We are in the middle of winter and despite growing in an area that isn't the warmest in Europe, it's really cold now. It's 16-18 degrees Celsius in the house and we need to bring the temperature of the propagator growbox between 20 and 25 degrees Celsius. So we first placed a layer of those 1 cm thick "rubberized" floors that are used for gyms, they are easily found on Amazon and are very useful for insulation. Then a heated resistance mat and then the closed propagator on top. Inside with our seedlings and the light on at minimum 20% we reached 24 degrees, not bad in fact the germination is proceeding very well. 100% opening of the seeds in water and almost all of them are opening in our biodegradable peat pots. ----- Our Ghost Train Haze were the first to open in water and the first to come out of the ground. Really very very fast both, one a little more after about 16 hours was open in water and after about 30 hours in total was out. Spectacle of nature. Day 14 Veg: A great start to the week once they settled into their new pots. hopefully i havent stunted their progress. The mutant Banana Mash is now trying to normalise a little more with new growth. Still fairly twisted but on the mend. The other 3 are more typical of new plants with their growth . I have topped one and fimmed another with one being left natural at this point. They are on their 5th node mainly ( except mutant!) and I am hoping to open their frames right up to get light to all new growth equally. I don't think they will grow too tall by design and I don't want to limit their growth in any way so i will gently manage them as they grow. The Purple Monkey are doing brilliantly so far with plenty of vigorous growth among them. I am holding the 5th nodes down on two of them and have fimmed one. These are in bigger 60L pots so should use the space to its best I think. I also have 2 plants that came from the recent harvest. One of the ladies must have had a pollen sack hid away that managed to seed a few of the exotic girls amd visited some possible viable hybrids. 2 of these are now in the grow alongside. I will be watching them like a hawk and any sign of a testicle will result in a slaughtering of the LGBGTQ sympathiser instantly . lol We do male or female only unlike the human race !!. heehee ( bit of a political hot potato!). I gave them an actual megacrop feed today to boost the available elements for the speedy growth coming. The L.o.s is still active and providing enough nutrition but I am trying to avoid the drop once the stretch period gets busy and saps the available food from it. This seems to have been happening most crops since beginning using it to avoid the leaves losing their solent green colour too fast like starvation can cause. I also added a touch of calmag to counter the L.e.d leeching that often occurs in flowering. So there we have it Growmies. A good week with the beginning of l.s.t and some promising growth. Another issue that I have managed to resolve is the R.h. We are getting warm dry air now so the room is getting silly hot and very dry at around 40% . This is great for the flowering times but has been an issue for veg in the past. not wanting to invest in a humidifier that is costly and expensive to run , I had resulted to using towels in buckets to attempt to raise it this does work in a totally sealed tent , in my leaky d.i.y "tailored " one , this has been hard to maintain. The solution came in the form of a vicks vaporiser that I bought from fleabay. It works perfectly to bring up the rh to around 70% on its lowest setting. The tank is enough to hold a days supply of water and shuts off with the lights. simple but effective fix to a common problem we face indoors. Be safe and well. Until next time. Temperature fluctuations between 18c and 24c whilst lights are on even with a heater in there. Also putting the humidity up higher into the high 60’s which is not ideal.

Transplanted all to 15 gallon pots. All looking good started seeing new growth very quickly. They seem like very happy plants. Next week the new tent comes in and the new lights

Seems I told a lie last week, I'm late one day and I've done videos again cos again 🤥 Its been a good week for bud production regardless of a hiccup this week which shows as cal/mag and nitrogen deficiencies throughout each plant🤒 My ph pen malfunctioned and I ended up feeding them all 4.5 and didn't notice till the leaves told me 🍂 The ph pen has been replaced, amendments made to buffer the root zone and fingers are crossed 💉🤞 Super stinky grow this, going to replace my carbon filter before starting a new one because I caught wiffs of them when I entered my home today. Week one, starting to see leaves

This plant looks absolutely gorgeous guys, I'm sad for not being able to film this Transplant because my phone just died when I was in the action, so this lady just like all her sisters have been Transplanted on day 39 since planted and I've prepared the 15L pot with the complete biotabs organic line, using 25g of startrex for every 5L of soil, a couple of grams of mycotrex on the transplant hole, and 3 tabs slow release fertilizer (1 tab for every 5L) and then just watered the plant immediately after the transplant with 1ml per liter of orgatrex and 1G per liter of bactrex,

This lady is doing really nicely since I being moved from the tent. I made a massive error with my other grow by leaving her in the tent with the front cover closed as we had some shite weather and this made the humidity levels to high causing bud rot. I can't begin to explain how soul destroying it was finding that. This lady is free from any mould and since I have just defoliated her there will be less chance of it happening. I'll be keeping my eyes peeled for any signs. I think this one may have around two to three more weeks before harvest.

Wow well she does look sorry for herself. A couple of days ago I sprayed her with pesticide. This has damaged her leaves. I hope she can bounce back from this as it's a critical time in her growth.

Plants sprouted in just three days after planting! First week for the seedlings was me learning to get the humidity and light the right distance. A little bit of stretching but not too big of a deal. Plants fixed themselves

The germination process was successful. Within 36 hours the root sprouted from the seed shell.

Day 42. Northern lights is finishing streching . but Pound cake and Lemon Cherry cookies still have strech to do. starting to need space. waiting for other indoor to be chopped in 10 days. next time i will wait untill day 50 to start a crop like that they will not overlap. 😅😅
