I could talk to you for hours about this strain, it has many qualities and I always get excited talking about it because it has brought me so much luck and I am very, very fond of it and therefore I always look for the right words as if to describe my best friend or a person I love so well. It's not purple this time, anyone who frequents this site should know by now the famous purple plant I made, famous for its beauty, it amazed everyone first. Color does a lot for beauty and impact on the public but take a good look at this plant. Very compact flowers, with that super density that I like, lots and lots of resin, super beautiful pistils to look at. Let's understand each other well, it vegetated very little, just over two weeks, but very little and it grew very well and with a lot of quality. She had a hermaphrodite nearby, she didn't even inseminate herself like many others, truly a super strain guys, try it! Go to the official website and buy it if you haven't seen it, take a look at the photos with which it is promoted, it's her in all her beauty and majesty... https://www.zamnesia.io/it/9484-zamnesia-seeds-biscotti.html Site description ZAMNESIA SEEDS - BISCUITS: DELICIOUS BISCUITS TO EAT AND SMOKE Spice up your grows and add the Biscotti strain to your cannabis seed collection. It offers the best qualities of marijuana: potency, productivity and intense flavors. Biscotti is made up of South Florida OG and Gelato genetics and contains 22–25% THC, enough to make your body vibrate from head to toe. The genetic profile of this strain is 80% indica and 20% sativa, with effects that will make you feel relaxed and creative at the same time. Plants of the Biscotti variety produce dark green leaves and numerous pistils, while the buds tend to be small and compact. Towards the end of the flowering phase, when nighttime temperatures drop a few degrees, you may also notice purple hues. GROWING BISCUITS: FAST FLOWERING Biscotti won't test your patience. You can break out your scissors and start harvesting her after about 8–9 weeks of flowering indoors. The plants are robust and vigorous and grow well both outdoors and indoors. Under the sun, you can expect heights of 130–170cm and yields of 800g/plant ready in October. Some experienced growers have reported achieving higher yields. So, the results will depend on your skills. Indoors, Biscotti typically reaches a respectable height of 130–150cm and offers yields of 550–650g/m². FLAVOURS, FLAVORS AND EFFECTS OF BISCUITS: DELICIOUS AND COMPLEX Once the drying and curing is finished, you will finally be able to taste the fruits of your labor. Biscotti is definitely one of our tastiest varieties, producing aromas of vanilla and honey biscuits contrasting with the classic diesel notes. A great addition to the kitchen where you can prepare delicious baked desserts. Being very potent and producing effects that can overwhelm the user, we advise you to consume it with caution to avoid becoming overwhelmed. This strain offers a relaxing high for the body, while the creative juices will start flowing in the mind. www.zamnesia.io

This is the last week. They are currently in the dark getting ready for Chop, Chop in a day or so. Only doing water this week. Checked my TDS and it was around 80PPM. Pretty low since we have added the RO system. The smell hits you when you open the cab like a freight train. Some smelly treats in there! Going skiing in a couple weeks. So stay tuned for next grow! 😎

Week 10 flushing plant this week and next week before harvest!! Fast Buds White Widow has been really easy to grow the plant is strong genetically and can handle some stress and recover if your a beginner I highly suggest you give this lady a try. She smells sweet, looks beautiful with her purple hues in her buds and the trichomes just glistening from every angle even the leaves remind you of fall as she's in her final stage. I hope this motivates and encourages others to grow their own medication!!!

