Harvest: Everything dried up to 347 grams + 96 grams of super high quality trim. Overall I am not too pleased with the smoke of the product. Although the bud size, bag appeal, smell and taste are pretty much all there, the shitty burn is a deal breaker for me and the majority of this weed is quite frankly useless. Another downside is while smoking I’ve found 4 seeds in an ounce from almost every strain. Light leaks? At least I learned a ton, including how to get super good burn for my next crop. I’m hoping that curing for a month or so will improve the burn but I wouldn’t really count on it. I have seen weed dried for 4 days with no cure and no flush smoke clean and not go out once. I have been told that the key to white ashes/clean burn is proper mineral content in the soil and there is tons of scientific studies on cigar ash going back 100 years. Plants grown in a medium with high levels of decomposing organic matter, phosphorus, magnesium, chlorine and heavy metal ratio tend to produce black/grey ash. Whereas plants grown in a medium with a higher ratio of trace minerals like calcium carbonate and potassium in the form of wood ash, rock dusts, oyster shell flour and lower levels of decomposing organic matter will produce a dense, uniform white ash that rarely goes out. But this is still all theory until I test it to confirm for myself a few times. My last few outdoor harvests did not improve with curing at all so I’m hoping this will be the missing link. Plain peat moss and coco clearly lack essential minerals that help burn. If said theory is correct I should find a synthetic nutrient line with more trace minerals. Makes me wonder if growing if rockwool/basalt rock could improve burn in a hydro setup. I think I did a fairly decent job for my first grow. I went wrong in a million different places but I still stuck it out and got some decent herb. Things went wrong early when I got black spot mold, nitrogen/magnesium deficiencies and powdery mildew. I corrected most of it but things didn’t get really bad until mid veg when I intentionally skipped a few feedings and defoliated quite heavily stunting the plants. I also didn’t even top or start LST until the 6-9th node which was really stupid and hurt my yield. My temperatures were all over the place from the learning curve. I was severely overwatering without realizing it. 100% peat moss is a shitty medium. I also fed way too late in flower (not what caused shitty burn). I also used synthetic nutrients in soil. Hi guys So end of week 7 entering week 8. Blue cheese stinks buds are solid the dark phoenix scrog is frosty asf!!! They still have a way to go yet tho. I reckon by day 70 all will be well and done There under a 600watt hps light now to finish them off as using the led lights in my pot noodle grow off with wifey. we transplanted the little ones in a bigger pot and a little bit more light also , the little freak is still alive and growing alittle bit slower than the rest but i will keep it as long it grows and who knows

They are getting big and starting to smell pretty much

It's time. The trichomes have clouded over, a milky haze obscuring the clear heads. The smell is faint. Very herby of thyme and salvia. The buds are small and round.

Trimmed alot of dead leaves of today . Going to run 2 more days then light out. Stacked on a lot of weight this week. Looking forward to finally being able to smoke only a couple of weeks away

So she really stretched super hard when she geared up for bloom. Over night she hit me with 6 inches of growth. Leaving my grow light far to close for the fragile new growth that was coming in. It was a lot worse mid grow week last week. I re adjusted my lighting SMH. Her tips slightly recovered but They will never fully recover. Other than that... shes stack amazing. Super bushy and LOTS of budsites. Bunch of donkey dock cola candidates. If I can stop beating em up with light intensity. She spans the full 2x2 like a beast. What an autoflower. I preventative treated her again with Dr zhymes. Shes due for another shower mid week. Got her on a solid balanced feed. I will adjust levels as needed from here. Until next update. They all doin pretty good, leaves are a little too yellow for my liking at this point I should have added some grow to the mix but they will be fine I think. I have 3 of these going one is at an earlier stage but they seem to have very elongated bud structure with a solid stretch in flower. I guess I can't put it off any longer.... This plant officially needs some yoyos. She can no longer hold herself up, and I have too many colas leaning against the wall. These buds are exquisite! The contrast of the trichomes against the purple bud is stunning! I want to make it my mission to grow all the purple FastBuds strains! They're just breathtaking! Not much to report, DS1 is the bigger of the two, both smell nice, very frosty and lots of purple. Will update in 7-10 days with initial smoke report and dry weight. day 73 I was not ready for all this! 🤣🤣 they literally exploded and I started seeing purple on these buds I had to tie them up so the weight of the flowers didn't break the branches. compared to El Patron that I also have in my tent, Purple is much fatter and shorter. they have a very sweet scent and I can't wait to taste it, but alas I will go there a little longer. I have to say that 6 photoperiods are too many for my 1m x 1m x 2m tent. in addition to this I have noticed that they are very hungry. like me and give me some advice. thanks for stopping by, have a nice day and happy cultivation

Left these ones out a bit to long and not nearly enough love, so they suffered a bit but that's ok. I am going to experiment and try water curing the buds. First time ever using this method and I think it will make a good little project. No idea how to it will turn out, been reading it will remove most of the smells and that sucks but the smoke is very clean and light. Only time will tell. take about 7 days to fully water cure. bud washing helped get rid of a lot of extra that stuck to them outside.

Settimana fantastica, i fiori si stanno gonfiando ad una velocità incredibile, ci sono tricomi ovunque e i pistilli posso dire che mi sembrano decisamente più lunghi delle altre volte, credo dipenda dall'idroponica. Sto notando che va tutto molto più in fretta, avrei potuto tranquillamente tagliare una settimana di vegetativa e avrei avuto gli stessi apicali ma semplicemente più bassi, la prossima volta le giro in fioritura prima da tenerle più basse, ho rischiato la bruciatura da led sugli apicali più alti. Però sono veramente soddisfatto, gli advanced nutrients mi stanno regalando grandi soddisfazioni, le premesse sono di un raccolto assai abbondante, non vedo l'ora! Manca un mese scarso!

4th week of flower water Reservoir is working well out loads more room on the grow room and I dnot have to fight my way to top it up. Got loads or lovely buds forming with some leave tips turning purple, Had a couple of hours taking some of the bigger fan leaves and some of the lower bud site think that’s the last I will be removing anything, So far the botanicare nutritants have been a breeze to use get you mix right and ph always seems to be 5.7/5.8

Tag 65: Es hat sich eine gießroutine entwickelt. Alle 3 Tage kriegen die beiden zusammen 4 L. Die Wurzelentwicklung scheint recht unterschiedlich was man an der Nährstoffaufnahme liegen kann. Ich denke das Problem liegt in den Wurzeln....
