All good and looking happy. Started some LST. I was undecided if I was going to train these girls but decided to do it. I gave a 1/4 feeding of Advanced Nutrients Sensi Cal Mag extra. Now that I've had a good watering schedule down with slight dry back they have been surging with growth! One starting to flower fast and the other is right behind it.

Welcome to my MilkyWay F1 Topped/Untopped Diary sponsored by RQS. Topped/Untopped Phenos 1/2 Pre Flower Days 12-15, Flower Days 1-4 Days 57-64. Plants are quick. Didn't put on much height during pre flower. 43 cm for the Topped (pheno 2), and 41 for untopped (pheno 1). The pistils surprisingly are 50/50 amber/white. They're in the fattening stage only a few days. I've added co2 for 12hrs and then they are going under my P1000 for 6hrs. Hoping to see some big buds. They are moving quickly. So, let's see. I've added a 13-14 PK booster from plagron with a few of their other products. With the 12hrs of extra heat and co2, they'll be needing a lot more nutrition. Diet/Defoliation/Temperature Was on a Full Plagron natural line and a few of their other products, and I've added a 13/14 PK booster, with fish force and a few others. I done a 10-15% defoliation removing many fan leafs, focusing on the middle to allow better airflow was done after pre flower. And more will be done coming into her next week "10" and light lollipoppoing at the end to clear any possible larf areas was done this wk. So, what's therenow will be brought to harvest, a lot is very far away, so I need to get a blue HID I think to control tight Inter nodes in veg, I'll do this as I gain more experience. 28-29c is maintained for the co2 addition and under the P1000 the temp is brought back down to 26c with no additional co2. And ppfd is lowered to 850 ppfd but its a deep penetrative led light I'll give it that. Actually it carries the highest ppfd into your canopy than any 100w out there, and this is the 2021 version. They've an upgrade. Much respect to Vipar, this light and the Spiderfarmer have been my veg lights the past Yr, and this yr I've used these both and they've produced some quality bud. The cbg is done fully under them and the plant is amazing. Diet, Shes on the Full Plagron Natural line, soil and all. "Pro mix" with mega worms to add later. With PK, green sensation, fish force, power roots, vita race, "dummies sent me 2x of these instead of Start" Silic Rock, Pure Zym Sugar Royal. And Terpinator. "Power Roots has been pult, its time recommended by plagron. The roots are plenty and they drink close to 1L of fluids a day. Normally I don't like given so much stuff. But all are different, (expect Terpinator and SR they've the same purpose but its only 1 feed of the Terpinator a wk, by itself 370ppm 6.1ph 15.5c temp.. Co2 Co2 is maintained at 1000-1300ppm for 12hrs. And then when they go back under my p1000 they get ambient co2 levels 675ppm. The co2 is been ate at 350ppm every hr. Mind you most of these girls aren't hitting a high ppfd that's needed to convert into sugars. I've shuffled my 3 fans. 2 fans 1 on the top left blowing above canopy and 1 on the other side. A small one is at the bottom that keeps the heavy co2 off the ground. And my moving my fans, the co2 went from 1000 to 1300 shows, right air-flow is paramount. Thankfully I've a sensor that reads every second and is so sensitive it allows you to move your fans and shows how much longer co2 lasts if kept at an level with the foliage.. WARNING: Co2, is no joke. You can die from inproper use. I fully advise if anything you get a top sensor at least to known your levels and then you can jerry rig whatever. If not using a full kit. I highly urge to have it only in use while you're there to monitor it. No way should it be left on. As co2 is heavy it'll flow down your stairs and your beloved pets will be the 1st to suffer. It doesn't take a lot of gas even from a 1L bottle to fill a 12x12M room to 500ppm.. mine does 3x1L bursts every hr at 0.00001L a burst. Thanks to my rep James's for the seeds & merch. The rolling tray is constant use. My bird sings its praises. The grinder, possibly the best out for grinding. Goes through wet bud like dry. It grinds it that well. My plant is growing pretty well. She has developed many new nodes, since I used fertilizer last wednesday. I want to top her next wednesday or so, becuase of my limited tent-height. I also put the light from 14 DLI to 20 DLI. I want to increase the intensity every day a bit more to let her slowly adapt. Edit: I rotated her so that she can absorb light evenly and therefore grow evenly. Update 08.04.24: Some roots have reached the surface, so I decided to cover them with some new soil. I also decided to top her today and bend some of her leafes down. Update 09.04.24: I actually didn't want to start LST until next week. The topping is actually intended to strengthen the growth of the secondary branches, but a few of these branches received little light. That's why I decided to start with LST now and continue to enable the growth of the secondary branches.

