8/17 Week 5 Flipping Lights set to 11-13 for the first few days then 12-12 Nuets will transition accordingly Took 2 cuttings from her for clones Reducing feeds to once a day during the switch Intro Cocotek Bloom a/b at 5ml/gal each Reduce Grow to 10ml/g each Next feed half and half 8/19 Switching to 12-12 from 11-13 think its done its work changes are afoot 8/20 Colas forming quickly may have to flip the week to Flower, lets hope so 😉 They getting a dose of Kangaroots 5ml/g and Fish Shit 2ml/g at intervals during transition purely as plants seem to need. Trying to dial their veg in. Nutes may be too old or too high. Changed with 4ml CaMg per gallon of RO water. The rest is MaxiGrow. Ever since adding rockwool to the grow, I have struggled. I don't have the dry back timed right yet. I moved my fan to dry the top of the pot surface instead of in the root zone or at the canopy height. After about 10 days I dumped out the rockwool and have replaced with hydroton. My initial though on using rockwool was to give the roots more space during late life stages. My experience has been with hydroton and I notice that the roots eventually get bound because the hydroton is a durable material and will not crush or compact. Rockwool on the other hand will compress when squeezed so I was hoping that in the late life stages the roots would compress the rockwool and make more room in the pots. The issue was dryback. If I used chunks instead of croutons, this may help but the other reason I used them was because I had them here already. If anyone is trying to slow their dryback down, they should consider adding 10% volume of croutons to hold moisture in the medium a bit longer. Notice anything different? They are starting to adapt to their new media. Hopefully by next week I can get them to perk up. One plant has looked better than the other three. I have no idea what these plants need to “perk up”. Possibly a different grower. If a grape terpine wasn’t in the end results I would have culled these long ago. Hopefully they perk up when we get to flower. 3 look ,,,, meh, the fourth is descent. Trimmed all four back down to 12” tall. Flower next week.

These cali genetics are blowing my mind 🤯 super sticky, very frosty rock dence buds with extra strong smells. All 3 strains are 10 out of 10, very impressed. Done last defoliation few days ago, preparing for the harvest so it's much easier. Stalks are super fat, same as buds. Got big surprise from Atami, plant food, and many extras. Crazy. Thanks a lot guys. 💚 Start adding you Bloombastic food already. They love it. Smell is mad. I think most of plants ready in week or so.

4/1/25 She has super long, almost spider web type pistils that are super beautiful. I can see the calyxs packing on under neath the pistils and forming the buds. She has a nice stacking to her. Maybe 6+ nodal cola. Shining, fuzzy, glistening trichomes stretching out across the fan leaves. Top Dressed with 2Tsp of Bloom, 1tsp of Microbe Charge, and 1Tsp Bloom Booster. Ive also been trying a new method for the top dressing efficacy. I got the idea while watching build a soil using the earth box. I have started covering the soil with some aluminum foil to kind of act as a cover so the feeder roots will come up to where the top dressing is. which seems to be working fairly well and simply. 4/6/25 She is producing super nicely so far. Seems to be thinner, longer buds. But i can visibly see the buds forming calyxes underneath the pistils. Very bulbous and full calyx stacking 4/7/25 the buds are starting to pack on some weight. everything looks happy and

Left town for a few days and remote managed the grow flawlessly and to spec. Looking better than ever - and I wasn’t even around. She’s a late stretcher. Last 4 days, 1+ inch vertically a day. Praying that she stays short at 20ish inches.

Dusted roots with Tryfecta Myco Supreme (FoxFarms) and transplanted to 5 gallon pot w/ProMix HP. Temp: 75º RH: 78% + PPFD: 300 Day 4: 5-10ml ph 6.2 water feed. Temp: 75º RH: 75% + PPFD: 300 Day 5: Showing second set of leaves. Temp: 75º RH: 75% PPFD: 300 Day 6: Temp 75º RH: 75% PPFD: 300 Day 7: Temp 75º RH: 72% PPFD: 300 The Watermelon Zkittlez is doing well sowing small signs of wet feet or over watering. She got her second set of leaves started today. Will continue to mist spray a few times a day for the next week with no additional water added.

This is my first grow getting back into it after a 25 yr absence.

Big defoliation this week! Being my first ever grow I was a bit worried but I have been reassured it's for the best so can't wait to see how she turns out! I have also had a ph issue this week for some reason the ph levels in my reservoir kept changing. I have monitored the ph levels daily and have topped up with more water. I will keep an eye on thing over the next few days and hopefully things start to settle. This girl is looking better and better every day her stickybuz420 😏 are coming along really nicely and she is starting to produce more of a smell. Can't wait to she her at harvest! Happy growing 🌱
