Another week and flower and all is good! happy vibes in the tent, plants transitioned well even with some technical errors like power cuts etc. Looking forward to the late stage of flower, structure is beautiful !!

Day 31 and she’s looking gorgeous and smelling danker everyday. Loving the number of tops she has going on, and her size is incredible. Definitely one I will remember. Drinking about 3 gallons per day with res changes twice a week. Was defoliated once to help with light penetration.

Start of week 5 for Space panda Really starting to fall in love with the bud structure of this strain😍 Pictures dont seem to do justice to how fristy she really is. While we have the 2nd pheno now in week 2 shes deserving a little defoliation to let her lowers get some light.

This week has been great, I keep thinking I’m gonna over fees her but everything I give her she eats up and seems to want more.

35 days!! my project with the @Fastbuds girls, on the north balcony of the house continues:) the weather was better this week, which the girl really liked, it started to grow quickly:) although flowering will start soon, but I still have a few weeks for its growth, so I can only hope for better weather and lots of sun:) good luck to everyone :).

ZodaZa - Umami Seed Co. Day 81 - watered with 3L of RO tap water, with defined nutrients, mixed in order and then pHd to 6.3. 🚿 She has been working hard on bulking her flower this week and has dried back much faster compared to the previous weeks, so I've increased her water volume from 2 to 3 liters 💪🏻 I've removed a couple of her larger fan leaves to improve overall light penetration, but other than that, I'm just letting her do her thing 🙏🏻☘️

Switching them into flower after 8 weeks of veg. Going to get some nutrients this week as well. I decided to downsize and keep the biggest strongest plants and adopting out the rest.

Maintains moisture with spray bottle and watering less than a 1/4 cup every few days starting 12/18. Cream Cheese with humidity dome germinated but didn’t root, reburied and now have 100% direct sow sprouts.

3rd week of Flower is over without any issue. Lollipoped them all end of the week and applied an heavy defoliation. Rearranged pots’ heights for the final time as the stretching is over and moved the bottom isolating fan to the left hand side. Also set the target VPD to 1,5 with 24 Celcius Target Temp. Finally got my buddy to come out and add in a 20 amp outlet so I can fire up a better light. Still using quantum boards but with a 4500k spectrum. Got in a foliar with the Growzyme from green buzz liquids. Fed them right before I took the pics they look a little sad but hopefully they bounce back quickly. Not much else going on. Harvest: Everything dried up to 347 grams + 96 grams of super high quality trim. Overall I am not too pleased with the smoke of the product. Although the bud size, bag appeal, smell and taste are pretty much all there, the shitty burn is a deal breaker for me and the majority of this weed is quite frankly useless. Another downside is while smoking I’ve found 4 seeds in an ounce from almost every strain. Light leaks? At least I learned a ton, including how to get super good burn for my next crop. I’m hoping that curing for a month or so will improve the burn but I wouldn’t really count on it. I have seen weed dried for 4 days with no cure and no flush smoke clean and not go out once. I have been told that the key to white ashes/clean burn is proper mineral content in the soil and there is tons of scientific studies on cigar ash going back 100 years. Plants grown in a medium with high levels of decomposing organic matter, phosphorus, magnesium, chlorine and heavy metal ratio tend to produce black/grey ash. Whereas plants grown in a medium with a higher ratio of trace minerals like calcium carbonate and potassium in the form of wood ash, rock dusts, oyster shell flour and lower levels of decomposing organic matter will produce a dense, uniform white ash that rarely goes out. But this is still all theory until I test it to confirm for myself a few times. My last few outdoor harvests did not improve with curing at all so I’m hoping this will be the missing link. Plain peat moss and coco clearly lack essential minerals that help burn. If said theory is correct I should find a synthetic nutrient line with more trace minerals. Makes me wonder if growing if rockwool/basalt rock could improve burn in a hydro setup. I think I did a fairly decent job for my first grow. I went wrong in a million different places but I still stuck it out and got some decent herb. Things went wrong early when I got black spot mold, nitrogen/magnesium deficiencies and powdery mildew. I corrected most of it but things didn’t get really bad until mid veg when I intentionally skipped a few feedings and defoliated quite heavily stunting the plants. I also didn’t even top or start LST until the 6-9th node which was really stupid and hurt my yield. My temperatures were all over the place from the learning curve. I was severely overwatering without realizing it. 100% peat moss is a shitty medium. I also fed way too late in flower (not what caused shitty burn). I also used synthetic nutrients in soil. Grape Walker Kush is massive. Very pleased with these plants. Super Orange Haze is also doing great, just more normal size, not as massive as GWK. SOH is also slightly behind GWK in bud stage.
