Hello. This is the end of week 2 and the beginning of week 3 of flowering. I think I'm off by a week, it might be the end of the 3 week, but I'll leaves it like it is. It's sometimes hard to tell with outdoor plants , like autos, when they go into flowering, because when the plants go into their first week of flowering they don't show anything different.. It's in the second week that you can see a small difference. But I'll leave it like it is. OK. Got these girls into the main part of the greenhouse on Sun afternoon. Bent a few branches and broke one. Put a few paper splints on a few bent branches but they will heal. Measured them yesterday to find the tallest Plant #4, at 80 inches and Plants #1 and #5 at about 70 inches. Plant #3 is definitely different looking, More indica in that one. Lots of resin and smell too. Plant #3 smell of sour and gas but I can smell the biscuit smell and it can be a bit earthy too. The others are all sativa looking plants, and will probably take longer to finish. Hoping for no white powdery mildew to show. I can see it on some other outdoor plants now but not in here yet. OK. Doing good day 2 flower on the first week

8/2: Everybody is potted up in a 3 gallon pot now. I sprayed them all with Boom Boom Spray one day, and foliar fed with kelp and Superthive all week. They got their first real feeding with TPS One and seemed to like it. I also gave them a little molasses.

5/23/2023 Week 7- Day 1 of Flower (Day 110 overall) (Day 49 of Flower) There was a couple of small super small sucker buds on the lower stocks that needed to be cleaned off but that was it. Just watching them Flower!! 5/24/2023 Week 7- Day 2 of Flower (Day 111 overall) Tucked a few fan leaves below lower buds but didn't see any blatant offenders that needed to be removed. I typically do start my checks in Week 8 but since this is a new strain I decided to go ahead and do a Trichome check just to see what was what.. Just as I thought nothing but clear glassy Trichomes. I will check again in one week.... 5/25/2023 Week 7- Day 3 of Flower (Day 112 overall) Just letting them grow today!! Smell is getting stronger I would say it is a hint of Pine and a heavier fruity smell. 5/26/2023 Week 7- Day 4 of Flower (Day 113 overall) I did Nothing but took some pics and I enjoyed it!!!! It is nice to be able to just sit back and watch them on auto pilot.. :-) Tomorrow Water Change Day!! 5/27/2023 Week 7- Day 5 of Flower (Day 114 overall) I admit it.. I had to defoliate a little bit.. I looked in while changing the water today and there were just a couple blatant offenders blocking the light from lower bud sites and those leaves they just had to go. Loving a few of these buds they are starting to beef out very nicely. I did start to setup my Dry space as well as did a Trichome Check today and the brown tips are coming in nicely. 5/29/2023 Week 7- Day 7 of Flower (Day 116 overall) Found a few baby sucker buds trying to form so I removed them. Other than that I am enjoying watching her mature. I also started my Reverse of the Clone I took 6 weeks ago in Apr from #3. The Sour Diesel uses a lot of nutrients, grows fast and responses well to LST and Topping. I have 3 Jelly Donutz from Humboldt Seed company in the back that i just planted 2 days ago. The flowers are starting to form, and I’ve decided not to follow the fertilizing schedule recommended by the manufacturer. I’m concerned that adding more nutrients at this stage could lead to over-fertilization. There’s good airflow around the lower part of the plant, and soon I’ll apply a preventive antifungal treatment, since the environment here tends to be humid during the winter due to frequent rain.
