Diaries updated daily so please check back! Welcome to day 1 of week 4 aka day 22 since breaking ground. Nesia continues to impress, being by far the most advanced plant for her age that I have grown so far. I am very excited for this week in particular. She is following Karen's pattern exactly, except without the three week bad start. By the end of this week I expect she will be 50cm in diameter at least. Day 22.5: Performed LST on secondary nodes. Day 23.5: Fertigated. Adjusted pot and added risers. Performed some brutal LST. She's growing almost completely horizontal now. My plan is to train her around the pot circumference. She's currently about where Karen was at the end of week 5. She is consistently 10-11 days ahead of Karen so far. Exciting. Brutal LST honestly I'm basically torturing her at this point. Day 23.75: Fertigated 3l Day 24: Nesia has put on a lot of foliage growth in the last 24h. I am noticing a pattern here with defoliating, it seems that the plants seem to alternate between focusing on foliage growth and focusing on height. I am starting to think regular defoliation may reduce internode distance and stretching. I am going to test this theory a bit by letting both Nesia and Misty grow a bit now before I further LST the primary node. Removed a few fan leaves. Day 26: Reconfigured tent. See video. Nesia now has more light. Incidentally, I believe I have now corrected the Magnesium deficiency, colour is looking great, growth accelerating rapidly. I did say this would be an even bigger week than last and it is certainly shaping up that way. Fertigated 2l. Day 27: Performed major LST and minor defoliation. Nesia is really growing well. She fills the big pot already. I severaly pruned the companion plants to make room for Nesia. I also reorganised the tents and configuration again while installing upgrades. New reflector. Much bigger carbon filter. Airflow and light both increased and optimised. See video. Day 28: Nesia has responded quite strongly to the LST and defoliation yesterday. Nesia has not been watered for 48h. I am doing a short "dry spell" for all the plants. End of week summary: Well what a great week for Nesia. She hid a lot of her growth under massive leaves until the LST on day 27. I was pretty hard with her, and I aslo defoliated. She saved us a big surprise for the end of the week. Can you believe the response 24h later? That is quite shockingly good adaptation. I am certain that the reason she responds so strongly, is because by now, the end of week 4, she is well used to this regular process. Every time I have done LST and/or defoliation she has responded quicker and more vigorously. Nesia is going to far, far exceed Karen in size if she keeps up at this rate. Overall I couldn't be much more pleased with Nesia. She is an absolute star and I am already thinking a possible future diary of the month winner. I have been extremely impressed with Fast Buds genetics so far.

Gorilla Zkittles - Smells like creamy musty cheese (in the best way possible). Such a strong nose on it. Good bud structure and spacing. Happy with the development so far.

Another straightforward week in the grow room. All three Phenos continue to look fine with good leaf color. I've been working on this super soil recipe for three grows now. I learn a little more with each attempt and come to find this particular blend in larger 7 gallon grow bags IMHO is passing the eye test. All three are in stretch, so I'll continue to keep an eye out over the next 2-3 weeks. In the 3x3, I have manage height. No additional feedings just watered ph'd between 5.8 and 6.2. I do water at top as well as bottom (wicking). These girls are already beginning to exhibit a loud smell. Just bought a new carbon filter, which I will swap out today. This closes out the week. Thanks for stopping by.

๐Ÿ“… D78 - 31/10 ๐Ÿ“œ Last week of grow. I added Ripen (aka Final Part) and the harvest is scheduled for the next Saturday. Itโ€™s now time to start flower. They are looking amazing and Iโ€™m going to go ahead and throw his crocs in there. I have one tent that I have not put in flower yet just for the main fact that one of my seats became a auto flower so Iโ€™m letting them run more time to let that auto flower finish and see what that becomes

These were taken on day 59 I was a little late to put gettin them up. I've been doing some heavy flushes on some of them cuz the run off ppm was a little high. I mixed these with soil so I dont know if that's why it's not coming down as quick as usual but I'll keep poundin these ladies hard as a muthafucka

*****Week 14 growth โ€“ March 6 to 12, 2021 โ€“ Week 5 flower ****** This girl keeps chugging along. Her resin rails are looking awesome. A little dark green maybe but not worried. Looking for some bud swelling to kick in!! Bud Fusion being introduced this week. Into the last phase of feeding during flower now. Nitrogen is continued to be reduced as its late flower. Keeping up the feeding ppm this week as we are getting to the end. May be pushing them a little more than I should but finding out how they react for next run. Still continuing to play with the light intensity and seeing how the girls react to my environment conditions when pushed harder. Could have backed off and stayed with 100, 300, 600, 900 PAR levels at the different stages but I have trying to go a little higher in the late stages and going over 1,000 PAR. Little more detailโ€ฆ.. Mar 6/21, Day 29 - Dry out day - Changed light cycle to 11/13 today to help with light intensity and reducing DLI. - Light power reduced to 425 watts Mar 7/21, Day 30 - Keeping up the feeding but reducing nitrogen. - feeding with micro โ€“ 1.5, bloom โ€“ 2.5, ult B โ€“ 0.5, carbs โ€“ 1, B Storm โ€“ 2, S Storm โ€“ 2.5, Bud Fusion 0.15gr/l, Terp โ€“ 1.5, Jet Fuel โ€“ 0.5, Rezin 1 - 1150ppm and 6.0pH - 2.5L Mar 8/21, Day 31 - Watering with 2L feed from yesterday and 16L plain water - Over shot the pH - 400ppm and 5.9pH Mar 9/21, Day 32 - Feeding again with Grow โ€“ 0.5, Micro โ€“ 1, Bloom โ€“ 1.5, Carbs โ€“ 1, Magnifical โ€“ 1 - Didnโ€™t add many of the supplements - 875ppm and 6.0pH - 2.5L Mar 10/21, Day 33 - Middle of the week and just giving some enzymes today - Enzymes โ€“ 1.5ml - 300ppm and 6.1pH - 3L Mar 11/21, Day 34 - Microbes again today - Tap water with Jet Fuel โ€“ 1ml, Terpinator โ€“ 2ml, Natureโ€™s Candy โ€“ 1.5ml, Rezin โ€“ 1ml, Ultimate B+ - 0.5ml, Recharge โ€“ 1tsp/gal - 800ppm and 6.0pH - 3L Mar 12/21, Day 35 - Dry out day - Been feed a couple of times this week so work with ยพ strength next week.

Been busy these past few weeks. 2 of the 4 plants didnโ€™t survive an overly aggressive plant wash, so I had to pop more seeds. 1 of which appears to be a super strong pheno. Got the thrips and mites under control using beneficial nematodes in the soil and cucumeris predatory mite satchels at the base of the manifolds. Apparently the coco I used wasnโ€™t pre buffered as advertised and I ran into a major magnesium deficiency. Couldโ€™ve been a lockout due to the dolomite lime I mixed into the medium, but if I had to guess Iโ€™d put my money on the coco hogging all of the mg in the worm castings. Top dressed with worm castings and Gaia green 4-4-4 all purpose, and then watered in max dose of cal mag+, cleared the deficiency up it appears. Lots of new lessons being learned this run. Still hopeful of a solid harvest at the end of the day.

Started with LST and did extreme defoliation. Plants were pretty healthy so they will recover soon.
