25/07/25: Another week in the books, and the ladies are progressing—slowly but surely. Bud development is moving along, though the cool and cloudy German "summer" isn't exactly speeding things up. Fingers crossed for a bit more sunshine in august to help ripen those buds and add some extra weight before harvest!🤞🏼☀️ Other than that, not much to report this week—no major changes or issues. Just letting nature do it's thing! 🌿

Day 43 12/08/24 Monday Feed today, it was warm again so they drank the whole 300ml each so I have topped up another 150ml to see run off to prevent salt build up. Day 48 17/08/24 Saturday Another watering today using de-chlorinated tap water pH 6 only. Orange bud is tall!! Top her next time. Critical orange is lovely and compact. She was the last to pop up in the bunch! But she’s doing amazingly they all are (fastbuds) I won’t be topping any autos this run! I will be only low stress training until scrog and then I’ll high stress train if necessary! I’ve given the first feed today of biobizz (doing fastbuds organic the other 3 synthetic) my aim is to keep the veg period vigorous! As a great veg equals great bloom!

Penso proprio che questa volta non si riprenderà ma riuscirà ad arrivare alla fine ugualmente! Evidentemente ci sono danni a livello radicale che non sono reversibili e le foglie giovani piegate in quel modo così ad artiglio, sono un segno di una precedente sovra irrigazione che ha causato tutto ciò, mi sembra strano che oltre ad essere così accartocciate siano rimaste comunque scure, senza segni di carenza di azoto o qualsiasi nutriente, ma guardando nelle due settimane indietro, il vaso ci metteva troppo tempo per asciugarsi e questo già faceva presagire un problema di assorbimento per troppa acqua, per fortuna è stata recuperata in tempo ma questo genere di problemi sarebbe sempre meglio evitarlo…mai lasciare in mano le piante alla mamma insomma 😵

So, my method of germination is, I use a small glass container with some distilled water, I place that with my seed in a cabinet on top of an (AC infinty) seedling mat on 14 strength. My seeds develop tap roots within 24 hours. After that I place seeds directly into my medium. Btw, I do not put her in the amended soil, I dig out the center and use a seedling starter mix to prevent stunting from the nutrients. On day 12 she was looking thirsty and I was going to give her another day but decided that I was going to go ahead and give her a small dose of recharge, she is one day now away from early veg according to FastBuds timeline. I'd say she is right on schedule, also looking very healthy. It is day 13 and her height is 5" , and this will conclude my germination portion of this grow diary. Weekly update on these big girls. I decided to take out some of the lower branches, giving more airflow at the top of the pot level. Overall they've exploded with growth this week. I'd say they're getting close to 4ft tall. I sprayed some BT spray for ipm this week since I don't want catapillers showing up unannounced. All in all Happy Growing.

Good start to the week, at least from my view. Nothing much going on at the moment, not feeding much. Going to start feeding a little N this week and see how she goes. I believe the root mass is sufficient at this time for me to discontinue the usage of bloom booster to promote root growth, lol. Timelapse of the last week is coming soon, most likely tomorrow. I'm wishing they'd grow faster of course, I want to start LST and other training techniques to really blow up the canopy. Can't wait to select who'll be going outside or not. As usual, will update as the week goes on. -2/17 - Thought I'd overwatered the UKBS 2 due to a droop after watering, but it cranked a full 180 right back up to a praying position. Will monitor.