This week is sunny 🌞 . Started giving Big bud. Watering 2-3 liters per plant.

Day 35 flowering: besides the obvious calmag need this little lady is waking up now. Her buds are looking very nice. Feels solid with a little squeeze and boy is she fruity smelling now. With still so long to go , she should give a very nice tield if i can sort the cal mag issue quickly.

From the looks of it. I am in early stages of root rot. Plant is not growing as fast as it was at all. It can be a few things. Light penetration into the bucket. My water temps are around 70f. So I think that's okay. I had some extra mylar from a grow I did years ago. Cut pieces to go over the kids hopefully that helps. I took out all additives besides CalMag. They were fouling the rez as usual. Dropping the Ph as usual. I think it's also the cause of the root rot. I have sprayed soaked with h202 and have added it to the reservoir after a cleaning and a water change. Looks a bit better. I'm located in Canada and I cannot find hydroguard anywhere. Which kinda sucks. Any alternatives would be great. Thanks

May 2, We are on day 38 of grow I keep doing some cut and management to encourage the plants grow using main lining techniques At this stage I use my 300W light is at 70% of power , extractor at 30%, + 2 PC Fan in the tent and an humidifier

Okay so pk boost and as with everything else in this grow, it’s a week behind what it really should be, so I may have hit the tropicanna poison with a PK Boost too late, where as, for the orange hill special and frosted guava it’s probably a little early but hey ho - you gotta compromise with the Autopot system if you are growing multiple strains that are really quite different in terms of gene pool. Edit: okay so it’s 4 days later and it ALMOST looks like a different plant! Its colours are coming out now. As you can see, some of the side branches pistols are turning orange and there is even some colour turning up at the edges of the swollen calyxes. I don’t think I will get too much light penetration to be honest, due to the fact that it’s too crouded in there - it’s so easy to forget how big they get when you first veg them! (Particularly as it’s my first grow in months and first photo grow in years!) Next time I will just make sure I germ the seeds at the same time - although, it wasn’t really my fault, per sé. This is definitely the most advanced plant for sure…then the NYC diesel. Edit: so I noticed that my tall tower fan broke AGAIN and so I decided to buy a clip on I think it’s an 8” one that rotates - it’ll probably stop rotating after a while but the reviews say 18 months in after having bought the product, it still works fine, just doesn’t swivel. Tbh, it’s cheap enough to if it breaks then I can just replace it - it should def last longer than a tower fan that’s been flooded with 10-15l of water! Twice! So I can’t say I’m hugely shocked… For now, iv taken the fan that is a clip on that I was using for the extraction of my drying tent - it’s surprisingly powerful for such a small USB powered fan tbf!

