Day 35 All plants but one are doing pretty good and growing in different kind of ways. Two pretty bushy plants with big leaves and one that’s not developing big fan leaves till now but is still growing nicely. I sadly overwatered the smallest one last week, but she’s still giving her best to survive my mistakes. I do light LST every morning and will report them into 19L next week. Not sure if should keep the small one in the 4L for now and repot her at later stage so she can recover. I appreciate everyone helping me out or sharing advice /update Day 36 Today I topped one of my ladies again, because I topped her wrong the first time she started developing the two tops a node lower. As the two fan leaves on top won’t give her anything else than shadow I decided to cut that part. I appreciate every advice 🙏🏾

Hello everyone! Made the last defoliation .. removed all hopeless branches and buds .. left only those that can develop normally .. as you can see, the color of the buds is already violet-red .. and the smell is pleasantly fruity, sweet))

First attempt LST tie down stems on Gelato 41. I decided to try lst on Gelato 41 since she charged out of the gate full force and was taller than the other sprouts. From the side view, the node structure is very close. I thought since she was shooting up so quickly, there would be more space between them. Week4 I was using thin wire pins for the last. I had to switch to 1/2 garden pins to hold down the stems. As you can see she is very short and bushy. The tight node Structive is indicative of indica dominance. Lots of leaves. Looks like an afro hair do. Pic 5/24, 5/27, 6/2. Put mirrors under the canopy to add more light 6/5. Start week 5 water feed. Check pins as her stems are strong and push the pins up. 6/7 water & feed 6/9 water & feed 6/11 water & feed 6/13 water & feed light deformation 6/16 1 gal flush Gelato 41 She's the last gal in the tent to start flower. Nothing yet. 6/25 pics 6/26 took her out of the tent today and put her outside. She is one of my Afro girls. I See flowers today. 2 months after the seed popped the soil. I thought she was an auto but maybe fast photo. I will say that she is very bushy. Because of the LST, she has an even canopy with at least 20 or more tops. 7/9 pics. She has acclimated to outside very well. It's hot and humid and we have had lots of rain. Her colas have shot up in bud formation. This plant has thin leaves.much different from most other strains I've grown 7/12 more pics showing LST tie down and bud development 7/22 more pics 7/30 outside girls.

Whether it was slightly off VPD levels or this particular plant being more demanding, we decided to correct it by increasing the dose of RO Water Conditioner. Now, while this isn’t a direct substitute for Cal-Mag, it does contain trace amounts that can help stabilize the situation. 🔬 Understanding Cal-Mag Deficiency: Calcium and magnesium are essential secondary nutrients. Calcium strengthens cell walls, preventing issues like tip burn and weak stems, while magnesium plays a critical role in chlorophyll production, allowing plants to efficiently absorb light energy. 💡 Signs of Deficiency: • Yellowing between veins (Magnesium) • Rust spots on leaves (Calcium) • Slow growth and weak stems ⚡ How We Address It: • Slightly increasing RO Water Conditioner to see if trace minerals help • Keeping an eye on overall nutrient uptake to ensure no lockout • Monitoring VPD (Vapor Pressure Deficit) closely to optimize nutrient absorption Let’s see how she reacts next week! Branching Development – Pheno #2 Leading the Race All five phenos are thriving, but Pheno #2 is showing the most aggressive branching, pushing outward faster than her sisters. However, overall, we’re seeing very uniform growth, which speaks volumes about the stability of these genetics. 🌱 What is Branching & Why It Matters? Branching is the plant’s way of expanding its canopy, increasing surface area for photosynthesis, and maximizing potential bud sites. Well-structured branches allow better airflow, light penetration, and more even growth—key for a successful high-yield harvest. ⚖️ Topping vs. Leaf Bending – The Training Choice Instead of topping, I’ve decided to go with leaf bending for now. Pheno #7 and #4 showed the most desired traits and will be running both indoors iagain the coming weeks under better conditions. I didnt get as much photo's as promised but things have been hectic on all fronts, but I will do better next time ;) Its a pitty we had some issues and not all phenos where in a position to show the true potentail. There for we are running the 5 with re-running outdoors this season. Along with some new beans :D

Day 40 : Watering today community after 3 days. They were too thirsty and drank 2.5L per plant. I added a lot of food to the water. But it finished with 800ppm only. I think Biobizz decreased the density of nutrients. I added 1 co2 tab / 5L as every time. Also made small defoliation to the bottom for all ladies. She have reached 50cm. I also added a small bowl under to let her take more light.

