Both plants have appeared to stop growing in height settling in at 48Inches. I wanted to use the flowering nutrients (I think it's the bloom nutrients) but it's been raining a lot lately. The soil is still quite saturated so I'll wait and see if it'll dry out a bit in a few days before I give it some food. So far the trichomes are more visible on both beauties. I've started to trim more of the lower and fan leaves. I would say about 1/4 of the bottom is pretty airy. Working my way up every day. It has been cold the last 2 days dipping anywhere between 10C to 15C in the evening and day time high of 15C to 18C. It's supposed to heat up (25C-28C) in the next few days but then back with some cold days again. That's the problem with Canadian Mother Nature; can't make up her mind. This will test my plants and see how they do with the ups and downs. Hopefully it won't affect them that much. I've also started rotating them in case the sun isn't getting certain parts of the plant. I'm not sure if it matters but it isn't cumbersome to do so why not. So far I've been lucky to not worry about any infestation nor abnormal leaf coloring. I usually do a deep watering only once a week if it's a normal week with no scorching hot days. There was a period of 3 scorching hot days and they definitely were droopy and thirsty. So I must have watered them 3x over a span of 7 days. Very excited to continue to see them grow into beasts!

Defoliated throughout the days. The past week nutrients fed were at ph 5.7/5.8. Switched to 6.0 now. Smell is strong. Friend commented he could smell the red pop upon entering the front door immediately. Feeding to run off every other day still. Added calmag this week. Not sure if I will continue to use or not. I do not want it to affect colors from changing as I approach later into flower. Added a temp & humidity meter this week. Usually reset once a day, or every other day.

Week 1 of flower and she started her stretch. Using General Hydroponics Trio for feed along with TPS Signal and Recharge for soil. I'm considering adding a 2nd trellis, but it depends on how the next week or two goes. Did some light and final defoliating. Could have went more but I didn't want to risk overdoing, not until I'm more experienced anyway. Plus I recommend having a plant to experiment on and take some high-reward risks concurrent with your main grow.

Week 2 Some buds are forming, need to defoliate and lollipop shortly. Starting to smell. Had to supercrop a few of them, they recovered over night. Still stretching but it's manageable now. Back 2 on the left are a lot lighter in color almost yellow, not sure what's going on there, different strains but still. ..there still praying in the morning don't look sick but still something is off.. gonna check runoff on next watering. Any advise questions or concerns would be much appreciated.

I think she's about ready to be bent over and trained.. I'll definitely do a video. Wish me luck because I've never done this before so it should be interesting to say the least. Lol

Wow they are really going strong. They are getting really bushy. I am still doing LST and I am still feeding the fish twice a day. They are all developing multiple tops. I will begin some defoliation this week. I posted a video this time. that other plant in the video is a pineapple.

