First week outdoors and the girls are just loving the fresh air and sunshine! Have been bringing them into solarium at night because we are still hitting 1°-2° some nights, and the solarium only gets down to 14°. Warm nights (>12°) should be here to stay in the next few days, will have them grounded then. Soil pickup and pot preparation today. I get my soil from a local landscape material yard. They do a great "garden mix", has good drainage and very healthy soil. Plants always seem to love it, and at $45 a yard it's so much cheaper than bagged soil. Also today is the day I pick my two of the litter before the other two go to their homes at my in-laws place. Probably take the black pots, all four girls look so good might as well take a tall and a short see which does best! Plants were topped Day 29 from seed and recovered well, quite noticable thickening of the main stem, and by end of week about 1" new growth on tops.

Hello Diary, The first week of vegetation is over on my little farm and so far everything is going well. In order to better remember the arrangement of the plants, they are arranged alphabetically from left to right. On the left is Apollo, in the middle is the Milky Way and on the right is Titan. Titan F1 is developing and growing nicely. It grew 6.5 cm and I am generally satisfied. Bright spots appeared on the leaves. As with her roommate Milky Way. I'm not sure about the cause, but maybe it's genetics. I will see and follow what happens. Watering was not frequent, considering the size of the pots, there is a lot of moisture in the ground, so I watered it every 5 days with a liter and a half of water. In the first week, I didn't add any supplements, considering that I mixed a lot of supplements into the soil. Conditions on the farm are satisfactory. The humidity is slightly higher than 50% and the temperature is around 25 degrees. The light is set to 18/6 from the first day of vegetation. I took pictures on the first and last day of the first week, just to see the difference in a week. Here's a quick recap of the week. 30/04/2023 - Day 1. Watering and photography. At the start of week 13 I applied weekly nutrients. The girls are still bulking up and my favorite pheno is turning purple:). On day 2 I did a early harvest on pheno number 2 because it didn't have the traits I was looking for and was taking up valuable light/space so I harvested early...(plus I need the smoke 😉)I'm looking forward to harvesting pheno number 3 asap so I can reveg her to get more clones and flower them all out 😀 I harvested the tops of my pheno number 3. I could have let it go longer but the smell was getting strong lol. I am also eager to reveg pheno number 3 and clone that for my next run. I will let the bottoms of pheno number 3 mature up and harvest along with my pheno number 1. This week has gone very well 👍

En muchos medios de lectura y en especial en vídeos mencionan que no puedes esperar mucho es tu primer cultivo. En mi caso es falso y lo demuestro ya que si aprendes, investigas por cuenta y lees lo suficiente, obtendrás un alto porcentaje de que los resultados se den. Muy contento con mi plantas y sus tonos morados. Puntos a mejorar tener una carpa de cultivo y por su puesto un extractor de humedad para que baje la humedad preferiblemente a 45 grados Vendrán mejores contenidos y cosechas mas abundantes. Hi there! I decided to cut the other plant like I said. I wanted to try the FIM method and I actually missed and did it in two times cut! 😢 From now on plant #1 will be mentioned as FIM and plant #2 will be the TOP. Lst is a very interesting method and seem to work but I'm not totally sure if I do it right.

Plants are exploding. Seeing the power of RDWC now :-) Also found some mutants - leaves are growing in the the middle of the fingers.

Day 14 - Everything seems to be going great, not much to say right now! Will be feeding tomorrow! Fairly easiest plant that Ive ever grew! Very resist and Phenotype was on point. Only veg’d them for 25 days and managed to fill the entire 2x2 (60x60cm) Scrog net. Flowering time was a bit longer than 49 days, but still doable. ## From seed to harvest it took 90 days ## ## Three plants yielded me about ~150g of dry product ##

Hello, I hope you're all doing well. I'll consider this week a complete failure. I repotted my plants, I added mulch, but it was only 3 cm thick. As a result, my plants were miserable for four days because it was too thick. The soil was cold and remained very damp due to watering during repotting. It smothered the fallen leaves, some of which even turned yellow. It seemed like a magnesium and calcium deficiency and an unbalanced pH. I re-evaluated my approach and, most importantly, added a light layer of mulch. They've recovered well. It just goes to show that a small mistake can teach you something new every day. This week, I added: 2 g of Epsom salt: This powerful mineral is pure magnesium sulfate, one of the main components of chlorophyll produced by plants. For a couple of runts I think I'll end up with a couple of blunts! Tight little buds. Lots of resin and great scent. I kind if wish I could just keep them going but they are nearing the end.

This week I topped each main cola at the 3rd node as usual and performed a selective defoliation to improve light penetration and airflow. From now on, I won’t be doing any more apical cuts. In a few days, I plan to introduce a scrog net to start guiding the branches and prepare for an even canopy 🌿💪

Como se puede ver en el timelapse de la semana anterior la planta va dejando atrás esos problemas de crecimiento de hojas y cada vez va más rápida ayudada principalmente por ese gran par de hojas del segundo nudo. He realizado una poda apical justo después del cuarto nudo como se puede ver en las imagenes. APlicaré LST cuando esas dos ramas principales estén claramente visibles, lo que calculoque será en un par de días y posteriormente colocaré la maya de scrog (calculo que esto será sobre la cuarta semana de crecimiento), dependiendo como vea la malla entonces pasaré a ciclo de floración o dejaré otra semana de crecimiento, pero máximo 5 semanas de vegetativo. La fertilización la mantengo sin cambios, aun queda bastante solución nutritiva en el depósito, la cual mantiene el ph a cerca de 6 (6.07) y la ec al estabilizarse ha subido un poco 1,7 que sigue siendo un buen valor.

