🌱 Week 2 Report: The Journey Evolves 🌱 Grow Fam, the adventure is in full swing! 🌟 The Gorilla Melon from Fast Buds is out and shining its light, and the Papaya Zoap has made its debut in the Cannakan, bringing with it a story that adds even more depth to this incredible run. When the universe speaks, we listen. 🍈✨ I didn’t plan on popping Papaya Zoap from Sweet Seeds just yet, but sometimes things just have a way of aligning. After a few other seeds didn’t germinate, I felt an inner pull toward this special strain. As it turns out, the universe had something beautiful in mind! Just days later, my brother @daggadna also began germinating the same genetics—gifted to us during Spannabis. Was it a coincidence? I don’t think so. 🌱 This is more than just a grow now—it’s a journey with purpose, guided by synchronicity and connection. I can already feel the magic building up with this one, and I can’t wait to see where this road takes us! Gear Updates: All Systems Go 🚀 This week, everything’s dialed in perfectly with the TrolMaster system. Shout out to the incredible DSH-2U Humidity Station! 🌬️ This tool is giving me precision control over the RH (relative humidity) ranges in the room, keeping the environment just right for my babies. Having that accurate readout and control allows me to maintain optimal levels for each stage of growth. It’s like magic—you plug it in, set the desired ranges, and let it do its thing! 🌡️ By monitoring and adjusting humidity levels on-the-fly through the TrolMaster app, I can ensure the environment remains stable, and that means happier plants and healthier growth! No more guessing games. From anywhere—whether I’m working in the garden or chilling out—I can track and tweak it all. Heck, I could be on the toilet and still have complete control over my room! 😂 The AMP-3 Precision Meter has been running 24/7 in my water solution, giving me real-time updates so I can make any corrections when needed, right from my phone. This tech has taken my grow to another level. ✨ Nutrition Update: Keeping It Balanced 🍃 As for feeding, we’re sticking with the basics to give the plants what they need, without overloading. Right now, I’m running: • Regulator: 0.15ml/l • Startbooster: 0.25ml/l For now, I feel like this is the sweet spot—just enough to encourage root development and early growth without overloading them. Parece que ha terminado de estirar. Practico una defoliación intensa para airear los futuros cogollos y dejar mas espacio en el cuarto de cultivo. Agrupo de nuevo las macetas en su lugar optimo para asi rellenar por completo la carpa @marshydro. Me quedé algo corto de nutrientes pero estoy muy contento con los resultados, cada vez le voy encontrando mas su punto optimo. Siempre es mejor quedarse corto que pasarse.

* ***************** Week 1 of Growth From Seed, April 11 to 17, 2020 - Days 1 to 7 from germination ********************** * Okay, we are off running now. Through germination and was delighted to experience 100% success rate👍 Two girls this run and now have a GSC and a GSC2 this run. GSC was chosen for the first to break the surface and while the second GSC to come up is now GSC2, she was actually the third to break the surface. Excited to run this strain from Fast Buds.......there are newer strains but sometimes a classic is good😃 Greater focus on VPD this run. Already pushing the humidity higher than I ever have with having controller set at 72% with temperature at 79 degrees. I have been reviewing the numbers and I have normally been close but it looks like I have to raise everything by about 10% and for a few weeks long😬😬😬😬😬😬 Trust the science and lets learn some more from this grow!!! *****Daily Detail: Apr 11, Day 1: - VPD - 1.2 - 500ml first watering given with nutrients as listed. (minus Velokelp) - pH water to 5.6 - Girls up and looking like they are ready to go. Apr 12, Day 2: - VPD - 1.0 - 500ml feeding with VeloKelp @ 2ml/L, Piranha & Voodoo @ 2ml/L. pH to 5.6 - lowered light intensity a bit more. - Both girls are doing very well. Nice leaf colour and tips are turning up now!! Apr 13, Day 3 - VPD - 1.2 - 500ml water with 0.5ml/L each of Piranha & Voodoo, Dual Fuel. - 300ppm with 5.4pH. Apr 14, Day 4 - VPD - 1.1 - 500ml water with Virtathrive and Piranha & Voodoo Juice @ 1ml/L, VeloKelp @ 2ml/L, and SensiCal @ 0.5ml/L. - 210ppm with 5.5pH. - the girls are very happy and colour looking good. Tips are pointed way up on GSC and GSC2 seems happy but may have a little more going on below the soil right now so a little slower looking. Apr 15, Day 5 - VPD 1.0 - 250ml water with VeloKelp @ 1ml/L. - 95ppm with 5.4pH - GSC really looks happy and hope she is pushing out some serious roots below:) - GSC2 is holding her own looks fine. Apr 16, Day 6 - VPD 1.0 - 500ml water with Piranha & Voodoo @ 1ml/L, Vitathrive @ 0.5ml/L, Dual Fuel @ 0.5ml/L. - 300ppm with 5.8pH - GSC still looking pretty happy and continues to point tips up. - GSC2 is standing up a little more and over looking like a nice. - Moved all the girls today one spot in a clockwise rotation. - Noticed more residual moisture on the bottom of the pots than anticipated. Apr 17, Day 7 - VPD 1.1 - Turned on flower light on UnitFarm this afternoon and they are happier. - Both ladies up and proud to be alive this afternoon. - Dry out day today and no added water/feed, just misting. - Let the medium dry out a bit and give a nice week 2 feed tomorrow.....they are ready for a little more nutrients now.