kommen in Woche 17/ Blütewoche 5 Vorerst verzeiht uns Bitte das etwas verspätete Update, nur der Geburtstag meiner Partnerin am vergangenen Samstag und ein gestriger Auto-Marathon von gut 600 Km haben es nicht eher zugelassen ;-) Zum Update: Kurz zusammengefasst, wer unser Diaries verfolgt hat weiß, dass wir Anfangs ein nicht entsprechend gutes, Medium, hatten. Auch das späte 2te Umtopfen in neutrale Erde, hat zwar sehr dem neuen Wurzelwerk geholfen und ohne diesem wären wir definitiv nicht so weit wie heute. Da aber eines wichtig ist zu erwähnen, wir haben natürlich beim Umtopfen es nicht geschafft, die Wurzeln komplett von der zu ,,harten Erde, zu befreien bzw. zu Spülen mit Destilliertem Wasser. Da uns wichtiger Dünger kippte fehlte es uns zur entscheidenden Zeit an Zucker, P+K, CalMag. So weit so gut, denn Sie wuchsen wieder. In dem Begriff haben wir mit Sicherheit auch ungewollt Nährstoffe rausgespült. Als es dann in die Blüte bzw. den erhöhten EC- Bereich ging, hat die Mitte des Mediums anfangs stets immer ein höheren EC- Wert wie die Erde die frisch umwachsen wurde. Dies brauchte auch ein paar Tage zum Registrieren dessen. Ein wahrer Balance Akt und Symbiose ist gerade auf dieser Ebene arg wichtig. Wir haben zusätzlich mit Co²- Tabletten gearbeitet, um die Nährstoff-verabeitung anzukurbeln bzw. Überschüsse zu vermeiden und zudem, sehen uns die Damen nur noch kaum. Die allgemeinen Additive werden im Moment zweimal die Woche mit Supermicrobes und ein wenig PK 13/14 unterstützt. Zusätzlich wie geahnt, ist der Sommer da und das nicht zu knapp! Selbst im Garten Gießen, ist eine Herausforderung. Wärme- Hitzestress ist sicherlich auch ein großes Thema. Feingefühl, was die Lampe betrifft, muss noch in Erfahrung gefestigt werden. Daher haben wir auch letzte Woche Dienstag umgestellt auf 600 Watt und selbst dies führen wir wahrscheinlich nur noch bis nächsten Samstag, denn die Temperaturen sollen auf 39 ° C steigen. Durch alle Einflüsse haben wir zwar spät (Gestern Abend) aber definitiv ein paar Blätter verloren. Wir haben die Blätter bewusst stehen lassen, um zu beobachten, ob es sich eindämmt und oder schlimmer wird mit den Mangelerscheinungen. Des Weiteren wenn sie stehen bleiben, werden auch die nicht so guten Blätter am ehesten weiter vergehen, statt neue intakte anzugehen. Am Haupteingang befindet sich auf der linken Seite die Oberzicke von allen Damen^^ Sie leidet am meisten, weil sie zuletzt aber auch den höchsten EC hatte und somit als letztes natürlich mehr Destilliertes Wasser bekam. Man sieht es ihr an, dass es ihr nicht so gut geht wie den anderen. Insgesamt bis auf die Zicke werden allgemein Nährstoffe angenommen und neue akute Mangelerscheinung sind nicht wirklich zuerkennen. Wir befinden uns stets in der Zeit, wo es sehr schnell zu Überschüssen kommen kann, da man versucht die Mängel auszugleichen und unter Berücksichtigung des Nährstofffasses nicht zu viel hineinzugeben ins Medium. Wir die sehr lange gelernt haben nicht mehr groß zu Überdüngen, kommen bei diesem lauf echt ins Schwitzen, da die Damen wirklich viel Nährstoffe brauchen und auch Verbrauchen. Selbst alle 2 Tage nur rein Wasser ist nicht ausreichend. Eines steht fest, diese Strain wird ein Wiederholungs- Strain! Die Schönheit liegt im Auge des Betrachters, insgesamt für diesen lauf sehen sie trotz allem Umständen schön aus. Ehrlich betrachtet, führen wir in diesem lauf doch die längsten Zöpfe von je her. Ob sie auch so voll werden, die Colas (Zöpfe), wird sich zeigen. Im Moment bildet sich eine schöne Budstruktur sowie Calyx aus, sie werden schwerer und breiten sich schön um den Stamm aus. Leichte Farbakzente kann man hier und da mal wahrnehmen. Die ersten Pistols werden braun, die Blütenbildung setzt sich fort. Beginning of week.. Mandarin Cookies seems to be a little ahead.. I've been watering till runoff every 2 days.. Seems like I could even go 3 days in between with better results.. More oxygen to the roots.. And I just read on GWE website that overwatering can cause seedling leaves to be kinda.. Wavy 🌊 ... I always just shrugged it off.. But I would also get algae on the top of the medium.. Always just shrugged it off.. So wtf.. How do people use frequent fergigation?!?.. 