Day 29 Flower (Day 71) Woohoo! First day of week five of flower and an easy day at that. I just gave the right girl 3 liters of pH 6.2 water and took some pics. I'm still experimenting with bud photography. This time with a tripod but still no additional lights. I also need to take the pics when the lights are off as the flowers look funky under the LEDs. The right girl is slowly starting to bulk up, but the left girl is lagging. That is no wonder, though, considering that she has had much less light due to those space issues. Also, there's a huge quality difference between the lights in each tent. So I'm looking forward to comparing the bud quality that each tent will generate. Day 30 Flower (Day 72) It slipped my mind, but it's been over two weeks since I gave the girls nematodes to get rid of the gnats. As always, the nemos did their job quickly and effectively, and I haven't seen any gnats since. However, to ensure that they stayed gone, I did a second treatment today, mixed up 10 million nemos into 6 liters of water, and gave each girl half at pH 6.6. Day 31 Flower (Day 73) Chill day. I just gave the right girl 3 liters of pH 6.5 water and cut some clones from her. She is deep in flower so I'll try to monster-crop her. Never tried that before but have heard that it creates some really bushy plants. As she already is bushy I'm curious to see how bushy a monster-cropped clone of her will be. She had a few low branches that I left during lollipopping for this reason and I cut four of them with a sterile razor blade, then scraped the lower part of the stem and dipped them in Clonex. They're now sitting in the window with a small LED spot to make sure that they have enough light to re-veg. Day 32 Flower (Day 74) I know that I got a new tent for my left girl only a few days ago, but I decided to upgrade to give her a bit more space. I went to my local grow store today and picked up a tent made by the same company as my main tent (UndrCovrLab). This new tent is also made specifically for my wardrobe, maximizing the available space. I went from a tiny 40x40 cm tent to a "massive" 75x45 cm tent. Still very small but almost 2x bigger. Woohoo! The left girl was squeezed into the 40x40 tent for so long that I had to use some LST to spread her out and increase light penetration now when she has some more breathing room. Speaking of lights, my small ViparSpectra is a bit underpowered now in this larger space, so now I have to consider upgrading that as well. The simplest solution would be to get another ViparSpectra, and while this little light has been performing well, it lacks UV diodes. I'll look around for options. We have gotten hit by a heatwave here, so now my tents are sweltering. The main tent reached 36 degrees C today at one point :/ Oh well, I cannot do much about it except hope that the heat doesn't stress out the girls too severely. The girls are very thirsty in this heat though, and I gave each 4.5 liters of pH 6.5 water. Day 33 Flower (Day 75) All I did today was to give the right girl 3 liters of pH 5.9 water. A bit low as I used too much pH down and then was too lazy to fix it. Day 34 Flower (Day 76) No idea what happened, but an army of fungus gnats invaded my right girl. It's only four days ago since I watered her with Nematodes against gnats, and there were no gnats at all then. A few days later, it is gnat central in my main tent (the left girl in the other tent has no gnats). It's almost like I didn't give nemos to the plant but instead gave her gnats. Weird as the nemos have always worked great in the past. Now I need to start fighting these annoying little shits. Sigh. I'll give nemos another go, and if they don't work, then I'll use some sand. Worst case scenario, I'll use Neem oil, but I really don't want to go that far. I gave each girl 3 liters of pH 6.5 water, and that was it for today. Day 35 Flower (Day 77) The last day of the fifth week of flower and all is (pretty well) well in the tents. The left girl is 103 cm tall (6 cm increase in a week), and she is lagging quite a bit behind the right girl. She is healthy and quite sticky to the touch, but the flowers still have a lot of fattening up to do. I hope that will speed up now when she has a bit more room to spread out so the light can penetrate the canopy deeper. Getting a more powerful light would also help. When in doubt, add more photons! Someone who doesn't need more photons, though, is the right girl. The top bud has been burnt slightly, and there's light bleaching on a couple of colas as well as on a few fan leaves. I removed the driver from one of the lights and raised the light a bit higher. Every centimeter counts when you're running out of space! The right girl increased another 3 cm this week and is now 123 cm tall. I hope that is it as I'm now completely out of room. The gnat army in my main tent is still going strong. So strong that they have now sent out a small expeditionary force to my small tent and started to colonize the area. Sigh. I Will hit the girls in a day or two with nemos, but today I just put up some yellow sticky traps and gave the right girl 3 liters of pH 6.5 water.

These babies are behaving exactly how I want them to. So far no signs of preflowers at all, this is good because my light is farther away than I’d like and AVT is still finishing up in the tent and she creates shade. So they haven’t been growing as fast but they are looking healthy and happy, I’m sure they’ll take off in growth once they get the entire light and space. I topped Pink Kush on day 23 above the 5th node and I pruned the first node as these never really make great stems for big buds. In the next day or two I’ll top the other three ladies and prune first node as well.

