Day 130 – Harvest Day | Sweet Seeds – Gorilla Girl Today marks the official harvest of our Gorilla Girl by Sweet Seeds – exactly 130 days from seed. The plant finished strong, with dense, resin-covered buds and a very intense aroma that exploded in the final days. Based on her structure and the weight of the colas, we’re expecting a solid yield. Final Techniques: Last 2 weeks: Only clean, purified water (flush stage) Last 3 days: Complete darkness Twice during the dark period: Placed 2 kg of ice directly on the soil The effect was noticeable — right after the ice melted, the smell intensified dramatically, and the trichomes looked even more frosty and swollen. Throughout the entire grow, she was fed with the Xpert Nutrients line, and the results speak for themselves — healthy growth, strong structure, and top-quality flowers. Classic music therapy for one hour every day. The blue berry top bud looks great. Cheese has 6 tops and all look good. Banana kush and black domina are a bit behind. The music therapy works well for me and the plants.

#1 first week in and she putting on some lovely blossoms....tied down a few of her branches (LST) and she is jus spreading her wings #2 diet seemed to be a off so increase potassium looks like it balanced out..jus watching it to see....also lock off extended hours of light so she can start to get ready to go into flowering

Banana Jelly has a very nice bushy shape, she responds good to LST and doesn't stretch a lot when turned into flowering. Good resistance as we performed some HST and even during flowering defoliations, no sign of stress or delays in growth. The bid smell is almost like nuts, fresh almonds with a sweet but slightly gassy background, a true gem to explore. We will definitely repeat this one!!!

Goodjob..a last nutriens..

Last week I could notice the plant has a calmag deficiency, you can see the leaves with pale borders. However, it looks heatlhy after all, with big leaves and gaining height. I'm planning to use LST next week, when maybe she's recovered from the calmag deficiency. Let me know your thoughts!

Day 1 week 1 flower I switched my lights to 12/12 as my clones were getting taller then I would like so I flipped them a little earlier then intended. On day 3 I defoliated lower growth(suckers) to focus growth towards top of the canopy. On day 4 I changed out my reservoir and added my flower nutes. On day 6 I defoliated my plants to increase air flow lower in the canopy. On day 7 of week 1 flower the clones are doing well. They are still stretching, the leaves look really healthy and I can see the beginning of flower clusters forming.

11/24/22: Happy Thanksgiving groupies! Hope everyone is having a good holiday. My lady is doing her thing she has gotten even bigger coming into the start of this week. I watered her with plain water last to try and get some of the grow nutes out going to switch to flower when she dries out and can water with bloom nutes.. Got these seeds as freebies when I ordered other seeds and I gotta feeling this is going to be a beauty at flower!

Been fertilizing with Peruvian gold and earth juice bloom. Got some Jimmy Jack corn steep powder and tried it out. Works very nicely 👍. Also starting to bend some cola branches and defoliate to allow more light to pass through the canopy to lower branches.

I also upgraded to an oscillating fan which I hung to free up grow space. We’re running just under 1000ppm with no issues. I bumped my VPD up to account for leaf temp. The autopots are working. They just increased their (self feeding) appetite - up from .3 gallon a day to .8 gallons a day. This weeks accomplishments: Dehumidifier venting tuning Filled each scrog grid with at least one cola Stabilize temp, humidity and VPD. Stretched trellis with pvc frame Better oscillating fans for top and bottom airflow This week to-do By Monday evening, I have to install two more autopots - I’m still hand feeding the gelatos. I’m going on vaca, so we’ll see how this turns out. Final painting and floor trim completed. Walls are white and bright. I started to construct the main flood table. It is made of 2x3's and a sheet of chipboard. I fastened some rails at the perimeters and used caulking to seal all gaps. I will coat the face of the chipboard with a polyurea flat roof coating to make it completely watertight. I have 1/4 : 12 slope on it right now so that it drains to the reservoir end. I stained the sides of the table grey to match the floor trim because ambiance matters Shelves are up to hold my nutes/test pens/genetics/nug/papers/etc... I brought in one of the 3 HLG 550 clone qb's to test for light as I have never seen them in action. WOW!! Having one running is quite intense, I cant wait to see what all 3 going over the 4x10 area will look like (with shades on of course) A minor adjustment is needed to the height of the A/C exhaust vent. It is currently too high by 2" and needs to be lowered. Kind of a pain in the ass, but needs to be done for the table to fit snug.