The FastBuds Tropicana Cookies are all doing great! Two plants, the #1 & #3, are expressing a beautiful dark purple coloration in their flowers, while the #2's flowers are the normal green with snow white pistils and already have a good amount of trichomes formed. I'm continuing to feed them 6 times a day for 15min. each feed, and have adjusted the nutrient level down to 800ppms. The 650R is now 26" above canopy, set to 100% output. 11/14- I'm continuing with daily monitoring of the AirCube reservoir, checking/adjusting ph and topping off with straight water. The solution strength in the reservoir is still hitting 650ppm but is starting to get discolored so I'll be doing a drain/refill in the next 48hrs before it gets funky. 11/17- Today I drained the reservoir and refilled it with straight well water that has a .3 EC(100ppm) to which I added Plagron's Cocos 'A' and 'B' in equal amounts, Green Sensation, and Royal Rush at 1ml/L and 2ml/L respectively. I also added the last dose of silica, then ph'd the solution to 5.7 @ 69℉. I also went through all three plants, adjusting their LST and tucking a few leaves that were blocking light. 11/18- There goes Week 3 of flower and I can't wait for the upcoming weeks where these ladies will really be strutting their stuff! 💚 Thank you for checking out my passion in life! D13 - BOOM! The new #1 had made her modest appearance. Only the top of the seed is visible so far, but it's a start. :) #2 is moving along nicely, quietly doing her thing. D14 - #1 is still shy and hasn't fully emerged yet, but she is at least poking up more than yesterday, so there's progress at least. #2 is doing great, and I like her structure. Short and stout with large leaves and very short internodal spacing. She is 7 cm tall but already 11 cm wide. I also cut back the cover crop as it was getting a bit wild and partly overshadowed the girls. Since starting the grow, I have yet to water the girls properly, but they did get a little bit a couple of days ago when I had some extra after watering nematodes (against fungus gnats) to our regular houseplants. Better to be proactive than reactive ;) D15 - I started a simple compost tea consisting of worm casting, rock dust, algal limestone, bentonite, biochar, and molasses. I'll leave it brewing overnight, and then it's watering/feeding time tomorrow. D17 - No idea what is going on with the first girl, but it sure isn't much. The seed has maybe emerged for another two millimeters from the soil, but that is it. The seed hasn't cracked, and no leaves are visible. Hell, I can hardly see the stem. Yesterday, I gave each girl about one liter of the compost tea that I started a couple of days ago. Let's see if that helps, although, at this point, I kind of doubt it. As always, I completely forgot to check the pH of the tea. I have no idea why I keep forgetting that with my teas when I have no problem checking the pH when I use plain water. Oh well. Not the end of the world but something I need to keep in mind for the next tea in a couple of weeks. The second girl looks great, though, so that's something at least. D20 - Alright, it is official. The third girl died as well. The seed never cracked, and the stem went limp. I have no idea why this happened, and now I'm out of Colorado Cookies seeds, so that's that. I have already planted another seed to see if the problem persists with another strain. I will make a separate diary for that one, though. On the positive side is that the remaining girl looks strong and healthy. She is now 9 cm tall and 18 cm wide on this last day in week two of veg. Upwards and onwards!

The smoke is beautiful! and that is without cure. Flavours of fuel and citrus coming through, hopefully they come out after cure. Buds are solid but not that dense. But trichome covered buds to the point that it was very difficult to trim for more than 5 minutes without cleaning off my scissors. Recommend growing 4 or more of these to get a good amount on hand. very little popcorn buds. will update with weights and smoke after drying and short cure. She was a pleasure to grow! likes the calmag. so frosty and greasy! When it has been a day with high temperatures don't be afraid to feed twice! While packing on the weight she can be very thirsty. If fed well she will reward you with frosty hard nugs! Give this strain a try!

Day 58 Not much, they doing fine. However, i think i need to train the photos better next time to get the colas at the same height. Also i ll grow the auto that doesnt flower early like in 2 weeks next time. The girl is pretty small. The photo girls grow taller even by the night time. They are almost into the light. I dont know if there is bad side or not, i just tilted the light as in the picture. Hope they doing fine. I aint gonna fuck around and find out next time. I ll just grow next batch either only auto or photo. Day 60 The auto is ripening. The smell when i open the tent is satisfying. Cant wait for the harvest. Cant wait to taste the own grow. 🌱🍀

FINALLY STARTING ANOTHER GROW. MY BACK HAS BEEN FUCKED FOR MONTHS. CANT WAIT!!!! IM DOING 24 AUTOFLOWERS FOR THIS GROW AND IN 5 WEEKS IM STARTING ABOUT 20 FEMINISED PHOTOPERIODS IN MY 5X5 WITH A TSW2000 SO THEY CAN BE READY TO MOVE INTO THE 8X8 TENT AFTER THE AUTOFLOWERS ARE FINISHED. HOPE MY TIMING IS GOOD🤞🤞🤞🤞 LOL

9/1 Update: Welcome back to my garden! Thanks for following me on this 16 strain photoperiod SOG grow adventure! If you're just joining us. We have 18 photoperiod seedlings in the tent. 16 of them will go into 12"X12" square pots in a 4x4 sea of green. I plan to top once just above the third node. I will also allow the 2 shoots from the second node to grow with the top two to form 4 main colas. The Gorilla x Cookies sprouted 8/26! STILL nothing from Jenny Kush. Weak-sauce! The garden is happy and healthy! I am going to transplant this upcoming weekend into 6" x 6" square pots so they have room to stretch their legs and build a nice foundation before going into bloom. With Jenny seemingly out if the running, we have 17 seedlings and 2 of them are regular seeds. Hopefully at least one of the two will be female. I am going to say both will be little ladies! If we have an extra female she will veg a bit longer to go on the other side of the 4'x8' bloom tent. That's all I have to report today! Thanks for stopping by my garden!
