Week 11, flowering week 1 Controlling the runoff, no BIO 8-2-2 needed, only using some RootBooster and the AllZymes. This week the jungle drums started playing. Plants are starting to use more water, drinking like maniacs, the green machine switched to a higher gear. The growth rate of the week have catch up a bit of the delay. All the problems at the beginning of the growth have been fixed, definitely making this diary my How-to-fix-problems diary of the year 😄 I just need to keep an eye on the plants, the lights, the EC of the soil, and readjust following plants need. (I’m looking for a job in the Cannabis industry as Master Grower, Mineralogist, Quality Control)

Day 51. Growth: The girls stopped growing vertically and are between 62 and 75cm. Theyre all frosty already so im guessing theyll be frosty girls once they have put on weight. They arent looking healthy and i fucked up this week :( Ill explain everything down below. Training: Selective deleafing (cannabalized leaves) Nutrients: Ok so i had some ph issues last week and flushed as soon as i could( had to wait for soil to dry) I explained this in depth in last week's diary. Anyway, they got flushed and finally fed them 3 ml of canna terra florres 2-2-4. And next feeding will be 1ml of Canna Mono Calcium 15% and 1ml of Canna Mono Magnesium 7% Issues: The soil wasnt completely dry yet when i first fed after the flush but the girls were suffering and begging for theyre first dose of flores. I also carefully gave a foliar feeding to help her a bit during her flush instead of cannabalizing the shit out of theirselves. According to the time I have set on the timer the girls shouldve had 2 more hours of darkness after the foliar. Turns out somehow my timer wasnt set the way i left it and it ended up burning a few leaves, luckily it was a big foliar feeding. I must of bumped into it when setting up the tent. My dumbass shouldve checked the timer more often and im so mad at myself for letting this happen. Environment: So the ladies have a new home, a 27"×27"×63" tent. I didnt expect them to fit properly but it did!. The tent is definitely full. But i dont think ill run into issues. Right now i have a 150m3/h filter with a 185m3/h fan. The temperature and humidity is under control for now. I do have a little bit of positive pressure in the tent but not enough to inflate the tent, the room doesnt smell so im assuming no air is escaping from anywhere other then the exhaust. I will be updrading the inline fan and filter so i dont run into heat problems

Day 101, been cutting off fan leaves on lower nodes, adding ice cubes and spraying cold water on buds. Expecting about 5 more weeks till harvest but I don’t know just guessing Also I don’t know how to change the question so I’m gonna put it here, has anyone tried to defoliate some smaller colas then tie them together will that be beneficial for bigger bud(promote one another) or is it better to leave oxygen to pass through, thanks

This is still week 7 but a couple days after last weeks pictures. The Photos haven’t fully flipped to flower but are showing clear signs. Really pleased with Somango and BCP but I’m not really liking the way LSD is growing. Doesn’t have an abundance of leaves and is growing really long Branches. We’ll see how that goes in Flower, I hope it’s not going to turn in to a lot of Space and/or humidity Problems.

