She's growing but never really been happy, droopy and colour is off. Started from day 1, pistils are appearing, stem rub actually smells fantastic 🤣 UPDATE-Day 24 she is looking alot better, watered in with microben terra actus and no shit hours later shes perky for the first time in weeks. I am now happy with both plants 🙏 🤲 Day 24 she received some bloom amendments (2-8-10) applied via top dressing. Update Day 26, shes a little dumpy one but shes filling out, waiting for the stretch.

I was tempted to cut this girl this week, but I would let her fight this humidity.

Week 5 This week was a busy one. I topped ivory at the beginning of the week. Tied her down in the middle. Then topped her again at the end of the week. She is growing like a weed. Ivory is still in a one litre pot. She is getting 1.5 litres twice a week right now.

Sie haben jetzt ausreichend Zeit gehabt sich zu generieren. Am Ende der 8 Woche werde ich anfangen den Lichtzyklus langsam auf 12/12 umzustellen. Dann bekommen die Pflanzen für 3 Tage 15/9 Licht bevor ich auf 12/12 umstelle. Somit haben die Pflanzen Zeit sich auf die Blütezeit vorzubereiten. Ansonsten gibt es keinerlei Probleme. Well, these girls are well on their way into bloom. They are really stacking it on since the addition of the worm castings. I strongly suggest everyone use worm castings in your soil mixes, even if you are using salt-based nutrients.

Hello. This is the end of week 10 and the beginning of week 11 of veg. Got the girls out to the greenhouse this weekend. And the guys too. Repotted the 6 females into the big pots. And training has started already with the metal rods to hold down the long branches. For each pot I mixed 4 gallons of soilless soil and 2 gallons of compost and 1 gallon of perlite/vermiculite. That filled each pot about 3/4 full. After transplanting I filled up the top 1/4 with the soilless soil. All the pots got about the same amount of soil within 1 Liter +/- The plants did well being bent into place. I broke 1/2 of plant #6's mainline. Wrapped twine around the brake and bent the branch over the bar and held it in place with a metal rod. That will work for me. You can see in the picture. I'll give a bit more water later today but with the compost the plants will have enough food for a while, so I won't have to feed for a while. I'm still planning to start flowering around June 1st to Aug 15 or so, to take advantage of the strong summer sun. These plants should take off once they get a taste of the compost. Ok. Be Great. Aug 30: it’s still hot (too hot at peak for photosynthesis) so lots of water, watering outside of growbag, etc to cool things off a bit. Sep 1: almost ready. Found a dried leaf and a spot of bud rot which was immediately removed. Main tops are almost ready and I’ll start harvesting this one later this week. Sep 2: buds are looking pretty ready (at least the tops) and the pistils changed colour last night. Heatwave is now past and now we’re into a couple days of smoke from fires in the NWT. Sucks, but at least this is the first serious smoke here this year. Sep 4: decided to do a chemical flush this year. Great buds last year but didn’t burn well because of excess P in late flowering. Considered another flush product but looking at the MSDS sheets that stuff had ‘editic acid’ which is an obscure but acceptable name for EDTA. That is a very strong chelating agent which will remove salts effectively but I’d rather avoid it. In contrast, Final Flush from Grotek has potassium sorbate (generally recognized as safe food additive) and good old citric acid which is a chelating agent but not as strong as EDTA. Similar products but citric acid is more gentle and the plant still gets some potassium. Sep 5: don’t take flash pics of photoperiod plants unless you follow up with a far red light.

I had my light way too close on week 4. I was focusing on trying to bed my stems outward to get a wider plant. This is in preparation for the trellis. Also topped at the 6th node at the end of week 3

Watered with Real Growers Recharge and moved the main air circulation fan out to blow cooler air in. Tucked and tied down some larger leaves to allow for better light penetration to lower sites. I topped a few of the lower branches (couldn’t help myself) and have good regrowth so far!

Day 106 12/25/2021 being of a new week and this will be more than likely the last week this lady gets any nutrients thinking Wednesday. After that will start flush with collected rain water. After checking trichomes they were about 85% cloudy about 10% clear and 5% amber which is right where she should be since the end is coming fast. Day 110 12/29/2021- Started flush today and will continue to just feed rain water until next Wednesday. Will cut her down next Friday 01/07/2022.

Start of week 4, roots coming out of pot so have transplanted on day 22 into final pot. Plant is pushing out node five at the moment. Update week 4 day 2: A couple of days ago I dropped the PH to 5.8 from 6.3 and have added in Acti-Vera, a different Seaweed Extract fortified with Iron, and starting today Rhino Skin silica. Just look at the difference in the colouration of this plant in under 48 hours... wow. Update week 4 day 2: I think I've managed to overwater. Not going to water today. Update week 4 day 4. She is showing the same pattern as KKA 2 days ahead. After repot she is stretching out her main fan leaves, stem is thickening, and new growth appears everywhere. Day 25.5 flushed with 30l of PH lowered water then fertigated with 5l. Day 26: Height: 9cm Width: 18cm Nodes: 6 I have named her Bertha Day 27: H9.5 W19.5 N7 Day 28: Fertigated 2.5l @ 15:00 . Day 28: Photo and Measure 00:40 H13cm W21cm N7 Weekly growth data: From 6cm Height to 13cm +117% From 9cm Width to 21cm +133% From 4 primary nodes to 7 +75% Summary: Really good week for Bertha, she hasn't grown at quite the same rate as Karen, but she's not a million miles behind, I think she will have a big week 5. Well I realised I would have trouble with light levels and the younger plants... so I've decided to try and keep the older two from stretching too tall. I realise this will mess up height measurements but it'll even out.
