Well, the Grandaddy black hermed on me in the beginning of week 7 flower. Separated her immediately and did a flush bringing the ppm down from over 2k to around 500. Two days later she was harvested. A little blown she didn't finish up how I wanted her to. 2 more weeks she would of been ready. Trichomes were 5% amber 70% cloudy 25% clear.

She's stopped growing vertically and is chuncking up now took main nutes back down to 3 ml per litre she's smelling beautiful and is sticky as hell not much else to report will update some better pics when available thanks for reading happy growing guys

Week 1 Day 1 - 8/12/2023 1st Water change Day! Such a special time it is when you remove the little bit of Nutes that you gave them as an appetizer and you give them their first real meal. Added 39 Gallons of Water to my system SILICA= .5mil/Gal = 19.5 = 20mil Root Drip = 1mil/Gal = 39mil Cal Mag= .25mil/Gal = 9.75 = 10mil FLoraMicro= 3.0mil/Gal = 114mil FloraGro = 2.0mil/Gal = 78mil FloraBloom = 2.0mil/Gal =78mil ORCA= .5mil/Gal = 19.5 = 20mil Week 1 Day 2 - 8/13/2023 Everything is looking good the roots are making their way to the water and the new grow is looking nice and green. Week 1 Day 3- 8/14/2023 Everything is right on track, they are looking beautiful and in the praying position all leaves happily lifting towards the light. Week 1 Day 4- 8/15/2023 A little worried today her birth Twin the BA I am growing out is looking great and is raised towards the light and this one is just slightly under.. Will keep an eye on Her. Week 1 Day 5- 8/16/2023 Walked in and the humidity was under 60.... ohh noooooo.. So I added 2 humidifiers to the tent and attached them to my InkBird controller which is set to 62. Also looking at the roots and she has some poking out the bottom but just not in the water yet.. Luckily we are set for 14 days before next water change so the system will stay stable and her sister already has roots in the water so she should only be a day or two behind.. we will just keep tracking but she is delayed. Week 1 Day 6- 8/17/2023 Roots in the Water!!! Huston, we have a successful launch. This grow is on! Humidity was a little low this morning so I refilled the humidifiers. Other than that the temp looks great, the PH looks good, the PPM looks good the plant is in the praying position and all damage from the little drowning from over filling the cloning machine seems to have been fixed. Happy Happy. Week 1 Day 7- 8/18/2023 Yay.. week 1 in the books, roots in the water growth has started. Everything for growth and environment is looking good and on track, there are a couple of mutations with this Lady will keep an eye on those leaves. IMO this grow is going A lot during this week 1 then week 1 of the last grow when I had them drowning. Really excited on how this grow is going to come out.

Well I had significant growing issues during this grow. I feel I could of done a lot better. What I do have smells good. Plus Is frosty. I am just not a big Amnesia Haze fan. Personal preference though. The Viparspectra P4000 light worked great as has prior. I think it's a fantastic plant you can feel the og and terpenes of the blueberry it grows compact and vigorous even if the pot did not give it justice it was grown in a small pot in normal soil I am very satisfied I am waiting for the smoke

i over fed her big time this is my 1st grow DO NOT defoliate lol i did it twice in veg and stunted her big time tricombes look nice i got about 3 weeks till done she smells great and is frosty dence buds so far

A fast update! 😀 Last week was unexciting because it was the first week of flower and nothing could be "seen" but now it's different! My babies are now showing some of their pistils! 😍Specially Pistachio. During the week I also took some pictures when the tips of the plants were lighter in color and I noticed the moment they were the lightest was right after the lights turned on and they lost their "bright" as the "day" progressed. I suppose the reason why that happens is because Pistachio and Matcha are trying to build flowers, stretch or do both things, or maybe I'm wrong? 😲 No idea tbh, but I believe they look great and it's a nice sight when it happens! They are also drinking more water and I'm missing their watering schedule but at least they manage to recover in time (gladly 😱) Anyway, that's all for this week. I love the sativa shaped nug-towers! When my plants grow big, I like to grow them until the very end of their cycle! That's why the extended flower period. FBA 2025 turned Frostbanger was a fun grow in many ways. First, my friend gifted me the seed and I grew outside while she grew inside. It was fun to watch the plants grow in different settings and different growing methods. If you have been following me, then you know our weather has been crazy here. We have had lows of 50* and highs of 90*. We had a hail storm and lots and lots of rain. Today, I was. forced to take my Frostbanger down. I found a couple of buds rotting and it is supposed to rain for the next 4 days, so this grow has come to an end. But first, true to Frostbanger's description, "Just keep in mind, this strain’s dank, pungent odor is super strong—meaning a carbon filter is a must to mask the aroma in any grow room and she’ll make her presence known when grown outside" and boy did my backyard smell. Also, just like its name, it is a "trichome-studded beauty." Sticky, sticky, sticky. It also had a nice fruity smell, almost like a cantaloup. I like to wet trim, so I spent the past 2 days trimming. My wet bud weight is 102.19 ounces. Not A big harvest. Had to throw away some bud rot and I had to take this plant down early --But that is how a hail storm, cold weather, hot weather, Rain and more rain will effect a harvest. I'm happy to be somewhat successful. FYI: today's weather: It has rained 2.05 inches in the past 24 hours and expecting 1.6 inches in the next 24 hours.. I am pretty proud of Frostbanger's cola as it is 10 inches long and approximately 9 inches around. Wish I could have seen it with 2 more weeks of growth. I may not have the growing experience of others, but I am super happy with this grow and glad I could enter a contest. It was fun!

Everything looking good! I have started increasing nutrients slowly now that the plants have some size to them. PPM's are at 265 and PH is at 6.3. This solution seems to be holding pretty steady. Once I see the PPM's start to drop and not rise, I will up the nutrients to around 300. I started adding a phosphite to my solutions for root health. In turf we use phosphites to combat root diseases such as pythium so I figured it couldn't hurt to try it in this setup.

In my growing experience I always had bigger harvests with mostly indica hybrids than with sativa ones and I think this is mostly common, I was much curious about this strain in the auto flowering version, since the DNA genetics photoperiod seeds are still not re-assorted, Fastbuds did a good job, the smoking is fruity and woody with strong high, even if I prefer the taste and the indica high of their other Strawberry, the Pie, thanks Fastbuds and thanks to all who growers who looked at the growing 🙏🏻💚 it’s toking time now 🔥
