This week was mostly about maintenance, balancing the canopy, and keeping the rhythm steady. The lighter green pheno keeps drinking well and is building buds consistently. Growth in biomass seems to have slowed, which is fine — she’s clearly channeling her energy into flower production now. No new leaf mass, but steady bud development. The darker green pheno, on the other hand, required real work this week. She had become very dense and bushy, so I carefully defoliated her, opening the canopy and removing shaded bud sites that would never reach proper light. I was mindful not to overdo it, giving her just enough space and air without stressing her further. The result is a much more open structure with better airflow and a cleaner look. The PPFD increase to 1000–1050 µmol/m²/s from the week before shows no negative effects — both plants are handling the light intensity well. They’re responding steady and healthy, which gives me confidence to keep them at this level. Overall, the tent is vibing steady right now. The darker pheno got a fresh haircut and is breathing again, while the lighter one keeps cruising, stacking buds even if she’s not pumping out more leaves. Light levels are up, the girls are chill, and I’m just letting the ride flow. It feels like the darker pheno might even catch up and outshine her bright sister. For now, I’m keeping my hands off as much as possible, letting them finish strong so I can roll into the next project. 🚀

Week three of flower is off to an amazing start! At day 22, the ladies are looking incredibly healthy. They're praying like crazy, reaching for the light, and stacking nodes like it's their job. The buds are starting to plump up, and the trichome production is getting intense. I'm so excited to see how they develop over the next few weeks!

I need to dry the buds in the dark at 20 degrees in 50% humidity, then transfer them to jars and continue curing 💨

I found out that I have to go out of town when I had planned on harvesting. So I did it a few days early. This plant has been a blast to grow. I was a little worried at first because she just wouldn't put on any inches. The plant only reached about 12 inches in 2 months. However, after the that she grew like crazy. It could have been due to my inexperience. I guess we will have to see on the next grow. I still have 5 more seeds of this plant. She flowered in about 9 weeks. Big fat dense colas. The next time around I need to pay better attention to the little scrubby side shoots. There were a lot of them. I ended up with about 60 grams of larf because of it. I should have done a better job of defoliating before flower and I should have kept her colas clear of the dense foliage. Having said that, she turned out a ton of bud! Wet weight count: Clone 1 - 179g Clone 2 - 163g Mother - 586g Total - 994g I will come back next week and update this with some more pictures and final dry weight.000

This week, there started to be pistals forming on the largest plant, the medium plant and just starting on the smallest. I have added some nutrients from big buds, but I need some bloom first. ordered advanced nutrients. I trimmed off the lower leaves below the canopy to push them more into blooming. This is auto, so I have not adjusted lighting still 18/6

I loved it. Grew some really nice buds, produced an amazing smell that filled the room once I opened my tent. The buds are really sticky, trichomes looked amazing they were about 75% cloudy when I cut her down.

Defoiled alot of leaves underneath and some of the leaves that put shade on budsites Also defoiled for reducing RH and increasing airflow

Dont know why one of them is 1.75 m. In the description they say BB Kush will only grow up to 0.70 m or 1.00 m max.

Well, as it's been 8 full weeks now it's time to change to flora, today the 24th of July 2023 I'm changing the time from vega to flora so they will take 12 hours of light and 12 hours of darkness thus starting the flowering phase, today I should have watered with top bloom from top crop but it ended up that I watered only with water and I'll wait for the next watering I'll already water with top bloom from top crop and let's see what these beautiful girls do, I was going to leave another time in vega another two weeks apparently i'm going to move so i don't know if i'm going to have much time left in this house so i'm going to take advantage of the time i have and already putting them to bloom

Hello. This is the end of week 4 and the beginning of week 5 of flowering. I got my 2 long and narrow paper bags out. The ones the french bread are in at the store. The ones with the long plastic window in them. I went to the male plant, that I have in a different greenhouse, and got some of the open flowers and pollen inside the paper bags. This is a good male. It has lots of flowers, not many leaves, is not too tall, and is good smelling with the "rub the stem and smell your fingers" test. And the smell stays on my fingers for a few minutes, not disappearing in a few seconds. Careful not to dump out the pollen I slid the bag over the buds I pick out. I pinched the bag around the branch and held it with a clothes peg. I gently shoock the bag to get the pollen to each flower pistil. When I closed up for the night I shoock up the bag again. I gently took the bags off the next morning, careful not to spray pollen all over the place, then went a got some more pollen for the next plants. and repeated for all 6 plants. Got some yellowing of some of the older leaves. This is sort of self pruning to me, but I will add some extra nitrogen next time to slow the yellowing. I've seen a few fungus gnats around, but nothing to worry about. Ok. The Adventure Goes On. Be Great. Chuck

