Never seen a plant like this in my life, well dont be surprised it's my first photo , so yeah, just glad a found a way around that longish veg for a photo ! these are 3 weeks in, maybe they've got a couple more weeks of veg in them tops , some will stay vegged for the rotation, any questions welcome ! in case you were wondering it's just plain water until i get more juice maybe some more beneficials but that's just about it that's planned ! 🚀

Sorry that the updates have been slow, been busy. Still going regardless though. Although this is a week 5 update I'm ahead at around week 7.. so ill update to current. Hope that makes sense Business as usual, girls are happy.

TUESDAY 9/3: She's still branching out and budding up.👍 WEDNESDAY: I was out at the property for awhile today, hosed off the horsies and cleaned their hooves really well. I was there long enough that I was able to move the plants into direct sunshine for an extra couple hours. I fed her with a half-gallon of water including bembe, terpinator, tiger bloom, beastie bloomz, armor si, and big bloom...just enough to wet her whistle. THURSDAY, FRIDAY, SATURDAY, SUNDAY: I was sick as a dog . 2-day stomach virus, followed by an acute pancreatitis attack... 😷 MONDAY: I gave her about a half-gallon of aquarium water with some bembe, beastie bloomz, and tiger bloom.

Well week 3 went by pretty good! I flushed my soil twice because i was starting to see what looked like nutrient burn and since flushing twice it seems to have amended the soil and issue. I waited until the soil was fairly dry and watered yesterday with a new set of nutrients and will be keeping it on a schedule of feeding nutes once a week until i know it can handle more and im not burning it again. I bought stuff to help me LST the branches and during doing so bent one too far and it started tearing off. I put some support under it to hold it in place and now im just hoping and praying it heals up and can resume growth instead of me having to get rid of the whole thing. We will see but im excited either way!

Tag 74: Ich bin immer noch ein wenig geschockt wie wenig von meiner Chocolate Haze übrig ist 😱

Gave the photos a haircut today. Removed some fan leaves and lower branches that wouldn't amount to much. Gave the branches to my horse because he loves them! Tried enticing the ducks with fan leaves but they weren't having any of it. They prefer lettuce, not "The Devil's Lettuce"😂 I added in a little 5-1-1 fish fertilizer to my feeding regimen as well. Still picking off inchworms. And as you can see I made it to the hardware store and put up this baby almost completely by myself. I only asked my husband to hold the center roof panel support while I screwed it in. Couldn't have been better timing since hurricane Dorian came through yesterday and we had plenty of rain. Of course it didn't fully protect them but the majority of the rain hit the roof. And then it got down to 49 F last night. It's really Fall now! Barney's Farm says Caramel is 3rd or 4th week of September which is the same as Critical Cure but she is way behind Cure. This one may even go into 1st week of October because she even seems behind Blue Shark. Stay tuned!

Day 31 - 38 (Day 32) I’m going to lower the humidity in the room to 55-60. Still no bananas but I’m still quite worried about #3 fully popping and ruining my whole crop. Since there is a good chance it’s going to herm, I’m going to give it with a small feeding today and watch it like a hawk this week. I think the boost actually made a decent difference in #5 from last week. I’m seeing slightly fatter main colas but that could just be from less topping/smaller plant or less nitrogen. I’ve decided to push my luck and give a boost to each plant. These things just aren’t filling out like they should. They look like they are on day 23 not 33. I’m going to top dress 3 tablespoons of 1-4-2 Destiny launch and later tonight I’m going to water in a low strength feeding of 0-0-15 kelp extract. I’m going to give a final heaping tablespoon of nature’s pride bloom to #5 so it can stretch to the end. I’m also going to lower the lights by a few inches. The tallest cola is now about 13 inches away and the rest of the canopy is at about 18–24. If I see signs of light stress I’ll raise it back up but I’m sure it could use the extra light on the lowers. (Day 33) I’ve been reading that bigger plants just take longer to mature and that’s probably why my plant hasn’t fully filled out or is about a week behind. I still could have done a better job defoliating some of the smaller larf branches on the bottom which just robs the good branches of energy. The more I think about it, the more I think I did a very poor job of defoliating the middle canopy. I’m still seeing lots of larf and small buds on the inside not getting much light. I’m still really worried about herms after finding that branch so I don’t want to stress them anymore. Removing suckers now is pointless. I missed my window of opportunity and now I have to deal with it. I’m going to slide an old DVD player underneath #6 to bring it up to canopy level. It’s lower buds are definitely not getting enough light. (Day 34) Ever since lowering the light, the canopy has gotten a few degrees warmer. I’ve noticed the buds don’t feel as sticky on top compared to the lower tucked branches that feel almost wet with resin. Outdoor weed grown in my climate will never reach the temperature where it degrades resin luckily. (Day 36) The buds are definitely swelling but not to the degree I want. Call me picky but I prefer my nugs as chunky as possible. I’m seeing lots of pistils but not much nug matter. Ive heard too many pistils can be caused by the overuse of alfalfa, kelp and seaweed extracts because of the natural PGR’s in them. I’m definitely going to reduce the amount of that stuff I use next round. I hope I’m just wrong and this tent is going to really fatten up this week but I have my doubts. (Day 37) A purple fade is starting on the underside of every plant except the bush who still is super dark green still. Last watering I got a nice amount of runoff so I’m just going to leave her until the end. I’m seeing a bit of yellowing on #5. I’m going to give it one final full strength feeding plus some rock dust and oyster shell tomorrow and that’s a wrap for nutrients. I might as well hit everything else with a final low strength 0-0-15 too. (Day 38) I’m amazed at how much this stuff smells compared to my last round. It smells very earthy and floral with a hint of pine. Definitely not that gassy smelling pine but more of a sweet pine.

We really like to test the great new products that Zamensia prepares for our growers, this time we have a great plant that we conventionally call Test #3, it is doing well both in the topping version and in the straight version that I will show you in a few days. We have just done the last topping that brings her 16 tops on almost all the plants after which we grow a few more days and off we go. During the topping the use of nitrogen is a very delicate subject. The topping cuts slow down the plant and the leaves tend to grow bigger going a bit in over, it happened to her then you cut off and it tends to discharge now we are at the moment that we are starting to give nitrogen again to then go into flowering. It is a process that must be nuanced very delicately. Ideally it is to start by preparing the soil with fertilizer and add if necessary. I went a bit in excess with the plants but it is something that I have always managed very well once I got to flowering. Next time we will add something to the fertilizer soil with this technique is very suitable. Wait the uncle BreadandBuds.... 29/08/18 - A wee bit of light burn(Bleaching) on tips of girl #1 and #2, girl #3 is abit smaller than the others but that should change once my new light arrives next week, also got some terpinator arriving on Saturday so I’ll update then ✌️🏻 02/09/18 - unfortunately my terpinator dident arrive yesterday still a unknown ETA on that but the good news is my mars hydro 192 reflector is arriving tomorrow. 03/09/18 - new light hanging up great had to tie some of the stems to my tent post to keep them at 16” distance, still no terpinator which is guttin I’m hoping it arrives tomorrow, also got some big bud coco in the post aswell. ✌️🏻

This was a fun plant to grow. The trichome production was amazing and the last couple weeks she really packed on the weight. The trichomes changed from clear to milky to amber a lot quicker than I anticipated. However I had started my flush 2 weeks prior so everything seems to be top notch. I water cured a small amount and the high is GREAT!
