I started germination of 3 Crystal Candy fv beans on 29/12/2020. I pre moistened my rockwool cubes with ph balanced water to 6.4. Made sure the plugs were just damp and not soaked. Using a small wooden dowel I increased the size of the plugs pre made holes. Than I sowed my beans into the holes. Ripped off a small piece of rockwool and mulched it up. Lightly filled the holes in with the mulched rockwool. Than stuck the plugs into a misted humidity dome, to complete germination. Shouldn't take anymore than 4-5 days to see some sprouts. Once I see some cotlydon leaves bursting to the surface. I will get the plugs planted into some 1 gallon pots. Plus get these ladies situated into their home. Cant wait! This is my first look at this variety so I have no background information on experience for this one. But I will get some from this grow, and if shes blessed. There could be a second run in the future.

Great strain to grow, had no problems. Quality is amazing. Best Autoflower taste and smell I've grown so far. Very strong and frosty. The stickiest Auto I've grown. Definitely recommend it

Everything is going AMAZING! I have started giving her some fox farm big bloom every other feeding. As you can see she's flowering now. The smell is very strong and sweet. Additionally, one set of nodes just split into 2 growth tips as if I had topped it. I've never seen anything like that before. So far I have nothing but good to say about SpliffSeeds!

1/30/23 The tent is happy and flowering beautifully. This week I started using spinosad to get rid of thrips. The lady bugs have been helping so far but they aren’t killing all of them and they are dying fast. All plants doing well, no big issues to report. I have noticed that the two that I brought in last week were a little shocked by the higher light and had some photo issues and turned light green. But they’re recovering.

12/28 - growing nicely, plenty moisture so feeding will be a while. 12/30 - updated my feeding chart after some conversation with NPK rep. I will be removing the shoots from the "node 2" branches, then topping "node 2" and "node 3" branches later this week. Update: removed 2 shoots from node 2 branches, 2 left as they are smallish. 12/31 - she is doing really well! I may start training the branches sideways tonight! Happy New Years from BlumenBot!!! Shared a time-lapse video too! Update: trained her a bit 1/1/21 - made it to 2021! I removed the restraints for not to let her grow a bit more without additional stress. Hoping to feed Sunday 1/2 - restraints are back in place, mixed some feeding for tomorrow 1/3 - fed her then tried to train her and broke one of the 2 main branches right at the main stem....trying to graft it back together with some tape...not the first time I've broken a branch but the first time its completely broken off....we shall see how this goes....fuck! RAW feeding: 2L Distilled Water 2G Grow 0.18G Phosphorus 2G Microbes Grow 0.13G Enzymes 0.63G Amino Acids 6.0pH 676ppm 71.8*F Update: abandoning the graft attempt and just putting the broken branch in rockwool and right in the soil more or less in its original spot...experimentation at this point... 20 mins later the cut branch is already perking up!

Greenhouse feeded one is struggling under the high intensity of the light. But still growing frosty buds. Advance Nutrient one is smaller and is receiving less light. She is still recovering from the earlier accident though.

🌱: topdressed her with Dolmite Lime on day 16 💧 : 4l 💡 : Dli: 35 mol/m²/d 🤔: Back from mountain biking on day 16, she survived my absence well, but looks a bit yellowish. After my experience with the Amnesia Haze https://growdiaries.com/diaries/256489-fast-buds-amnesia-haze-auto-grow-journal-by-hinterhofgrower#weeks/1485085, I'm adding some Dolomite Lime to the soil as a preventative measure to avoid the CalMag problem. I watered the dolomite lime into the soil with 2 liters of 2ml/liter Supermix, also to give the upper roots more NPK. What she can draw from the reservoir through capillary action doesn't seem to be enough yet. As an Indica dominant, I didn't top her but removed the bottom two branches and try to keep the central branch under control by removing leaves. In total, I now have 5 main branches.

Impressive week! They love the higher amount of nuts, they probably tripled in size this week. They shoot branches quite asymmetrical, and dozens of them! Very fast-growing strain! They both showed a small sign of a CalMag deficiency, which stopped after I increased the amounts of both Cal and Mag and I also kept giving them extra CalMag foliar. They got topped the second time this week.

Super stoked for last week, watching her flower is pretty incredible, so from pretty much week 9 of veg up till now I've been feeding her half strength base nutrients with fluctuating strengths of sensizym and Cal-Mag always mixed with 8L of basic filtered water. Update January 5 2020. Back from my fishing trip! Happy to say that everything with the durban is going swimmingly, I fed her today 8L with half strength base nutrients and half strength of sensizym. I will probably do one more feeding with sensizym and call it good.. in two-three weeks I will start adding my Overdrive nutrients to my base. January 11 update: Not much going. Just playing the waiting game now. January 13 update: its gotten really cold here, like -37 with wind so I put a ceramic heat emitter back in, now back up to 250w heat running 24/7. Growing in an unheated shop is definitely a challenge! But with the other one in things are picking up and shits drying out finally. Should have put the other heater back in a week ago. My bad. January 15 update: -37!! Holy fu*ck, fed her 3L of mixed nutrients at half strength. With just a splash of overdrive. January 17 update: outside temps finally warming up to -25°c yay!! Inside grow box temps up to 28°c she likes it warm, Fed her the remaining food I had mixed up, she got about 5L. Seeing fattening of the bud sites👀👌 January 19 update: No idea when this happened but it did.. got a crack right at first top. Now I know to leave more of stem above where it splits off into two. Quick tape fix till I figure it out, fed her 5L of mixed food with just under full strength OverDrive and some organic growth plus.. it has a high pk so I'm using it once. More updates to follow. My Strawberry Gorilla Automatic from Fast Buds is now in its third week of flowering, and I couldn’t be happier with how she’s progressing. She looks incredibly healthy, with vibrant green leaves and strong branches. The stretch phase is nearly over, and she has developed a solid structure with a well-defined main cola.🌱 One of the most exciting changes this week is the first appearance of trichomes on the main bud. Under the light, they’re starting to sparkle, hinting at the resin production that’s about to take off. The buds are forming nicely, and I can already smell a faint but promising aroma developing. So far, she’s responding well to the nutrients and environment, with no signs of deficiencies or stress. If she keeps going at this pace, she’s going to be a real beast by harvest time.😊

08.07.2025 Flowering day 9 and rooting day 9. Both, flowers and roots show up now.

18/02: The plants sugar leaves are starting to turn yellow being a good sign they are nearly done. Added more cable ties as again the colas are getting too heavy for the actual stalks. Should be a good harvest. Few more days on the nutes then to flush.

Still waiting for trichomes to amber up⏳ This is a very enjoyable grow using LST. Much more time consuming but I enjoy gardening so it's great for me. I'm excited to see harvest amounts with LST💚🤗 I've moved both Gelato & Younger Zkittlez into a colder dimly lit room to hopefully enrich their colors. I will be harvesting them in the next day or two. I've moved the two remaining mother plants into the smaller grow tent to finish flowering & I moved the clones to the larger grow space finally!
