The veg cycle was shorter than i usually like to have a plant go through, due to time restrictions for the Bubba Cheesecake Diary grow-off, but it still did fantastic in my mind! Three months in veg under high-octane light and 11 1/2 weeks in flower have let this plant turn into a dreadlocked group of nugs. Three main colas, but lots of burnable flower to enjoy once the dry is finished. I did a light LST with a decent amount of defoliation throughout the plant's life. I like to open up the middle area of the plant and let as much light as possible hit as many branch and potential flower nodes as possible. This way, i don't need to lollipop as many branches and as much foliage as i would if i didn't do this. Plus, the candelabra look is b-e-a-Utiful, in my opinion. Light intensity through veg ranged from 40% as a fresh seedling to around 55% the week before i put it into the bloom room. Once it was in the bloom room, the intensity was set at 50% for the first couple weeks to allow for a decent stretch. After that, i think i recorded the light intensity in my diary notes for each week. But, just in case i didn't, I bumped up the intensity by a few percent every 3 days until i hit 100%. Once i got to MAXIMUM POWER, i left it there until harvest. Water was natural well water that tests out at 7 pH. I always added BuildABloom to the water, never the soil, when i used it. Same with Dr. Earth's 1-2-1 tea concentrate. Other than those instances, it was just straight water that i was giving to the plant. Grow rooms are both about 4'x8'. Did defoliation on all three never done it before not sure did k over do it but they needed the trim I had a lot of fan leaves blocking bud sights Jan23 started to use the self watering pots from acinfinity gallon in each pot with fish shit

11/25/2022: starting to see some changes in the lower leaf coloring of the Orange Bubblegum which is a bit surprising since this one started flowering last. Not sure what it is yet. The pot was pretty light, so it could be a watering issue, or maybe nitrogen, based on the lower leaf yellowing. Hit all the plants with a double dose of BuildABloom, some Yah-Whey Thrive, coconut powder, and ThermX-70, so we'll see how she reacts. Could also be lockout from the crazy microbe tea. I'll have to wait and see. The other two plants look great. I also appear to be winning the fungas gnat battle. The Strawberry Gushers still has a population, bit the other to plants have little to no gnats at this point. Included mosquito bits, and neem cake in today's watering as well, so hopefully that will finish them off. Getting down to the final few weeks for the Strawberry Gushers, but the Orange Bubblegum, and Newberry still have another month to go. 11/30/2022: plants are all still healthy. The yellowing of the few lower leaves of the Orange Bubblegum has not spread, so I think the extra dose of BuildABloom did the trick. Also, the neem seed tea caused the ph of the water to drop to around 5, and I didn't bring the ph up the first few roundsnof this, so that could have caused some lock out. My last watering and todays i made sure the ph was at 6.8, so that may have helped as well. I know the organic soil should be a ph buffer, but I still feel the need to ph my water. Today's watering was 1 liter for each plant which included the ThermX-70, coconut powder, and Fish Shit. I also scoped the plants for the first time, and I'm seeing about ver few amber on mainly the leaves. The rest of the plants are about 70% cloudy and 30% clear, so we still have some time, which is right in line with what I expected. 12/1/2022: the fungas gnat war continues. I seem to keeping the population under control, but there are still too many for my liking. I've taken a new tactic and added some beneficial nematodes. Hoping this will wipe them out. I know I just watered yesterday, but couldn't wait, so I gave each plant about 3/4 liter of nematode and ThermX-70 water, ph was 6.9. Still seeing some yellowing on the Orange Bubblegum but only on the lowest leaves which receive the least light. The Strawberry Gushers is definitely beginning to fade, and all 3 are swelling. 12/3/2022: watered each plant with 1.3 liters, at a 6.7 ph, with coconut powder, ThermX-70, and BuildABloom. The Strawberry Gushers and Orange Bubblegum are fading. The Newberry still looks good, except for the one branch with the early fade. Buds look great and all three continue to swell. Still a few fungas gnats flying around, but the population is way down. Plan to water with the nematodes again next watering. Also, started turning the light down slightly. Started with a 50 ppfd reduction. Avg. VPD:1.5 PPFD: 650 DLI: 42

Day 102 since seed touched soil. Again troubles .... Came to check them and found tent dark. Normally theirs day was in the night, now one day we again had no electricity and everything moved 8 hours, so day is day now .... Humidity spikes as hell. I dont want to make wounds, so no defoliation ... just too big of a risk to damage or bring infection in .... Ground level 99% rh, canopy level - 85, lights level - 80 .... never grew in such hight, i did in 65-70 without problems, but this goes overboard ... Drinking slowed down, will reduce volume by 20% next watering. One more feed left. Keeping sticky pads as prevention and it helped to catch 50 or so bugs and maybe prevent infestation. Gnats mostly ... This this girl is most behind, she is heavily overcrowded , would need defoliation , will be many airy lime green buds, but ill still smoke them ;))) 10 days till chop !!! After a month they are doing quite good. Should be bigger by this time but well... there were problems on the way. It's good now ;) Middle one - Grandpa's Cookies is smallest and least branchy - but it was germinated almost 2 weeks after the rest so it's normal. Strawberry Cough is still weird and sicklish - but I hope it'll bounce back in the new soil. All of them were topped last week and the tallest - Strawberry Cough got some LST clips installed to make her more "ghrounded" ;)