Note: Moisture and Temp readings are done in the mornings. Lights are on an automated 17/9 schedule unless stated otherwise. Drip water system waters 1 Liter every 9 hours. Quick Notes: I notice as I go into full-blown flower, the plants are starting to need less frequent waterings, especially North. The watering system overflows her pot often, and the AKs soils feel relatively damp before the auto-watering starts. All plants are stopping their growth also. North is the furthest into flowering and is starting to smell and get sticky, the microscope is showing trichome development also. 📏: AK1: 36 in (91.44 cm), AK2: 44 in (111.76 cm), North: 24 in (60.96 cm) Day 64 (Jul 29) - Manually watering today. All plants drinking a bit slower, especially North (probably had a 0.5 liter overspill). Refilling drip water system tomorrow to get a better pace for watering. 💧: Tap: 7.45 pH Adjusted with pH down. AK1: 1.5 liter (5.95 pH, 1 ml FloraMicro, 2 ml FloraGro, 3 ml FloraBloom, 2.5 ml CalMag) ~1220 PPM AK2: 1.5 liter (6.05 pH, 1 ml FloraMicro, 1.5 ml FloraGro, 3 ml FloraBloom, 2.5 ml CalMag) ~1150 PPM North: 1.5 liter (x pH, 1 ml FloraMicro, 2 ml FloraGro, 3 ml FloraBloom, 2.5 ml CalMag) 💦: 57% (37-67) - 🌡️: 27C (22-30) Day 64 (Jul 30) - Noticing Plants drinking slower. Soil not completely dry in the mornings as usual. Defoliated AK2 a bit more. Attempted to Supercrop but decided not to follow through (crushed main trunk between fingers without bending it over) Watered all plants and refilled drip water system with 14.2 liters. 💧: Tap: x pH Adjusted with pH Down. All: 14.2 liter (6.2 pH, 14.5 ml FloraMicro, 14.5 ml FloraGro, 33.5 ml FloraBloom, 33.5 ml CalMag) ~1250 PPM, ~2250 EC 💦: 49% (38-70) - 🌡️: 28C (20-30) Day 65 - Plants look healthy. Set drip System to water 1 liter every 9 hours. 💦: 38% (36-65) - 🌡️: 26C (20-29) Day 66 - Plants look healthy. 💦: X% -🌡️: xC Day 67 - Trimmed some leaves below. Humidity spiked unexpectedly, buying dehumidifier. 💦: X% (40-79) - 🌡️: XC (21-29) Day 68 - Humidity spike overnight. Manually watered AK1 & AK2, not North (didn't seem like she needed it). Looks like the plants are needing a bit less watering overall. 💧: Tap: x pH Adjusted with pH down. AK1: 1.5 liter (6.05 pH, 1 ml FloraMicro, 1.3 ml FloraGro, 2.3 ml FloraBloom, 2.3 ml CalMag) AK2: 1.5 liter (5.95 pH, 1 ml FloraMicro, 1.3 ml FloraGro, 2.3 ml FloraBloom, 2.3 ml CalMag) 💦: 45% (39-71) - 🌡️: 27C (20-29) Day 69 (week 9) - Humidity spike overnight. Set water system to water 1 liter every 11 hours. Dehumidifier came in mail, monitoring effectiveness throughout the day and tomorrow. Refilled water system and set to water 1 liter every 10 hours. All: 14.2 liter (6.2 pH, 14.5 ml FloraMicro, 14.5 ml FloraGro, 33.5 ml FloraBloom, 33.5 ml CalMag) ~1550 PPM 💦: 44% (36-70) - 🌡️: 26C (19-29)

Since I can no longer get the humidity below 58% and the rust spots on some of the sugar leaves are getting bigger, I decided to harvest . Unfortunately I couldn't wait for the perfect time, so luckily I don't have any clear trichomes , about 75% cloudy ones and the rest amber. 67 Day's from Seed to Harvest

--- It's over, now it's time to harvest. Two very different phenotypes will soon be tested in the vaporizer for their taste, aroma and effect. Even if the smaller of the two plants could perhaps have stood a little longer. There was no more room in the tent and the top bud of the large Runtz started to burn. I don't think such different phenotypes are suitable for a SOG, but the situation is different with cuttings from them. All in all, uncomplicated plants, but I never got the thrips completely under control. This was my first indoor grow and I realize that my grow box only has room for one plant if it is to be a beauty queen. At least I managed to get some nice leaf coloration on the larger plant. You can see the wild, impetuous growth in the pictures. Thanks to Zamnesia for letting me try this strain! I still have a few seeds for further grows. Many thanks also to Plagron for the flower fertilizer. I would never have believed that such thick flower bulbs were possible before this grow. I wish all the other participants in this contest a successful conclusion and a good harvest! P.S. When I look at the frostiness of the buds as they grow, I get a bit scared...
