Before diving into the details, let’s start with a note on my flowering timeline. While this is Week 4, I don’t start counting flower days the moment I flip to 12/12. Instead, I wait for the plants to show true signs of bloom. It’s a small but significant distinction that keeps things accurate and aligned with the plants’ development. 🌱 Defoliation: Timing is Everything! Defoliation is a critical part of the flowering stage, and I typically wait until Day 21. However, this week, I tackled it earlier on Day 17 because: 1️⃣ The room was simply too full. 2️⃣ And most importantly—the Papaya Zoap had other plans! She’s a fighter—determined, defiant, and constantly reaching for the moon. Despite intense training like super cropping, she’s still pushing upward, nearly outpacing the LED lights. Challenges like this remind us of a simple truth: gardening mirrors life. It’s about resilience, adaptation, and unwavering determination. 💪 This week, I added a second SCROG layer. While this net will support the flowering colas, it’s also there to strategically manage the Papaya Zoap. Why? Because experience has taught me that if she grows out of the LED’s range, she won’t finish properly—and that could disrupt the balance for every other plant in the tent. It’s all about teamwork, even in the garden. 🌟 Defoliation was intense, removing nearly all the leaves with stems to clear space and boost airflow. The tent now looks dramatically different! This marks the start of a new chapter, and I’m incredibly curious to see how the plants react to these changes. Flower day 31 - Having a little trouble with the temperature getting higher than I would like because my dehumidifier puts off some heat while it’s running so it’s been a constant struggle to keep the environment in this tent stable! Definitely will not have so many plants next run lol, but all in all the ladies are growing great & I can’t wait to see how they turn out! 04.08.2024 high heat weave this week, we hit 38°c with 80% humity almost all day. But what a massive stretc almost tripple in size. FastBerry still show leaf and node mutation but grow really well. By the end of the day i find a masive egg invassion on one leaf of the fast berry, no idea whit it is, and dont really want to wait to see what have decide to turn my lady in a breading chamber. the leaf have been removed and throw away in the fire bin. The camber berry have been treat with my neighbor garden insecticide in prevention of further attack.

Although I am not a Super grower, I have not grown many plants, but for this girl, there were definitely bigger ones, but were there any more beautiful ones than this one?, I highly doubt it :) she looks fantastic, the finish is very close :)))) @FastBuds gorilla cookies auto. with small space, high temperature, high humidity, it copes without major problems :) which makes me very happy :) good luck to everyone :)

Ok day 31 and these girls are beginning to show signs of flower.I did some light defoliation and top dressed with Gaia green power bloom which should feed them through the short explosive flowering cycle.Ill just use plain water and add recharge every week until they finish.Later on this week I will add a bamboo scrog net I made to spread the branches out and remove the photos to another tent :)

Sat 7/8: - Transplanted a runted Purple Lemonade auto into a small plastic pot (1/2 litre), from 3 gal fabric pot. Put it back in the veg tent where there is more room. It is wasting space in the flowering tent. Suspect over watering early on as issue. - Shifted a Grapefruit auto from the veg tent to the flowering tent to replace the Purple Lemonade. A little early, so it is on a pedestal to reach the canopy. - Planted a Fastberry and a Gorilla Cookie auto. - Harvested 20g wet from the CBD20:1 (8w). Sun 8/8: - Changed light cycle from 18/6 to 20/4. - Fed plants, varying mixture by plant age. CBD20:1 is now only on water at every feed. - Tied main stem down on Grapefruit auto (3w). - Set up endoscope camera to capture the Grapefruit response to LST. - Continued lollipopping Strawberry Pie (5w) and Kosher Cake(4w). Tues 10/8: - both the Gorilla Cookie and the Fastberry seeds popped. I’ve put them under icecream containers in the veg tent so they don’t dry out too quickly. Wed 11/8: - Small targeted watering with no feed. Thurs 12/8: - feed plants that needed to be watered. Sat 14/8: - Harvested the remaining CBD20:1 at 9 weeks, 73g wet - Harvested undersized Lemon Pie at 8 weeks, 26g wet. - Planted a Gelato auto and a Wedding Cheesecake auto from Fast Buds. Got the trellis net up, got about an inch of new cola growth, should be long enough to bend soon...might top agian at that point. DLI is at 47 light at 70 percent. Adjusted light height to dli and Upped to 7 this am.

Day 37 11/30/2021- Welcome to week four of flower. I see lots of trichomes everywhere and the smell is starting to pick up as well. Day 39 12/02/2021- Water day for them. Also camera needed update but made it work. IOS/ANDRIOD PAR METER APP. Day 40 12/03/2021- Lots of trichomes everywhere. Buds are also forming up nicely. Day 42 12/05/2021- Just water this girl today. Mystery Made 2 already stopped showing male traits. I only plugged 3 or 4 there in total. Melonade Runtz on the other hand still is developing but I have the feeling that it is slowly getting better. All in all they look amazing and are growing very nicely. The trichomes are also developing great!

Howdy doody folkeroonies! decided to chop the one which was showing some brown trichomes. Glad i did as finally have enough room in the grow tent without everything squishing together! I’ve got it drying in a box. Not sure if no airflow is an issue, I've asked this in Questions. One of the GSC’s is a little purple, brown. So nice looking and fat buds too!! Going away for 2 nights so planning on flushing all tomorrow morning before heading off. 1 plant chopped, 3 left to go. Probably another 2 weeks max before they’re all chopped.

Last week it was time to harvest Jack Herer Auto - the number of amber trichomes was getting too high for my taste. Unfortunately my chronic illness flared up massively, making it very difficult to get the harvest done in time. After everything was done and the last bud chopped down, I switched off the camera that I quickly threw on the tripod to film the defoliation and harvest, I realized, I have completely forgotten to take any before photos. So, there aren't any. All you get is 2 videos and two photos post harvest. There might be some additional photos and videos when trimming the buds and some of the grove bags for curing. Other than that, Jack Herer grew tall and beautiful, sativa dominant in structure, with plenty of bud sites, trichomes and terpenes - but the buds ended up being quite airy, larfy. Not sure if that's due to the heat wave and higher temps before that. It's not the end of the world either, the buds are super sticky, they smell absolutely delicious, and I'm sure they'll be very tasty.

Following the plan, the girls are beautiful and were already quite big during this stretching phase. I hope everything continues as it is now during this growth and weight gain phase. For the rest, just wait for time to pass. 🌱🌿✌️✌️