Lasse nur eins von 3 erstmal keimen...also muss 100% Keimrate sitzen🤭...keine Selektion etc...und vor Allem ohne dieses Hopfenzeugs🤭 Kommen aber später sicher nicht in Living soil...obwohl ich Flo sympathisch finde, weiß ich mittlerweile, dass es einfach nur ein riesen Markt ist, mit dem man gut Geld verdienen kann. Mann muss lediglich den Gärtnern gut ins Gewissen reden und mit vielen Fachausdrucken wie "Bodennahrungsnetzwerk" etc. gut umgehen...aber es funktioniert. Wurde übrigens alles bei den Amerikanern abgekuckt...wie fast alles andere auch. Dort natürlich alles viel größer wie es z.B. Hi, La sénescence se fait naturellement du fait d’une légère carence en N, j’ai quand même ajouté du Power Clean pour l’accélérer et améliorer encore plus le goût et l’odeur. Les couleurs violettes se propagent petit à petit vers le bas de la #2, et très légèrement sur la #1, comme des reflets. La puissance du panneau LED a été abaissé sur 55% La floraison est prévu pour 7-8 semaines et pourtant j’en suis à 10, sûrement du à la carence post stretch qui a ralentit la floraison et réduit le rendement ; J’ai observé les trichromes le 28/10, ils sont presque tous laiteux et les premiers ambrés arrivent doucement.. A la semaine prochaine 👋

AK-47 Goxuak Autoflower by Genehtik is a truly awesome plant and really really fun to grow! My 1st thought was I wish I had know more when I ordered the seeds. I only bought 1 from the single seed centre .com 🤦‍♂️ Of all the plants our house sitters watched for us back in week 7, this is the only one they regularly ask about and want to know when its finished. Even they loved growing it! And they only spent a week with her and aren't gardeners 😄 Ashoka started in a Jiffy tomato pod and was transplanted almost as an afterthought. In fact we ran out of containers and had to improvise with the water pitcher. (We didn't have high hopes) Oops. The pitcher turned out to be a big benefit in that I could see the roots and diagnose and potential issues. She has been in the same Fox Farms; Happy Frog soil ever since planting the pod into the pitcher. The soil held up good too. Ashoka didn't start showing any deficiencies until the end of week 6, around the middle of her stretch. Correcting this was very easy, we added the recharge at first but it didn't quite do it. We had to feed her Advanced Nutrients Bloom and Grow for about 2.5 weeks. But this Goxuak really never complained : 1:😎 Low Stress Training (LST) for Ashoka was a breeze! At 14 days she was 4" tall and too short to train. She doubled in height in a week and we started training around day 24. Just in the nick of time too! She entered flower about a week after that and stretched like crazy!🤪 the AK-47 gave us about 3 full weeks of nice flexible branches to train before hardening up. We ended up with a pretty even canopy and some solid colas too I wanted to touch on the lighting as there isn't a lot of options on this platform. Ashoka spent her life under 2 different lights. 1st, she sprouted and spent the first 4 weeks vegging under 2x Viparspectra 600w(250 true watts) LEDs at an 18/6 light cycle. She finished her flower and fade under A Optic 8 (500 true watts) LED. At 18/6 At around day 60 I started flushing her.(well my house sitter Sam did the first time) We used Cyco Kleanse and flushed 5 Gallons thru her until the ppm was down to 350ish, I did the next 2 flushes. The 2nd I used Kleanse again getting the runoff ppm to ~120. Her final week I stopped ph-ing the water and just watered tap. I also gave her the 3rd and final flush with straight Ice cold tap water. She really showed a great fade!! Some buds definitely colored up too!! Finally the Harevst: I put her in a 5Gal bucket of ice in complete darkness for 4 days.😈 This was done with the intent to help her produce more resin and frost up. I can't say if it truly worked. She absolutely doubled the trichome production in those 4 days, but idk if it was the time or the darkness and ice. 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️ I kept her in a sealed closet with a oscillating fan and humidifier at 75°and 63%RH. On the 3rd day I lowered the RH to 50%. She got trimmed and put into jars on the 5th day after harvest. I am monitoring the humidity and burping regularly (8-10x a day) Smoke Report: Creamy pepper with a cherry syrup aftertaste.🤣🤪 I've only smoked a bowl so haven't tested the ashes. But she is curing nice. A bit harsh yet I expect will go away after a couple more days. The high is perfect tho! Just what we wanted. It creeps up on u. But you will be confused by the time you finish the bowl. A very cerebral high(I chopped her whole trichomes were only 10% amber) that was great with good company. My girl andI are both veteran smokers, but this bud still made us both giggly(a rarity). It's a good social smoke and was fun to be on around others. The only downsides were it caused a mild confusion and paranoia. Like I would forget what I was talking about then worry ppl were laughing at me for it(they were though) 🤣🤣 I plan to report more feedback after it had cured a couple weeks. I'll invite others people's opinions as well. Right now I can definitely say the AK-47 Goxuak from Genehtik it an autoflower I would recommend to anyone, but especially new auto growers. I will be ordering more next season if they ate available. Genehtik has won me over. They genetics were extremely stable and safe. No herms no deficiencies nothing but greatness! 🌱🌱🌱 I had to share! I was looking on the breeder Instagram page( @Genehtik_chile) and they used a few of my pictures of Ashoka to represent their AK-47 Goxuak auto. I really feel honored by this. I have only been growing for 5 months and know I'm not good, but it's inspiring and motivating when the breeder of the strain give you an attaboy like this. Thanks Genehtik! Day 27 and this girl is in her forever home which is a 4 gallon pot filled with pro mix... I took the two biggest fan leaves off today because they were blocking the bud sites I also second round of topping is complete.. she looked twice the size prior to taking those two leaves off but she's going to fill out nicely I just ordered from Amazon some 6-in pins so I could start pinning her down spreading her out and watching bush up.....