8/7 Plants were still heavy this morning. Temperatures have been much milder. 70's is much better than 90's. I had to water twice a day for a while. I defoliated ahind found some heat stress ob the gmo canary on the end with some twisted leaves. Some leaves are turning purple on an event horizon and gmo. Night Temps are much cooler plus its probably a pheno thing. I defoliated everything dead yesterday. Found lacewind eggs. Saw an adult green lace wing this morning in the garden along with a couple more lady bugs. There were also some lady bug larvae so I hope the go right to town. It's getting cooler so if I'm going to poorly I need to do it. Sherb pie plant seems to he the pillars favorite. I've killed a few of them. Still need to fix supports and do a little more defoliation. I have a video too but it's too slow to upload now. EVERYTHING GOT A QT EXCEPT THE 10 GOT HALF A QT. THE 50 GOT SLIGHTLY MORE. A fucking chipmunk ran in my garden when the door was open. He was going fast and I couldn't find him. I looked under the pallets the entire length. Hopfully he just ran out of a hole or up the fence. I'm going to get an air horn and blow it inside the cage. I need to get some zip ties and do a little rearranging before I setup the other supports for flower. Suprisingly the plantvin the 50 went from the furthest from flower to having little budlets on it. Can't be an auto or I think it would've flowered already. 8/12 Ending of the lions gate portal. Everything looked good this morning. The one in the 5gal was removed until I figure out its issue or trash it. The yield would be less than a branch anyway. Probably chronic underwatering. The 10 was bone dry despite the 3in of rain. Some bags seemed light. Looked at last years diary and went with my intuition. WATERED TODAY. Gave everything a gallon. I moved the event horizon to where the 5gal bucket wad and STARTED reorganizing to use the most of my space. I gotta pick up some zip ties and finish the supports but I'm happy. Plants look happy. Not as tall as last year but they are SUPER bushy. I'm going to have to open some up and spread the branches. I'll keep this updated. WENT OVER AROUND THREE. I CHECKED OUT THE LITTLE PLANT AND NOTICED MULTIPLE BUDSUTES DIEING. I ALSO SAW WHAT "COULD'VE" BEEN A MALE PREFLOWER. MY INTUITION TOLD ME TO GET RID OF IT. ITS LESS THAN A BRANCH OFF THE CROP IT COULD HARM. LUCKILY I HAD BAGGED IT UP BEFORE IT BEIBG REMOVED AND IT WAS FAIRLY WELL SEPERATED. AFTER CUTTING AND DISPOSING OF IT I BROUGHT THE BUCKET TO EMPTY. IT WAS EXTREMELY ROOTBOUND. THE ROOTS WERE WHITE EXCEPT THE ONES ON THE OUTSIDE WHICH WERE A NEON GREEN. THE INSIDE OF THE BUCKET HAD WHAT LOOKED LIJE GREEN ALGAE ON IT. I IMAGINE THAYS PROBABLY WHERE MY PROBLEMS CAME FROM. I'VE USED THIS BUCKET SECERAL TIMES AND IVE SEEN TJIS TYPE OF ALGAE BUT USUALLY ONCE I SANITIZE ITS GOOD TO GO. IM NOT SURE IF IT WAS BEING ROOTBOUND OR THE ALGAE THAT DID IT IN BUT I HAVE MUCH BETTER SPACING NOW. THIS WAS THE RIGHT DECISION. I COULDNT BEAR THE RHOUGHT OF MY GIRLS GETTING POLLINATED. I have the materials to finish final supports. I've just got to do it. Same with the BT spray. I'm thinking I should've upped the water to a gallon and a half or two but I'll do that next time I guess. Only problem I can see is some septoria looking spits on the toasted toffy and one gmo looks like itscrunning through nutrients quicker than others. Dad said he thinks this is my best year. He said they're more full and healthier looking. I looked at my diary last year and I had plants over the top of the cage. The weren't as bushy but I'm not complaining. These are far more indica dominant than last year so that's probably part of it. Leaves on the event horizons are starting to turn purple. I'll update what I do. I defoliated what needed it and combed through the plants hunting pillars. I GUESS I FORGOT TO UPDATE THIS OR IT DIDNT SAVE. I BOUGHT A WATERING CAN THAT HOLDS A GALLON AND A HALF AND EMPRIED VERY QUICKLY IN SMALL STREAMS SO IT DOESNT HURT THE ROOTS. GREAT INVESTMENT. COULDNT GET OVER UNTIL 2 AND I GAVE EVERYTHING A GALLON AND A HALF. EXCEPT FOR THE ONE IN THE 10 TJAT GOT A GALLON AND THE TWO PLANTS IN THE MIDDLE THAT GOT A GALLON. Shes big now and flowers everywhere, i fed her a bit too soft but now shes getting a good 800ppm. I think she will finish in 3-4 weeks from here, the stems got a citrus smell

WEEK 5 START OF DAY 28 NUTRIENTS— Front Row AG Part A 4.2g per gallon Front Row AG Part B 2.8g per gallon Front Row AG SI .5ml per gallon Front Row AG Phoszyme .4g per gallon Front Row AG Clean Up .2g per gallon I am not sponsored by Front Row AG. I have purchased the entire lineup of Front Row AG after seeing it on a commercial level with great success…freakin great success! This week everything was transplanted to their final pots. I will change some things next run, but I already had 5 galling fabrics pots so this is where I’m at. I made homemade drip rings out of 1/2 inch tube. Each tube had 1/8 inch holes drilled into the bottom of it. They will be controlled by their own shut off valves individually. This is also because I’m using the last of a bunch of stuff. Some pots are pure coco, some coco/perlite, and 1 pot of promix hp. Because they will all take water at different rates, and I have an automatic water system, shutoff’s will be used to control the amount of water when the pumps turned on. This seems like a lot but I had everything on hand. Next run will be rockwool slabs and double the plants. Lights are only running at 30% 250ppfd at the top of the plants. Plucked a few more leaves but other than that just feed them this week including bloom. Also gave them some rice starch (from boiled rice water collection) on day 42 as a boost for the microbes 👍 Turned the IR off now and turned up to 34000lux

"What you get for a bag seed" week - I've stopped using the Nitrogen reach nutrient. Bloomax is 1.7:14:14.5 NPK, by the leaves it seems like they have a slight nutrient burn, so it feels right to reduce nutrients. - I've done some really low stress training on PE, just opened a light space for lower buds And............... - 'I think I saw a pollen sac', indeed suddenly something green appeared on the top part one of BD's biggest colas.... I've decided to use tweezers and get it out - Now I imagine hermis everywhere, I've read about them a bit, mainly looking for images.... Something about PE doesn't feel right. Just spoke to friend and he also thinks PE has many pollen sacs. I'm going to try to save it - problem is I can only see the bastards when I take a picture with extra zoom... at least she's not huge. I guess BD is pollenated by now.... will update..... EDIT: I've transferred PE outside, week 6 of flowering starts today, so I think I'll harvest her in 10 days. She originated in a bag seed, so I'm taking it easy, learning a lot!!!! My first grow is kind of a rehearsal - the feminized seeds arrived couple of weeks ago and I hope to start a new diary soon :)

With the majority of trichomes now turned milky with some turning Amber, i have decided to begin a 10 day flush using nothing but ph balanced water. Doing a shorter than normal flush as the plants with deficiencies don't have much nutes to use up.
