15/09 she's turnin brown on the tops 20/09 she is not turning more brown, getting a bit thicker.... Humidity 60+ and spraying her, felt like she was dryin out, want to keep her goin... She's goin to spawn seeds I guess, but she is gaining nicely!!! 22/09 she was turning more brown, was going to lose more than she gained, she's partly Amber with some dry spots, too bad for that SO CUT !! 84gr wet, just like her sister!! I guess we’ll call this the start of veg since all 4 plants are showing their starter leaves. So far so good with the front loaded soil. Keeping a close eye on them for now. Also decided to keep feeding RO water for a couple more days and then I’ll start to mix in the tap water. The demand for CalMag is low right now and my soil is already pre amended. Day5 update: not much to report, just water and wait. Bumped up the lights a bit to around 230ppfd and 12.1 DLI. That’s going off cocoforcannabis website par tests on the sf-7000. I am running the seedling mode for more blue light so not 100% sure the math is spot on, but should be close. I’m at 28” as well not the 25” they test on so that adds a variable of error.

Week 8 D1 First day NO NUTES day for my garden . They got a bit more than a liter of water each with a bit more run off than usual.. That’s it . I personally don’t over acting with flushing liters of water through my medium . Just a bit more plain pHed water than normal . 💦 Buds are getting weight and already thinking how I could support some of them if needed during those two last weeks. Buds are super dense in both phenotypes . Shes booming through the stretch! Got branches rowing up great as she fills right out. Did a big defoliating of most the leaves under the first net. Allow some air flow through the under skirt. Did a preventative treatment using dr zhymes. Than gave her a good shower to wash off any residual build up. I'm just starting to see pre flowers coming in at the nodes. So she will still have some stretching period to go. I'd say atleast another week of stretching out and filling up my net. Before I start seeing those white stigma pom poms coming in at the bud sites. Lets see what this lady can do. Until next update. Happy growing and stay lit fam.

Week 3 into flower and it’s time to top dress and seabird tea. Using 3 gallon pots, top dress with 1/3 cup craft, 1/4 cup worm castings, 1/2 ocean forest, and small amount of kashi. Seabird tea: 4tbs seabird guano, recharge, and worm castings, Humic acid, and alfalfa meal in the tea bag. pH to around 6.6-6.8. Should give me around a 2.5-12.5-2.5 feed. As I used equal parts alfalfa to seabird. Probably a little more nitrogen bwith the worm castings. Brewed for 24 hours and fed straight, no water down. Just bought the mammoth lighting 6 bar LED, I got suckered into the green spectrum and the ability to penetrate the canopy using green light. Science backs it but science also backed Covid vaccines soooo I guess I’ll have to test it out myself. 😂 But so far enjoying my first grow back after a year off. Took a while to remember everything and dial everything back in. Only took me going to the dispensary for a year to remember it’s just way better to grow and press my own rosin instead of paying 50 for brown boo-boo or flower i can’t even smell before buying it. As a young lad I was in charge of a 30 light/ 600 plant grow house. This famous rap producer had a pool house in his back yard he turned into a grow house. I ended up being very successful there using their recipe and styles, Rockwell cubes 20-25 plants a light of some SFV og and synthetic nutients and eagle 20 for daysss. Was at about 2lbs a light. Eventually I moved on and this guys house was raided as he was sending drugs back east to gangs and money laundering. Major wake up call, as California finally started cracking down on all the growers stealing electricity. Never thought I’d be growing weed but when your best friends brother has a grow house and it’s trim season, all hands on deck so I got introduced to it then and because my attention to detail and passion to science they gave me a shot opporating a 600 plant facility. Also showed me the dark side of the business with pesticides and mold… and all the “growers” that have no sanitation techniques and wonder why they have to use eagle 20 and avid all run… if you have trust issues don’t go into the underground cannabis grows of the early 2010s. People be trying to sell powder mildew as frosty nugs. But fast forward a bunch of years I move to Washington and the cannibus industry is all sealed jars with labels. No smell test, no scales, no free dabs… it felt like gambling every time I gave them money for weed. Looks fire taste like dirt or looks fire taste fire cost 60 an eighth…. Not substainable for a daily stoner, so I got my first 2.7x2.7 grow tent and some soil and 100s of hours of YouTube videos to figure out how to grow roots and not plants. Growing in rockwool cubes is all about recipes and pH. Growing in soil is all about microorganisms, oxygen, and relationship building.

day 49 just pure water phed down. it is day 51, morning before lights on, I might chop today. I use a zero water filter pitcher got off walmart. My humidifier is only a sonic wave. If you use regular tap water it will get gunky in a sonic humidifier. If you have a heat humidifier that boils the water the mist should be clean. These are the 2 types of water humidifiers. Researching best water filters this "zero water" also comes with a free ppm meter! yay! Other water pitcher brands; the water still has ppm. So water misted will still have ppm contamination. You can easily used distilled water only, and reverse osmosis. I just fill a 4gal office water jug with the pitcher and fill my humidifier when needed. I do not use a humidifier in my entire grow up to this point when I chop, I need the perfect rh or this whole effort can fail. growing up to this point only requires 20% effort, chopping now for the 2 weeks dry is this 80% of crucial determination, succeed. A lot of tasks are required today for a clean chop. I feel confident, observed my cross seeds with pink paradise and one with a slightly open caylex looks dark enough for successful germination. I figured 8-16 seeds may be created, 3-4 buds were potentially pollinated. Many growers don't understand when creating genetics with female/female there is a slight chance of herm. You lose 50% of your genetic function. Just water last 2 days, no humic no folvic, 1st time entire grow ha! There is a lot of cleaning to do, remove the trees, clean the entire tent and environment with bleach water, hacksaw. I am very proud of my grow. I have sampled 3 of the strains, dr. thunder legit made my lips numb but it could have just been the terps removing my skin cells from the sticky filter, no lie. This is my best grow to date. I did this for you, and to document hype or not under the best conditions I could give my plants, full max potential, although I wish I had more lights, I am not looking for industrial lol, this is how I grow. Learn a lot on youtube and podcasts there is many good content and I may dab into it. You can have a room full of growers and you have 1 seed in your hand, they will all tell you that their way is correct ;) and the best way. Oreo is stinky AF, Bridal is just amazing glad its massive, just not into sativa but the test seemed slight sativa with majority indica, pink untested, dr, thunder just a lip numming plant aha, its very nice, all 4 amazing appeal like advertised, and excited for next run. Either crosses from this or other copycat genetics. I will give you beautiful glamout shots today, the sizes of the plants, My guesstimate bridal 1lb, thunder 1lb, pink, 0.4lb, bridal 0.5, I am ambitious off 640w lm301h, and 4x 20w blurples daisy chained. day 51 4 chopped see you in a few weeks :D
