This was a good week to learn a few things about what I want to do for the next grow. This grow, I let the ladies grow to 5 nodes before topping to the third - next grow, I would top to the third when the 4th is clearly visible. I am about 1 week behind schedule, waiting for the nodes on the mainline to grow so they can be topped again. Going to top them into 8 main cola’s. Reduced water in the buckets to 7l so that the roots have to work a little harder because Cheech was showing signs of being over-watered. Lights remained at 60cm about the plants, 1ml of all nutrients per litre of water.

WEEK 1 of flower. This is insanely quick, veg for three weeks and on week 4 we are flowering strong. It is raining a lot, so i had to use a top dressing, ingredients on the week 3, to manage the soil nutrients till the end of the cycle. About two table spoons. Watering once a week, with the mix above, otherwise rain is taking care of them, very natural as a grow, nothing much complicated, no science fiction with fertilizer or chemistry. I’m curious about the yield, and how much can i pull out of this way, with minimal work and a nearly inert soil. Let’s see how this experiment turns out.

Hello my friends! I have some good news and bad news this week, [Bad News]First I'll mention that all, yes all of my Purple Urkle's had to go 😰 I was on the phone with a good friend of mine while admiring my garden of green and I spy with my little eyes 😶 a pollen pod containing nanas. So as hard as it was to cut em down, I knew they had to go. I’m honestly relieved to have those time bombs removed from my tent, that’s all I needed was seeded product. I won’t let this discourage me, in fact I’m empowered knowing that I averted this potential crisis :) I’ll still keep me eye out just in case, you never know. [Good News] The other remaining strains, White Widow, Super Silver Haze, CBD Blueberry, & Mazar are doing well. Since I feed them light nutes last time I’m debating if I should feed them a 2nd time, or just use some good ol ph’d tap? They look so good I don’t want to over feed em, then again I want the girls to have plenty of nutrients to avoid potential deficiencies. The CBD was the first to flower, though it’s kind of been flowering on and off for a while. If these results happen with the other CBD seeds I’d probably avoid purchasing this product again, I’m not happy with the mutations that are going on with this plant (this is technically bad news). Back to the point I see signs of flowering in all the girls now! This is where it gets exciting, so pumped for this phase, I’ve waited 78+ days for this! I think that’s enough rambling, I’ll get right into the Individual Progress Notes, enjoy :) ~ Individual Progress Notes ~ [CBD] Height: 24.8” Tops: 8 Notes: This one is about 1 - 2 weeks ahead of the others, which are just showing their “hairs” now. I’m on the fence, I’m not sure how this CBD is going to be as a finished product. I hope the other seeds I have don’t have the same mutations... I haven’t had any contact from GCS since their reply. I’ll still write them a report when this girl is harvested, that would probably be better in the long run so they have more information about these mutations I’m experiencing. [Mazar] Height: 22.3” Tops: 16 Notes: I’ll just say she looked like a perfect orb when I removed the trellis netting to realign the family. A very even growth rate, with a consistent distance between nodes, beautiful. The genetics for Mazar here is amazing, now I can’t say this for sure but for now her growth and shape is fantastic and beyond my expectations. [Super Silver Haze] Height: 22.5” Tops: 16 Notes: Talk about sudden growth! This beastie was one of my smallest girls and just like my friend here on GD called it, she shot up! She also has the biggest fan leaves (not the most fingers). Now that she has more room to spread out and breath I’m sure she’ll grow even more. [White Widow] Height: 23.3” Tops: 16 Notes: Tanya here is growing so well, very happy. Her leaves still have that blue steel, green look. I love it! Other than the mazar she has the 2nd most bud sites. Soon, very soon we’ll see flowers starting to develop. I noticed some possible nute burn/deficiencies with a couple of her fans so I’ll use ph’d water next feeding to see if the condition stabilizes, I’ll know by then. ~ Final Thoughts ~ It’s been a long run so far my friends. I can’t say everything has gone as planned, but I avoided a huge blow to my product by noticing the pollen pods developing on the Purple Urkle females. Hi people! Well, after the last LST, she certainly didn’t pinpoint her final shape .. she almost covers 1 square meter .. there are very, very, very many buds! the smell of vanilla baking) is very pleasant and sweet! trichomes slowly begin to shower buds)) maybe it seems to me! but according to my observations the products of Barney Farm always give the highest result! both during growth and during flowering! at all stages! and most importantly, the resulting buds always blow away the head of any inveterate smoker !!! Barney You are the coolest !!!

On day 1 I changed out my reservoir, and added my bloom nutes, adjusted my light schedule to 12/12 and defoliated the plants. I adjusted the reservoirs PH to 6.1 My hope is that by flipping this cultivar earlier than my last run, I will not run out of vertical space ;). On day 2 I adjusted my reservoirs PH down to 6.1. On day 3 the clawing is almost completely gone. I adjusted the reservoirs PH down to 6.1. On day 4 the reservoir's PH is at 6.1. I defoliated the plants removing anything blocking lower growth to increase light and air penetration of my mains. On day 5 the reservoirs PH is 6.1. On day 6 I adjusted the PH of the reservoir up from 6.0 to 6.3. I will let the PH drift between 6.1-6.3. on day 7 the reservoirs PH is 6.2. I lowered the light intensity from 100% to 85% to give the top of my plant canopy an average PPFD of 700-1000. I plan to reduce the intensity as the plants continue to stretch to keep them in the 800-1000 PPFD range. I just got my first quantum par sensor and I'm really loving the new data it gives me to optimize my lighting.

DAY 83 - 26/05/2025 - COLHEITA First cycle results: Despite a broken branch in the third week of flowering, the harvest was 35 grams. I ended up tasting it uncured, and it was wonderful. After a month of curing, the grassy flavor has completely disappeared, maintaining a sweet tea with a hint of sour green apple. When smoking, the taste lingers with each puff, leaving a similar aftertaste in the mouth. The effects are energizing, upbeat, and creative. I've already reserved space for it in my next cycle, but this time I'll use FastBuds Afghan Kush Auto for more relaxing effects.

The ladies are packing on beautifully and we are now giving them extra strength light during 12:00 till 14:00 slot 100% and lowering the light back down to 75% from 14:00 till 17:00 and then 50% light from 17:00 till 23:00. Lets see what happens
