10/01: They are growing fine and seem happy. I plan to swap out the water, defoliate and switch the lights to 12/12 this weekend. I will be removing an hour of light each day leading up until the weekend.

Love this strain, will be growing again for SURE!. I can't wait to smoke and press this flower, she is sticky, stinky, and dense..... Perfect strain for mainlining/manifolding. Only took me 3.5 hours to wet trim, and she should yield around 12 zips of frosty sticky nugs. Sweet Seeds knocked it out of the park, and I am a huge fan of African Tai, which is in this lady, and I can't wait to give a smoke report.... Fucking trees!!! Plants just broke my indoor plant height record by 2" now. I don't think this is going to brake my gram records tho. Compared to my other tent the buds are a lot smaller and then 2 of the plants have had issues since the start and don't have very many bud locations on them. Week 10 Day 1 11/25/2023 Walked in the door, dropped everything and rushed in to check on the ladies, it was past lights out so I couldn't check on the plants but checked on the pH. The PH was down to 5.19... noooooo..I adjusted it to 6.0 and crossed my fingers the plants looked good, will check on them in the morning. Week 10 Day 2 11/26/2023 Well She looked great and I think she is ready for Chop, Chop, so debating the 48 hours of darkness, or chopping today.. so going to get some breakfast and give it a think. Afternoon update: So I gave it a think and I decided to do a split harvest this run. I took the top half and left the bottom half to mature for another week. I did run out of hooks so I was forced to freeze dry some and will have that to try in 48 hours. The problem is that I will have to remember the weights that I get when I get the final harvest and all the numbers but since I am doing a split harvest anyways it will be three sets of numbers to track over the next few weeks. Week 10 Day 3 11/27/2023 Got my first little bit out of the freeze dryer and trimmed up: I got 26.1 grams of bud and 2grams of shake. Smoke is smooth will see what kind of high comes with it.. Week 10 Day 4 11/28/2023 I let them bottom half recover and get another week under their belt to color and get some trichomes on them. The week started with 2 hours of music for every day, and I plan to continue with this. Relax for me and the plants. Did anybody tried this before? The plants finally stopped from growing. The buds are getting bigger and bigger.

Fattening up those buds. All plants grew to a decent size. Only the GSC is a bit of a dwarf, with low height and very tiny baby leaves. Actually it came handy since I've miss calculated the space I needed for the fan, so now it sits just below it.

Note: Moisture and Temp readings are done in the mornings. Lights are on an automated 17/9 schedule unless stated otherwise. Drip water system waters 1 Liter every 9 hours. Quick Notes: I notice as I go into full-blown flower, the plants are starting to need less frequent waterings, especially North. The watering system overflows her pot often, and the AKs soils feel relatively damp before the auto-watering starts. All plants are stopping their growth also. North is the furthest into flowering and is starting to smell and get sticky, the microscope is showing trichome development also. 📏: AK1: 36 in (91.44 cm), AK2: 44 in (111.76 cm), North: 24 in (60.96 cm) Day 64 (Jul 29) - Manually watering today. Feel that the light intensity and lack of drainage caused the possible defiencies that appear to be by the leaves. I administered 50ml 6.5ph water and meigs grow fertilizer. Also, drilled hole through side of bottle for drainage . Will post pictures in a day or 2 to see if it perks up

shortest plant is 50cm tallest being 95cm. They are all doing wonderfully, most of autos are budding nicely and all of the photoperiods are ready to flower. looking very promising. i am changing my light schedule to 14-10 to kick these girls into flower.. this will give the plants an extra 17% (or so) a day under the lights.rather than 12-12. i cant be fussy as i only have one grow space but if my research is correct these should grow beautifully! the autos are well ahead so shouldnt affect my harvest weight too much. like i say i cant be fussy! thanks for looking

This week whent ok bit slower than the autos but that's normal due to it being a photo period. I'm feeding once a week guaranteeing that the roots get some air to. Whenever it's a nice sunny day I put it out in the garden to try and harden it off a bit because eventually it will be going outside in the spring and grown all through the summer where I will hope to harvest in October.thank you for looking at it .for more information about feed and what nutrients look in the description on the diary.thank you and remember it's 420 somewhere

WEEK 1 of flower. This is insanely quick, veg for three weeks and on week 4 we are flowering strong. It is raining a lot, so i had to use a top dressing, ingredients on the week 3, to manage the soil nutrients till the end of the cycle. About two table spoons. Watering once a week, with the mix above, otherwise rain is taking care of them, very natural as a grow, nothing much complicated, no science fiction with fertilizer or chemistry. I’m curious about the yield, and how much can i pull out of this way, with minimal work and a nearly inert soil. Let’s see how this experiment turns out.