8/17 Watered everything but the 50. Found two leaves with sep markings on the pink kish in the 50. Definitely not using old soil again. I'm pretty sure THIS plant contracted it from the soil and not the way the others did with the lawn mower and birdseed hijinx. It's supposed to rain for the first time basically all summer. It's am 80% chance so I HELD OFF ON PLANT DOCTOR AND DID NOT APPLY as I'm supposed to have a clear day after. I'll apply the plant doctor in the morning. I'm hoping this rain will knock down a bunch of those thrips. They seem to be on a small branch on a plant or two. One or two leaves show damage and I'll pick them off. I figure I'll get them after I apply plant doctor. I'll use either citric acid or just my regular bt-k pillar treatment with Castille or liquid soap. That will kill them as well. I'm on really worried about it. I also might just buy a bunch of lady bugs and unleash them once things get further along. EDIT: TOOK A QUICK VIDEO AND A COUPLE PICS. HOPEFULLY WE GET THIS RAIN. IF NOT IM GOING TO TREAT THE THRIPS THAT ARE ON TWO PLANTS NOW. I THINK IM GOING TO GO WITH BT-K FOR NY PILLARS AND HOPE THAT THE DISH SOAP IN THE MIX KILLS THE THRIPS. THANKS. 8/18 We got the rain we were expecting. It was sheet rain for a few hourscand rained during the night. Everything was drenched and it was cold (50°F). I shook off the special kush that's way further in flower. I decided to use the leafblowrr despite the risk of spreading anything. I did it so that it wasn't ever blowing TOWARDS another plant but still. I was hoping it might blast off some thrips that might have survived that torrential rain. We've never had a dry summer like this. I'll moniter things. My water day is tomorrow so I assume that's when the girls will get their plant doctor dose. It's a great time of year for cannabis growers. We get to watch all the hard work we've put in literally pay off. It's very peaceful in the garden. EDIT: Went over at about one to check things out and do some minor defoliation. I checked on the thrip situation and I dont know if I blasted them off with the leafblower or if the rain washed them away bit I doubt it. Ivecmade the decision to treat these little bastards. It's on one plant but it's started to spread to another branch on another plant. I probably just overlooked it but still. Seeing that it rained like he'll and I'm seeing like zero signs of septoria I'm going to treat everything. At least I think I am. I haven't decided what to use. I think I could just use bt and soap and I'd probably be alright. I'd feel better doing that as it's something I'm familiar with. Outdoor growing. It's always something. 8/19 In the 40's last night. Hopefully that will help with the thrips. I was hurried and since today tops at 72° I only watered the 10th planet big mk ultra and the chem dog with preventative plant doctor. I'm not seeing hardly any septoria and if I do itsca random leaf. I mixed up 3tsp of citric acid and some Dawn in a 2 quart hand sprayer and treated the 10th planet that I thought had heat stress and the Pink kush in the ten gal that has the damage. I also treated a branch on my good tenth planet. It was the only branch with markings so I think I've got it early enough. I'm just wondering the best way to tackle this. The pink kush I'm sure, could handle spinosad. That strain is much later flowering. I'll see how the citriccacid works and go from there. If the other girls need water they'll get it when I get home alongcwith plant doctor. I've got some work to do. I'll keep this updated. Opinions are always welcome. UPDATE: THE PLANT IN THE TEN I SPRAYED LOOKS BETTER THAN WHEN I SPRAYED IT! I ALSO DIDNT WATER AS ITS UNDER 70° AND EVERYTHING I WATERED LOOKS WORSE THAN WHAT I DIDNT. MY PROFESSIONAL BUDDY ADVISED TO ORDER GREEN LACEWINGS AS OPPOSED TO USING SPRAYS. HE SUGGESTED SPOT TREATMENT BUT AFTER MY RESEARCH ON THRIPS THAT WONT HE AS EFFECTIVE. I HAVENT DECIDED WHAT TO DO. I MAY ORDER THE LACEWINGS AND I MAY CONTINUE AND ROTATE TREATMENT. I DONT WANT TO OVERREACT (WHICHVI TEND TO DO) BUT I ALSO DONT WANT ALL MY LEAVES TO DIE. ILL KEEP THIS UPDATED. ITS TIME FOR THERE PLANT DOCTOR PREVENTATIVE. 8/20 I watered the two kush in the back WITH THE PREVENTATIVE DOSE OF PLANT DOCTOR as they were dry I assume due to the wind they get. The one in the 50 I found one sep leaf. Looking carefully arpund the garden I can tell that I have a thrip infestation. First time I've fought this and it seems most people don't really know what to do besides predators at the beginning of the season. I'm too far along for spinosad. At least thats what I've been told. My pro buddy said to try to spot treat it. It's not bad bit I'm afraid it might be worse than I think. The plants I treated with citric acid look MUCH better. I think I'll dial the dosage of citric acid down and start with that tonight and switch up treatments. I can get rid of them it's just going to take a ton of work. I think I've had them before and I attributed to something else. I so think that the very early pink kush plants could handle spinosad. I hope so. The plants I watered the other day look overwatered. The plants I didn't water look GREAT. The special kush in late flower looks happier than I've ever seen her. The difference being we went from 104° one day to 72 the next with 46° night Temps. This week is highs of 70's lows of high 40°'s. I've got a lot of work cut out for me. Didn't do a video as I didn't have time but I'll do one
