🏆The First Grow Cup Diary🏆 _____📅 Week 7 | 📅 Day 43 - 49 | 22.02 - 27.02 Feb. ______ 27.02.25 | Day 49 🌞💧 🔸 I didn't spend much time with the ladies this week, I had a lot to do and then there was the carnival. So this week just a little video of the three cuties. I try to cut off as few leaves as possible and try to do more with LST. It doesn't look very nice, but the fewer leaves you cut, the faster the plant grows....Yes, I know it itches in your fingers to cut every day, but just give your plants a rest. 🔸 Runtz 1 and 2 are doing really well and look just as I imagined. Ok so i'm pretty sure i'm screwed......these plants are now going to be over the fence but it is what it is, had some help measuring the plants this time so the tape did fold and i know that it got to the base of the stalk as it's really hard to do by yourself with plants of this size: PP #1-74 inches #2-80.5 inches #3-82 inches OS #1-78 inches #2-75 inches #3-70 inches So i believe i'm running into a MG deficiency with these girls as well, i'll fill out the grow question for one lucky person to get some point for GOTM. Still waiting on my bag of gaia green 4-4-4, but i did give them some Basalt rock dust 1 cup and some Glacial rock dust 2 cups to try in help what i believe to be an MG deficiency. I didn't have enought to give them what i wanted to so i'll have to wait for that to come in as well or just pick up some rock dust on my way home from Halifax Seed. I under estimated fertilizers for this grow wasn't expecting them to get this big...... Woke up the other morning to a little bit of wind come from the west and the tops were doing some swaying so i had to run into town to the grow shop and pick up some trellis to secure the tops that arn't in the cage. I figured the best was to trellis them as i could only get two 5x30 nets what to just run one each over the tops and secure to the fence. I did work on cleaning some of the inside out but theres just so much it's hard to get everything done in two week with real life going on as well. So i've set up an automated curing system for when these ladies are done. I'll have an air pump hooked up to a timer, then the pump will run into a 12 valve manifold, there will be 12 bucket. each valve will have it's own bucket. each bucket has a one way check valve going into the bottom of the bucket into a perforated hose that will cure around the bottom of the bucket. so the fresh air will rise up thru the bucket. at the top of the bucket will be an outlet with a one way check valve. the buckets have Gama seal lids that screw on with gaskets so it gives you an air tight seal. So having the timer set to twice a day for the first two weeks then adjust to once a day everyday for a few more weeks everything should be on cruse control, no more burping jars if everything works like it's supposed to!

Finishing out at a full 9 weeks of flower for the rest of this cycle. All of em are at various stages of doneness and now nothing left to do but chop em up and see what we got. It was a generally flawless run, save issues with WPM, a bit of nute burn on the northern lights and one leaky pot. The seals cracked on all of em again and we’ll mod the outlets to uniseals next run and see if that is the final missing piece to this hydroponics puzzle😎. The 5ml/L baking soda solution did wonders to keep the WPM in check and it’s also a much cheaper option than h2o2. We’ll draw about 1/2oz per plant when alls said and done - pretty much exactly what we were trying for with this grow of clones. Nothing but top shelf, rock hard bud🤟👍. Really happy to get these strains dialed in. The nutrient system was nothing short of phenomenal too. We could’ve jumped on the nute burn issue with the NL a little earlier but for a first run of this one component system, this is a fantastic result regardless. Proof that you can get a hydro run to scale on a recirculating system that accommodates multiple strains (with the right nute system)🤩🤩🤩. As much as I’m dying to give the whole thing a go with straight fem seeds that’ll have to wait a couple months. We’ve got bigger fish to fry and a new cross to start drilling down on. The layover may be short lived if we end up with multiple fem cuts on that grow. We’ll see what happens. Hola 🐎 Basicly nothing happened in month. Harvested lot of leaves yesterday and best leaves still ripening. Shirley leaves feel lot thicker than Virginia gold. Princess died in lack off nutrients. Flower is huge and going to produce lot of seeds. Wood shed was too wet place for drying tobacco. Moved in 😂 With smokey hopes 🤞

Day 92 from seed the plant has responded very well to lifting her up to have more exposure to the light the buds start to fatten them right away unfortunately it's too late to get huge buds as I was hoping in the beginning but nevertheless for sure it will give me a very good quality flower despise the lack of light in the most important weeks for Bud development and unfortunately that time cannot be claimed back despise that she looks beautiful and I'm sure she will be delightful to smoke . Day94: wedding glue is almost done, i noticed some new growth so I delayed the harvest a bit Gorilla Z got a bit of defoliation and needs more time to mature. Maybe 2 weeks Chop day! Wedding glue after 97 days went down. Super excited to see the final result

Well, I came back after vacation, and this is what I found: it jumped up to the light.... I made a little cropping and tried to use more LST, the problem is that it no longer fits :D :D :D but at the same time, it's really interesting to me trip :)also, several rings are already affected by the light, my 50w light currently shines at 100%, maybe it would be better to reduce it to at least 80%?.

Commencing week 3 - Day 15 on December 15th Change has taken place. Switched out COBs for SolarStorm 440. Currently on VEG mode. BS is a freak. Still has 4 cotyledons and now is displaying Tri-whorled mutation 🤔😄👍 Thanks for your time and attention!

I have already said everything, in principle, I advise everyone to grow this variety, I got an amazing tree half purple with giant cones and a large harvest, I am delighted!

Blimburn GSC early flower. It was a rough week for me as I found caterpillars in my 2 of the 4 Blimburn GSC. I had vegged for indoor for quite some time for the outdoor season. It really doesn't surprise me because the other 2 that are in my covered screened outdoor grow area are perfectly fine. Any time you loose one It's heart breaking so loosing 2 is twice as hard. On the up side the 2 remaining look and seem to be doing amazing so that's greats. My piggies and K9's really enjoyed the plants and had no complaints disposing it. Hopefully being in the indoor area the other 2 will finish up but only time will tell. Happy Growing.

Here is a video tour of my back yard jungle. I am in the process of a huge clean-up now that the plants are ripening up and the buds are getting heavy. I'll post some photos tomorrow once the work is done. Some of the fan leaves are coming down now to promote light penetration and air circulation... don't want mildew.

So after the hailstorm last week, one of my colas were broken. I taped it together and used wire ties to hold it together and it has survived. It continued to grow an inch and is flowering! I thought for sure I had lost this cola. I also used the "question" forum here on grow diaries regarding my broken cola and like the responses I received. We have had some very cool nights and warm days but my Skunk has continued to thrive. The one thing I think is very interesting to notice is how crooked the buds look on this plant. Is it because I grew two colas or because of the trauma from a broken cola?? I have no idea but time will tell. Please like and comment and come back!

Nugs not swelling up like I would like. But I’m really liking the purple I’m seeing on the one plant. Didn’t do much with the plants this week accept sit and watch them grow.
