Very easy strain to grow. I grew the White Critical Express previous to this grow, I really liked it and wanted to try growing an Autoflower so I went for the Critical 2.0 and it was worth the grow.

So far so good! Everything is moving along nicely, halfway through week 7 and we are starting to see the first signs of them slowing down, got a few red hairs now and things look like we might see a harvest at week 9-10 I’m thinking. Hopefully be a couple pounds in here this time...lol it’s looking promising anyway, we are on day 45...ish and these girls are packin on the buds and if we push them to 10 weeks we still got another 25 days for them to grow and develop. There all starting to show signs of pk deficiency’s now, I upped the nutrient dose slightly but still progressing slowly through the older leaves. Plants are also nearing there end of life so they are expected to do this. I’ve been trying to go the “less is more” method with this tent this time as I always tend to push them hard nutrient wise, and this time I wanted to see what I got doing the opposite and giving them just what they need and not to much, seems to be going good so far anyway, we will see in a few weeks time I guess. The harvest of the first medusa F1 hybrid at day 93 after germination. The trichomes were starting to turn amber. I probably could have let her ripen for a bit longer. I am amazed how fat she has gotten, the weight of the flower is too heavy for the branches. Way to go RQS for breeding such a fast growing autoflower. She is already in the drying tent for 5 days now at a temperature of 19 °C with a humidity of around 55-60%. I want a nice and slow drying process to preserve the terpenes and cannabinoïds. This will take about 2 weeks in my opinion, when the branches start to give a clean snapping sound when bending. I will make a harvest blog once the flowers are dried and I have weighed the buds for the yield. This lady only received some LST and a little defoliation throughout the entire grow. I also dont flush the plant at the end since this myth was debunked by a scientific article. A flush is only needed if you overfed the plant. Dr bruce bugbee also confirmed this. The dry tent smells of hay/grass, which is logical because the plant still has a lot of chlorophyll inside. Untill the harvest blog! Check my other Medusa F1's for the progress of the experiment. These are the last images before harvest. I turned the lights off and will let them be in the dark for 24+ hours. I will then proceed cutting/hanging and drying them.

Was a kinda busy week kinda lapse on #1 got a bite of spider mite prob from a near by tree...also breed a branch will see how successful that was #2 is jus doing her thing can't complain no issus

Day 59: There is little left to my first harvest in 2019. As buds continue to swell and resin starts to see some orange pistil. I think that in order to complete the cycle of these six Gorillas, there are only a couple of weeks to get to the standard eleven weeks. The smell of the resin is very strong and I have to ventilate the room several times during the day. Given the approach of the first harvest I put some other seeds in the soil. 😄 P.S. I chose one of the predominantly indica plants for the first taste. This plant has received only water for the last five days instead of the usual 10/12 and although I would have to wait another 10/15 days before it is completely dry, this Saturday I will break some buds smaller and I will smoke it 😋 Once the first plant has dried, and the crop is tasted, I will add more data such as flavor and real definitive weight. For the remaining five plants I will follow all my standards without breaking basic rules and I will make a progressive crop. March 10, Day 69: Final taste and effect ratio for the first plant. The exact weight of dried buds, excluding the wads, sugar leaves and small branches is 58 grams. Even having pushed all the final procedures to the limit, the product is fantastic. No chemical taste despite the short flushing. Yesterday was my birthday and I got to smoke a lot (about 45 grams) in the company of twenty friends, everyone appreciated the taste and power of the effect perhaps amplified by some beer, but still very strong. No one has coughed, the smoke goes down smooth and clean and the effect is practically immediate. The terpenes of limonene and pinene dominate every flavor. The aftertaste is fresh and sweet and smoking a lot at the end the limonene prevails. For a final consideration on the edible taste I will have to wait to have made some butter to make biscuits or brownies. As I wrote the effect is very strong, salt immediately and at the beginning seems energizing, but shortly after passing the joint hits you with a baseball bat to the back of the neck 😵 After the fifth joint you are now on a psychedelic journey and you will continue to laugh for hours. At the moment I do not have a THC analyzer (object I want to buy in the future) but based on my personal experience I think it is well over 20%. Stimulates appetite, thirst (excellent if combined with a double malt blond beer) and can be used to effectively fight insomnia. 👊

3rd week of flower , I’ve started the boost at 1.5ml per litre , both my lights are about 6-7” away from the tops of the plants and are not causing any issues . I’ve lowered my humidity to 45% in the day and about 55% at night , had to purchase a decent dehumidifier and put it outside the tent . Gave them there last lollipop and defoliation on end of week 3 .Will only take some fans leaves off when needed from now

I struggled with this plant the whole grow cycle. She still came out alright in my opinion. She did foxtail due to heat. For a first photoperiod grow in DWC I did good in my opinion. Learned a lot more, and been applying those techniques now. She grew under a Spider Farmer SE5000 light in a New Level Hydro bucket. I used hygrozyme during grow. Getting pretty concerned about this little lady. Though this spotting issue could be a number of things but so far iv had no luck correcting it. I had my twnt fan break down leaving me with only my exhaust inline fan and passive intake. Thought maybe this cause condensation leading to light burn, but have since gotten a new fan and new spots apear. Thought maybe calcium or magnesium exess as i was using quiet a bit if Cal Mend to correct an earlier deficiency. So I fed only Micro Gro and Bloom with so UC roots and still spots are apearing. Im going to try readjusting my nutes and lowering the concentration to do a flush and fingers crossed because IDK how much worse this can get before we git the point of no return. March 12, Did a flush today. 5 gallons water + 95ml of Clear by Dutch Nutrients throughout the hydroton. Did this 3 times. Then did a reservoir change with adjusted dosage of Nutes.

And the week 3 has started. Buds started to grow. Plants are looking strong, looks like the PH is optimal finaly. There is a nice, citrusy and skunky smell already. Tough colas.

24-07-21 Week 5 Flowering Day 34 🙌🏻 I apologize if I'm not active lately I've been busy and haven't had time to upload any updates. 😬💚 Today we are in the fifth week of flowering! As you can see two plants are missing..😅 That have been removed from the tent due to (hermaphroditism) I don't know what caused this. But I only managed to save the Meringue which is growing outside, she is fine now and in shape! I removed her because I found a seed on her, at the time of the beginning of the general flowering of the plants. While the K-Mintz I had to kill her because she kept growing only seeds without seeing any female sex signs. I didn't have choice. Leaving the latter, the survivors are the Lemon Tree and the Mimosa. I'm really happy with them! They are strong despite having had some problems due to wrong PH value (7.1) now it seems for a week to have corrected the right value bringing it to 6.5 at the drainage of the plants.
