For my second grow, I am OVER THE MOON!! I just yielded 16.1 ounces (wet trimmed) from a single lady in a small 23"x19" x 48" DIY tent. The strain; Mandarin Cookies v2 from Ethos Genetics, was very easy to manage and did not have any issues even in my small space. It was really difficult to determine the run time, it suggested 9 weeks from the breeder, I ended up going almost 13 weeks!! the trichomes stayed white

Final week, things got really easy for a few days. The plants are eating less and less each time I check the ppm at the end of the day. It will be RO water only when topping up the res for the rest of the grow. Made an effort to lower humidity as much as possible seeing as I can't do cold stress. Triches are pretty much all cloudy and just waiting on some amber to show. Day 73. Both girls down, smallest, slowest from all 6 strains that I tried. But it was a heavy push grows, were some girls didn't get best or even normal conditions ... Day 82. Both trimmed and went straight to vacuum sacs. Happy Growing !!!

A fun week... plants are responding well to the bloom nutrients, getting nice and thick and hard🤫. Going to order a loop soon to start taking a closer at the trichome development. Big girl should be ready within a week a two🤞

Neem oil + B-52 sprayed on leaves last week made them curl down a bit. But she’s feeling good. I think some N is needed (some leaves are about to turn yellow). It’s definitely time to start with NPK nutes! Day 18 update: changed reservoir solution (removed the one with Voodoo Juice, Tarantula, Piranha and Rhino Skin) and added the first NPK nutes. 1ml/L of Connoisseur A+B didn’t trigger the PH Perfect formula in the solution: it decreased the PH a little, but not totally. I had to fix with some PH- from General Hydroponics. With a starting PPM of 130 (tap water), actual PPM in the reservoir is 547. Will see how runoff one changes over next days. Day 19 update: on day 18 I noticed a burned leaf. Today I got a couple more, which means that some overfeeding’s going on. I immediately switched back to tap water with PH 5.8. I don’t know if that’s related to foliar solution of B-52 + Neem oil, or to nutes I gave her for one week (fungi and bacteria + silica). What I understood here is that Silver Haze doesn’t like nutes too much. Will be giving half dosage and not more in the future! Day 21 update: I had some days with just tap water and the baby seems healthier now. Since runoff PPM was 137, I added NPK nutes + B-52 + Voodoo Juice + Rhino Skin back, with dosage of 1/6 of the usual 2ml/L: 21L of reservoir water + a few more liters for eventual evaporation + 7ml of each product instead of 42ml each. New PPM in the reservoir is 234.

Overall I enjoyed this grow and learned a lot about living soil. Going for a slow dry, trim, then at least a one month cure. Hopefully another six days and I’ll update with a dry yield. My next batch is already cooking but with 5 gallon pots. 03/25 - Day 7 Drying B & C are done drying and have been in jars for a day now with RH ~60%. Total 3oz from B & C. Total 1.5oz from A & D

Hey everyone 😃. This week she has done great 👍. It was done again on all the drifted topping and sprayed one last time with neem oil so that the last trips are finally gone 😁. We haven't had any pests for so many years and all of a sudden we have such little shit parts 😅. This week it was poured twice with 1.2 l of water. GHSC enhancer was added during a pouring (1 g per l) The tent was cleaned every day this week and the plants were checked for health. The humidifier is filled once a day. On 7th day of flowering we removed lower little branches and made some lollipopping on the plants. Also we made some defoliation on gelatos cause they were very bushy but almost removed only biggest fan leaf. As plants were bigger enough we started adding granural mineral NPK 12-18-23 1 g/L and CalMag Xtra by advanced nutrients 1mL/L to the solution.

Pretty happy this week. It’s starting to ripen up :) Getting close. Trichomes still not ready yet though.

As I am writing this I have just trimmed and jarred my second grow🤠 I managed to pull 203.9 grams. Nearly half a pound off 1 plant, which I am extremely proud of😁 I haven’t smoked her yet as I don’t want to spoil the experience. I’ll wait a good 3 weeks to a month before enjoy this lovely lady. I did unfortunately find a couple undeveloped seeds. She must have thrown nanners early on which I thought was odd because I didn’t even flower for 9 weeks. I guess she just really wanted to come down quick. So I can’t be too mad at her about that. Overall, for my second grow I couldn’t have been happier with the results.