Day 31: 2L (PH6.3) with 1ml/L PK13-14 She's definitely well on her way to stretch, and some of the bud sites are already showing signs of consolidation and an increase of mass, not so much as to call it stacking or bulking, but a great early flower nonetheless. To aid with bud forming, I've started mixing in some flower nutes. I'm starting at half dose and will probably follow up with a regular watering later this week. Additionally, after taking the pictures, I removed the upper fan leaves of the main cola and the next highest too since it was outpacing the others. I'm trying to not agitate her too much to prevent stunting. Since she's grown so much, the main cola was receiving 900 PPFD, and the lowest canopy budsite - in the front on the pictures - was receiving about 450 PPFD. Hence, I raised the light up to 30cm above the main cola. I haven't remeasured the PPFD afterwards. Day 34: 2L (6.5PH) + 0.5mL/L CalMag Day 36: 2L (6.3PH) Discovered two her companion plants fostering an army of spider mites so I removed all of the companion plants. The citrus had to move out of the tent for a more natural day night cycle anyway, so that one will reside on the window sill for a few days. The affected pepper plants have received spider mite treatment and are currently outside until they recover. I'll have to keep an eye out for any webbing on the Northern Light, although I think that the infestation wasn't too bad. Additionally, today was the planned defoliation day so I lollipopped her. Watering is a lot easier now and I hope the lollipop will not be detrimental to her overall yield - it hurt when I removed some branches I'd otherwise keep. And that about sums up week 4, this week was all about the stretch and the lollipop. She received her first flower nutes and immediately told me she did not need them. She became a bit thirstier and is well on her way to become the biggest yielder I've grown!

This means that whatever the temperature is, the air feels like it, not 10-15 degrees hotter. My Auto Candy is a tall lady and has good node spacing so there is space for air flow. When I went outside this afternoon, the sun was hitting the main stalk, and she was shimmering. Looking at the bud structure, the leaves are more spread out than the other outside gals with minimal sugar leaves. So far, she is easy to grow and resistant to fungus and pests. I was under watering quite a bit in an attempt to make sure I didn’t flush out the benes and nutrients of the super soil. Ironically, I might have killed all the benes. Lol. Either way, they’re getting about 1 gal every other day now. Growing strong. Looks like my super soil mix might have been a little hot for this one. Just did another spinosad treatment. I haven’t seen any more thrips in the greenhouse since the first treatment 10 or so days ago. Saw a leaf hopper in there though 😡

3.3.2026 – Another week has passed and the seedlings have officially moved into the vegetative phase. On Tuesday I gave them Terra Vega for the first time and bent them down. Fuck, I Missed with BG#41 somehow and now there are basically no gaps between the branches, just branches growing on top of more branches. A few hours later you can’t even tell it had any bending joints. It’s basically a leafy salad. :) Besides the PAR meter, the AC5 power strip and the soil sensor, I also ordered the Spider Farmer humidifier. On top of that I grabbed the Mars Hydro New Foldable Bucket Drip Irrigation Kit (it was 20€ cheaper than the Spider Farmer one, it’s identical, and through the AC5 it works in the Spider Farmer app just like everything else). I added a circulation pump to the reservoir as well, so the nutrient solution gets mixed before each irrigation. The reason I chose this model is the insanely strong magnetic mount. With the reservoir material that’s perfect, because there’s zero risk of damage and the pump stays in place like it’s welded on. Ladies are about to be Bitchy & Stretchy. 5.3.2026 - Today I switched the photoperiod to 12/12. I had to thin out the BG#41, including removing a few branches — it was just too much. Even so, it’s still a hydra. Current values are in the photo.

14/08/2023 Nothing special to mention at the beginning of this week, except my new heat/humidity detector, which is actually an old device I found. I came across it because my little one doesn't seem very reliable anymore(As you can see on a picture it say 69% while the other big one say 45%). Still no nutriments, just water with pH-. And I think I won't make any more changes until the final weeks, when I'll probably trim a maximum of leaves. 17/08/2023 I redid the LST for number 3, without knowing what I was doing, and I'm not sure if I did it right, but I'm pretty happy with the result. The canopy of #3 looks really good, even though the overall canopy is quite uneven. However, doing the LST on all 4 plants intimidated me way too much. So I changed the position of each plant so that they wouldn't encroach too much on each other; I only have a space of 60cmx60cm.

well this little girl has just started pre flower so she should be in full flower by this time next week. Hopefully she gets some fast growth before the flowering begins.
