She's very green and healthy, considering the relatively weak lamp and early problems with algae. Buds are modest in size, but sticky as all hell. She's probably only 1-2 weeks from harvesting now.

26.12.24: These are my 2 best plants P1 and P2 Purple Punch, they are looking great! Not sure what happened to P3. They are in early flower/ pre-flower with the pistils clearly seen on P2. I am also hoping to tie some of the branches down to help light penetration on the lower canopies. I have noticed light stress on my plants. I had moved the lights further away and increased the light intensity to 70%. Unfortunately that created some issues. Namely severe palour of the leaves. To try and rectify the situation, I've dimmed the lights to about 30%, staying at the same distance, about 30 inches away. I measured the par levels, after I did this. They should a reading of anywhere between 40 and 150, at the canopy of the plants. They are all different sizes. This seems to have improved the colouring on all plants. After this evenings watering, I will monitor recovery and increase lighting intensity again slowly. I am also using the light cycle of 21/3, so the plants have many hours more light to absorb, than for example 12/12 or 18/6. I am pleased with the progress, considering all of my mistakes! 29.12.24: So I finally gave LST a shot, it's probably a bit too late, however I really want to get the most of the triploid pheno, and I went a little crazy and LST'd all plants except 2, as they're too small. I did that late last night, this afternoon I was amazed to see the plants turn their leaves back to the light source. I'm glad I overcame my fear of trying it. Well.. Well... Well... We did it!! I'm so proud of the journey. Excited to keep learning more, but very proud of this being our first grow. Things to do different: Stress ourselves out less.. lol Automatic watering system coming soon... New genetics...

Hello. Wow! The hottest its ever been around here. New temp records were/are set across the province with a new all time new Canadian record set in Litton B.C. at +47. C. It wasn't quite so hot in the greenhouse though. only 39 C and 25% RH. I watered with cold water (as cold as it got out of the tap. And it was 22 C.) each afternoon to cool the roots down some. I had 4 fans running through the day and 6 at night to try to cool the floor (a cement slab) down some. The plant have been taking the heat well I didn't see any drooping leaves. This coming week will be a bit cooler with temp predicted 25 to 30 C. Yeahhh! This is my 1 year anniversary of being with Grow Diaries. My grow room isn't that big so I like to pick a strain and grow 4 or 5 seeds and pick out the best one and clone it. It makes the seeds so much cheaper than having to buy new seeds each time you start like with autos. I'm just amazed at how some growers have done 50 or 60 diaries in a year and a half. That's a lot of work and dedication. Well done. Chuck.

She's doing great despite losing a whole branch. I feel growth slowed down a bit but I may be just paranoid. Soon she'll start her stretch. I hope she is tolerant to heat because I can't keep temperature below 30C. Adjusted her LST several times this week and the branches are in final position. She would start stretching soon. She's showing some calcium issues and my last plant almost didn't make it, so I gave her a decent dose cal-mag.

Video pretty much says it all. Plants are doing great. *Grow Notes: limit defo. In most stages. Little tip burn overall so prob. At the high end of the Berkana. Good internodal spacing - look’n at a quality stack. Lowers were still too low on launch, would’ve benefited from a little more veg. Time. *minor light burning in localized areas has begun to show up elsewhere. There is a chance it’s early and very slight nute burn after the tent was flooded out last week. Running 20L of water through em over the next two days to dilute the current Rez mix and flush out any lingering solids and minerals that be throwing em off. That shouldn’t cause any issues and will isolate the problem if it’s localized light burning. Moved up the lights a touch regardless as well. *update - there was definitely a little light burn in one hot spot but the leaf issues are now prevalent on plants 2,6&7. It’s repp’n like P&K deficiency which would track with previous runs and further support how nute hungry some of them have been in the past. We’re changing out from the Berkana to Maxi-Bloom anyway due to need and the GH nutes are generally somewhat stronger in content than Druid so that should solve the problem🤞. Either way - on this basis alone, plants 1,3&4 are starting to look like our prime candidates for seed from the clone cabinet. Only time will tell on this issue but prefer we breed it out as best as possible when we start the back cross against the F1 pollen.

November 2nd marks another week with "Verlena" and "Carolyn". Verlena has transitioned into flower, yet Carolyn remains in veg. I should be placing them both in their 3 gallon homes this week. November 3, 2021, Wednesday. Nothing new to report. November 4, 2021, Thursday. All is well no issues to report. November 5, 2021, Friday. I watered the girls with MG Organics 11-3-8 and they respond quickly and positively. November 6, 2021, Saturday. Watered again with MG Organics. November 7, 2021, Sunday. Day of rest.

Noticed the Purple was growing oddly compared to the Pineapple. Was having some heat issues which could have been the cause. By the end of the week feeding was once a day, about 2-4 drops in 100ml of water Ph between 6.0 - 6.1 all Remo veg nutrients. Found it hard to get the nutrients right with the fast growth of autos. Will get better each time and every run we learn something.

Chelsea is doing well. Resin is starting to show on her leaves. Some hairs are showing orange on bud sites. She’s officially taller than my first grow with Durban Poison. I added a bit of Golden Tree this round. Because why not? It’s golden tree!

Day 99: New Week We've decided against using additional nutrients and have completely stopped fertilizing. The light cycle has been reduced to 11 hours, and we're already starting to give them cooler water. Starting Monday, I will be watering with ice water to stress the plants further, aiming for higher yield, more terpenes, and increased frost. The adjustment to the light cycle should also help the plants ripen evenly. The lights are hanging about 20 cm above the buds, which are getting thicker every day, soaking up the light intensely. In about a week, most of the plants should be ready for harvest. We plan to stop watering them for about 100 hours before harvest. During this period, I'll place ice cubes on the soil to shock the roots one last time. 48 hours before harvest, I will turn off the lights, giving the plants two days of darkness. After this period, the plants will be cut and hung to dry.

day 71 she is putting on weight even with all the burned leaves I believe Jeff123fish is right about the soil being toxic - the run off had about 1000ppms but the pH was good and I think the light distance was a little close and just accelerated the already damaged leaves. I flushed and raised the lights some. She smells like skittles and I think she will pull thru just fine.

Not a lot to update the seedlings have came up out the soil at this point they are still to small to tell any visible differences. I started all the seeds from all 10 packs and and I put 26 of them in soil I now have about 20 of them left I still have atleast one left if every strain. I just kept the 20 plants that all started off at the same time it’s so much easier when there is not some plants behind from the rip. In a few days I will pick out the best one from each of the 10 strains and toss the rest so sad there is a plant count here.