Week 6........... Getting frosty Edit: on day 41,I already have amber but it's still packing on weight. I don't know what to do at this point.

last 3 days no watering and last 48 no light. drying conditions are RH 50% and temp 14°C.

Day 92. All looking good. They will be getting Flushed from now on. Canazym to help flush roots. Rezin for some full taste. Day 93. Everything on point. Letting them do their thing; waiting for the leaves to get more of a lighter green. Day 94. Flushed Fed 4 L - 4.5 L each with 10-20% runoff. They are finishing up; Fan Leaves are yellowing and drying up. Trichomes are milky and really Amber on others. The 2 Diesel are still behind by about 10 days when compared to others. Day 95. Waiting for some to finish up. Will be harvesting in the next 10 days. Day 96. Flushed fed 4 L - 4.5 L each with 10-20% runoff. Day 97. Some fan leaves on some plants are yellow with brown spots, looks bad but they are comming to an end. Not worried. Day 98. Flushed fed 4 L - 4.5 L each with 10-20% runoff.

~ FASTBUDS TESTER #2206 ~ Well friends, here we go on another 'canna-venture' together! The grow room has had a complete remodel and some upgrades done to it including brand spanking new 4x8 and 4x4 tents and a Trolmaster Hydro X controller along with a new Control Panel. This tester strain is one of six tester strains that FastBuds has graciously provided me with and I'm looking forward to seeing what this girl has to offer when she's grown to her full potential! One drawback of 'testers' is I have little to no information on it other than its number and that it's an autoflower... 🤪 But, it's ALWAYS a blast growing them for me because not knowing a lot allows me to just concentrate on the essentials: Light, Environment, Water, Nutrients and possibly a bit of LST... not complicated, just basics like keeping a constant temperature and RH in the tent at a level that gives a good VPD, watering when almost dry and maintaining proper light levels according to their stage of growth. ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ ~THE SETUP~ ~Initially seeds were lightly scuffed, then soaked for 3 hours in 78℉ distilled water after which they were transferred to moist paper towels laid out in a Jiffy Pellet plastic starter tray with lid. Underneath the tray was placed a Vivosun Heat Mat with Controller that was set to 78℉ where they stayed until their tap roots emerged. ~Planted into Jiffy Peat Pellets that were hydrated with distilled water warmed to 78℉ with a 7.0 ph. ~Once roots emerge from the Jiffy Pellet they're transferred to their fabric pots. ~Grown 100% organic in a 4g Gronest fabric pot and a 3g fabric pot by Wraxly filled with Mother Earth 70/30 Coco/Perlite medium and initially amended with Dr. Earth 4-4-4 / Earthworm Castings / Dr. Earth Flower Girl 3-9-4 and Coast of Maine Stonington Blend Organic Plant Food 5-2-4. ~19/5 light cycle for the entire run with supplemental UVA added during flower. Lights are controlled by a Trolmaster Hydro X controller set for a 15min Sunrise/Sunset simulation. ~Top dressing every 3-4 weeks with slow release dry amendments and Earthworm castings. ~Straight water ph'd @ 6.2-6.8 when needed and bi-weekly Compost Tea's. ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Weekly Updates: 12/15- Here we go into the second week of veg for the FastBuds Tester #2206 girls and they're on a roll! When I checked on them today they both were still moist so I let them go until I check them tomorrow. Basically at this point in the run all I have to do is make sure they don't dry out, fill the humidifier and watch them grow! 12/17- Yesterday I watered them both and increased the amount to roughly 0.25g each of de-chlorinated water with 3ml/g of Botanicare Silica Blast (added to begin to help strengthen their branches) and then ph'd to 6.4 @ 74℉. I've also increased the output of the HLG 650R's to 35% which equates to about 230w at the wall which, of course has raised the temp's in the tent so I've also begun to run the A/C unit in the grow room which is keeping the temp's now at 75℉ in the tent. The RH is running around 75-78% RH giving a VPD of .67-.74 which I'll take! 😁👍 Other than what I've mentioned above, all I did was fill the humidifier with distilled water and watched my girls grow! 🤩 12/19- Today I watered them each with 0.25g of de-chlorinated water to which I added 3ml/g Fish Head Farms Fish Sh!t and 1 tsp/g Unsulfured Molasses which I then ph'd to 6.3 @ 74℉. I'm now watering through the bottom, filling the drip pan and letting the plant draw up the water into itself. I am also watering from the top, but only just enough to moisten the medium. They're really starting to take off now, a sure sign their roots are beginning to get well developed. Their 4th set of leaves have emerged and I'm thinking over topping them in the next day or so. 12/21- Well, yesterday I went ahead and topped the #1 Tester #2206 taking off the 5th leaf set. Hopefully she won't stress out over this and starts shooting out those secondary branches. I left the #2 alone as she's not quite as tall as the #1. I may not top the #2 as a sort of comparison to see how each grows out. Today I watered them both with 0.25g of straight de-chlorinated water each which was ph'd to 6.3 @ 74℉. I gave about 3/4 of it into their drip pans so they can draw it up into their medium, the rest I applied to the top of their medium just to moisten it. Well there's two weeks of veg behind us now, Week Three of vegetation is beginning and they should really start to take off! 😍👍 😎💚 Thank you for checking out my passion in life!
