8/29 Knowing I was going to have to yo to the hospital er again this morning with my wife I got up early and watered. We are supposed to get an inch of rain tomorrow but the bags were totally light. If I was going to be around I might've held off watering. Instead I watered everything one gallon and figured the rain will make up for the other 10 percent hopfully that will do it. 8/30 Rained overnight. Plants were soaked. Flowers are swelling. I defoliated a shit ton of yellow leaves the other day. I still don't think I have anything fungal but I'm keeping an eye u e out and am considering doing an application of plant doctor. My biddy said i shouod cover my plants because next week is going to be "great growing weather" but with the rain and then the sun it could be a recipe for disaster since I have some large flowers. I got my father's leaf blower running but it was leaking gas. Brought it to the repair shop and a buddy let me borrow his for thus storm. I and hit the plants with it this morning. It is super strong though. I need to be careful not to blow it right out of the bag!!! Or break branches. Of course after u left it started raining lightly. A nice rain that plants like but it's stopped. I'm wondering if I should go over and blast them again to keep them dry but I know it's going to rain off and on and it'd going to rain tonight. I'll check the weather and decide from there. So far things are going good. Still have some yellowing leaves and a few normal pests but that is to be expected. UPDATE: Stopped raining so I went over and shook off the plants then put the leaf blower to them. I made sure to get the interiors before I went and had shook things again by hand. I added a few individual stakes and tied a couple loose branches. I got my tarp out and considered covering the cagecto protect from the wind. However I didn't have time to sanitize if and they had already been through it all night and day alwuth no breakages. Plants are strong and supported well. At least I hope. Plus the tarp would block the rest of the direct sun the plants are getting right now. The wind looked like it dud its worst and the trellis and supports held. I did add extra supports higher up the plant to prevent breakages. Found a moth larvae (yellow) and squished him. *This is not pictures of the 4 leaf baby*. That one died…moving on With This OG Kush auto pictured I haven’t done anything other than a few feedings and some water. I didn’t do any lst, topping or stress training. I am using air pots with some vermiculite, a bit of worm compost mix from local store, and a dash of 20/20/20 when it was a seedling.

Aug 24: Cheese is doing fine. Don’t take flash pics of photoperiods unless you’re immediately using a 730 nm far red light to put them into dark mode. Aug 26: gave the plants another lazy compost tea. I was holding off for a couple weeks to avoid giving them too much N. Aug 28: defoliated some inner branches that were crowding things.

Aug 24: cool and rainy lately but will warm up again in a couple days. Gorilla Cookies looks really good and is flowering nicely. Very nice strain. Added some soluble seaweed to the water mostly for the K. Don’t take flash pics of photoperiods unless you’re immediately using a 730 nm light to put them into dark mode. Using the far red light like this is known as phyto-forcing and it’s like getting an extra two hours of darkness making a 26 h day. This far north I think it moves flowering up by 3-4 weeks so obviously a huge trick. Easy and cheap if you have daily access at dusk. Aug 26: it’s been a couple of weeks but I figured it was time for a lazy compost tea. I watered with it slightly diluted and the plants look almost immediately greener and more vigorous…amazing actually. 👍👍 Aug 27: this is definitely the fastest flowering of the four. Hopefully it stays sunny for a few more weeks. Thinned out the understory a bit as there were some small branches and bud sites that were not going to do anything. Check out the birds sounds on the first video. The magpies thought I was too close to their nest in the tree or something…they’re usually not quite that annoying. Aug 29: this is a great strain, and the manifold is working its magic.

Aug 30: this plant is get quite big for her intentionally smallish 5 gallon pot which will hopefully encourage her to finish faster.

Day91: 72h of darkness and they all be chopped. Harvested and jarred the experiment grow (the plant was rescued then topped) 21g total. Not bad all things considered. I think I can get 100g with the whole grow Chop day: 31/8 day 96. Plants are drying in the tent at 25ºC and 61%RH

This week wrapped up the generative two phase or midflower and began the generative three phase. The plants were fed the nutrients listed daily. I like to keep the p and k up high during the first week to twelve days of generative three. This week the weather has been more cooperative but far from ideal. The highs have ranged from mid 70's to 90 degrees f. The nights are running low to mid 60's f with humidity in the 90% range at night. Humidity has stayed somewhat high during the day ranging from 70% to mid 50% a few days only. This weather has really been testing these girls resistance. Plants 1 and 2 have been immune to pm. Plant 3 has responded well to treatment with arber. All the plants got a medium defoliation which helped. Everyone stacked this week. They have all reached their maximum height. I used the height of the tallest 87.5" for the official height. The two shorter plants are 61 and 62 inches.

At which point the clones from each cultivar will be going into their own designated 5x5 tent, We will be starting out with 5x 5x5 MARS HYDRO tents each tent running a MARS HYDRO FC-E6500. We will be getting a infrared c02 burner and implementing proper c02 from here on out. This will be off a 2 pole 50 amp fuse going to our timer box with all 6 lights on timer @ 240v. Anyways I passed some of the purpsberry off to @1Right_Angle and it grew like less than I would have expected for what the strain was supposed to be. Trust me, 1Right_Angle grew it into a absolute monster, But it began to autoflower very strangely being a regular photoperiod & then produced very strange flower. Going into this stage of production it is important these first few grows are not at all wastes of money in any aspect & that product from these pheno hunts will be sellable. I am only going to take a couple clones off of the ragekiller & not fill an entire 5x5 with it until we have confirmed its genetics as being stable & strong. So that is why we have brought in Stinkin Bishop to play back up. UPDATE : October 6th 2023 - Electrical is finished, MARS HYDRO equipment is all here. Just waiting for the new camera gear, Editing rig & rest of the equipment for the rebuild to come in. We are looking to get mom's germinated by end of OCT start of NOV UPDATE : NOVEMBER 5TH 2023 - Room is almost done, Seeds have now gone into water to begin their soak for 24 hours! Well unfortunatly due some technical issue on GD's side my pictures and videos arent uploading right so sorry for that. All plants seem to be adjusting fine and i took a cut (when topping) of the top right grape & cream cause she handled everything like a champ so far where the others had some difficulties. We'll see if that holds up come harvest time but maybe a cross between that pheno and a seedsister might be viable. Still just water. I did adjust the blumats to dry up a little more and the plants are taking that for the better.