6 times a day?!? That's insane.. Maybe in like 20% coco 80% perlite or some shit.. That's just crazy to me tho.. This run, I'm gonna do the best I can to make everything as perfect as possible.. I have been testing the runoff.. I water till I get alot of runoff too.. Like 1L of runoff.. So when I test it, The TDS is coming out great.. Just where I need them to be.. Infact they are both hovering about 20 PPM from eachother.. Awesome.. But the pH has been going in a 6.3.. But coming out at 6.0 and 5.9.. This is reused coco.. Mixed in with some coco/perlite I premixed a few month before.. But never been used.. So my goal is to get the runoff pH the same as it goes in.. Sometimes I have to run water at 6.5 pH just to get it to bump up a little.. So I may have to do that. It's still in a good range for the ladies.. And it should help bring the pH inside the medium up as well.. And hopfully STAY where I need it at.. But as for now.. I am cutting out the Floralicious Plus.. The MYCO+ has all the same shit.. So I am going to use the MYCO+ for veg and Floralicious Plus in flower.. Makes better sense to me.. But yeah.. These girls already have a different branch and leaf structure that Ive been seeing lately.. They are beautiful! Lol.. Oh yeah.. And I have also lowered the light down to 26" from the ladies.. Keeping it at 25% power.. They weren't stretching too much as far as I could tell.. I'm wanting them to grow into the light about 18" - 20" still keeping the power at 25%.. See how that works out.. I'm trying to avoid using 50% power until flower for now.. To help keep the heat down.. This light doesn't get very hot.. But the warmth it does give off and the size of it does kinda help the tent stay a little warmer than my smaller lights did in my 2x2 tent.. It was eaiser to control the heat I guess.. Plus I could probably upgrade to a 6 inch exhaust fan while running a carbon filter.. But I am very excited to see what these girls do! Mid week.. Runoff pH is still a little fucked off. This morning I ran water pH'd to 6.5 and the Mandarin Cookies runoff came out a 6.3.. But the ETHOS Cookies runoff came out at 5.8 still.. What the eff.. The TDS is good.. Going in and coming out.. Not sure wtf to do at this point.. Maybe just keep doing what I been doing.. But the growth on these girls is insane.. I cant wait till next week when the growth explosions happen! They are both already spitting out some nice, promising branches. I got a cheap PAR meter coming in tomorrow.. I hope it works as well as the $500 meters.. But these plants are looking good... for now.. Almost end of week... My PAR meter came in!! Hells yeah! So my light gets about 200 - 250 PPFD at 20 inches on 25% power.. This should be perfect for now.. As for the pH issue.. Ugh.. I'm gonna just have to run some 7.0 thru the medium or something.. So frustrating.. The Mandarin Cookies is showing some slight pH fluctuation spots on the lowest leaves.. I also removed the first set of leaves and branches.. They were just waaay too tiny.. Now she doesn't have to waste energy on them.. As for the ETHOS Cookies.. She's showing alot less pH issues on her leaves.. Some.. But kinda hard to notice.. This is really frustrating.. May ask a question for this grow... End of week.. The Mandarin Cookies seems to be getting the wavy shit.. Ugh.. Just the very bottom leaves.. But they are also beginning to yellow in spots.. I think I need to up the nutes a bit.. They are already beginning their growth explosion! I love this part.. Everyday you can notice alot of growth.. And eventually, you can sprout 1 set of leaves a day! The branches are sprouting out quite a bit as well!.. Its hard to not water every day, but every 3 days.. I'm gonna have to go to watering every other day, I guess.. I can already see roots coming out the bottom of the pots.. Wow.. I may use some Hydroguard for a few weeks.. Just to help the roots even more.. The ones I see coming out the bottom of their pot are already MASSIVE and WHITER than white!!! I think this MYCO+ stuff really does some magical things with these roots! I just watched a detailed video on how myco (not even gonna try to spell it) spouts its own root.. Which finds the nearest plant root and basically takes root inside the plant root.. Which then spouts out its own root system and is able to get nutrients over 700% or 700× better than without mycorhizae.. Crazy.. And it even works in hydroponics.. Somehow.. Idk how.. Cuz I would think you wash away the myco with each water change.. Maybe not.. Again.. Idk.. But yeah.. Crazy shit.. Anyways.. Gonna bump up the nutes a bit and water every other day (water, feed, water, feed, etc.)... On to the next!...
