tell, but she has put on a lot of leaf growth in the last 24h. So here we are at the end of week 5, and Queen Citronella is starting to take her regal form. Slightly alarmed by the yellowing new growth but her growth rate has stepped up again so it may be just normal. I'll keep an eye on it. Once I can take enough clones I'll cut her back a lot. For now she can grow as much as she wants. Citronella now smells citrusy, if you brush against her it's quite strong. Defoliated approx 6 fan leaves.

10-1 Day 2 week 3 of flower. The roof was on fire, ppm 9k, fire dept came, put it out, ppm 1750. Still a amber burning, maybe it will settle! Ph 7.2 Doesn't seem too mad atm! Ouch . Looked up my water report all I could find was mag ppm7 out of tap. Nothing about cal. It makes complete sense, I have an issue with cal/mag every time. Still figuring it out. I would have never figured this out. Ty amazing people!! 10-5 Water .2 mg epson per liter. Cal/mag, yucca Fingers crossed. 🤞 So maybe I have soft water and need to add. Gonna just use dolomite lime next grow and for now on I guess. 10-6 1/4 cup poo, 3 tbs buildaflower, scoop connect. .

Just been watering when I notice the soil is dry

Gorilla cookies is a great beginner plant. I had my humidifier too close to GC early on causing rust spots. Week 6 there is no signs of rust spots and growth is consistent with the bigger plants in the tent. I was thinking this plant maybe behind given the rust spots, it caught right up, healthy hardy strain.