The plant is doing well overall this week! 💪 To handle a few fungus gnats that started showing up, I introduced nematodes into the soil and placed some yellow sticky traps, seems to be keeping things under control so far. She's growing quite tall now, definitely stretching up nicely, but not really filling out much in width. A true lemony skyscraper in the tent!😂💚

Topping has gone extremely well. I expected to see more signs of flowering by now, certainly nothing definitive yet. Starting to wonder if it might be a photo and not an auto. Time will tell. Added an organic CO² producer on day 37 after noticing signs of deficiency.

Oh boy my first ever harvest is making its way💜💚 Day 61: So these girls have been fattening their budsites and #3 isnt mad about how close the light is😅 these plants have really strong resistance and amazing genetics 🔥 On that note highly recommend Fastbuds seeds. First ever grow and these seed did not let me down. Amazing frost, incredible resistance againts overfeed and high temp (also low). Plant #1 and #2 are further into flower than #3. 3 has still almost 90% white hairs and definitely non tris that are cloudy. 1 and 2 however have almost all hairs turned to beatiful dark orange🧡 They still have ways to go before harvest. Might start flushing soon. Day 63: Morning fellow growers 🌅 💜 Checked trichomes this morning with my quite annoying small ass 30x lens. Almost impossible to see them but by the looks of it, atleast on lower buds almost all of em al clear. So imo they have still time to get fat 😎 i think ill start flushing when i see cloudy tris on top buds atleast 90% and chop down when 75/25 cloud/amber. So far my first grow has gone very well all things considered! What to remeber to do for my cookies and runtz, is that i will keep the cannopy level so i dont have one 120cm plant and two 60cm plants😂 also i have doubts about my offbrand light. Prolly will see 2 harvests trough and see if both times i get skinny nugs i will switch it out😎 stay lifted💚 Day 66: harvest is getting closer but seems like trichomes are mostly glassy still. Been feeding normally but cut the gro out this week. So only calmabg bloom and micra. Ph round 6.1. It seems like buds wont get that much denser or wont do much anymore. Would love some opinions what to do at this point! Edit: since growquestions are bugging, decided to harvest 1 top from 2 plants. Just to see hows the high and some closer looks. Seems like i might be a day or two early for my liking but opinions and comments are appreciated 💚

Germination was pretty good, we lost one of each strain. We soaked for 24hr then wet paper towel for 24hr then in a tray and dome for 2 days under a sun blaster 50 watt light for the first week or so

Stoked on her. She turned out wonderful. Smells like rotting strawberries and gas. I’m so glad I could grow her out normally. No purple colors but she has a pink hue to her. I’m pleased. Into the cure closet she goes. She will cure for a couple weeks and I can’t wait to press her into some rosin 🍓

FBA2502 Week 4 April 20-26 Veg 4 Highlights of this week: I defoliated the large fan leaves from the main stems. After defoliating, I saw that plant #3 has a short, tight node structure like plant #1, so I pinned her down before she goes into flowering. Plants 2, 4, 5, and 6 are taller than plants 1 and 3. The larger plants 2, 4, 5, 6 show pre flowers with thinner new growth and hairs at the nodes. The leaves are wide and thick. Some have a slight blue tinge. This makes me think I’m over feeding. Apparently, the blended soil has enough nutrients for the autos, so I don’t need to feed right now. At the end of the week, I watered with ph 6.5 water with cal mag and recharge. Lights are 20” from tops of tall plants and 30 from 1& 3. My general thought for the future grows is to wait until the plant is bigger and see its structure before starting training. #1 has many branches coming into the middle. By beginning with pinning and keeping it at the ground, she will not achieve the stretch around the pot. I pinned #3 to push out the bud sites from being up against the main stem. It is easier to LST when there is more space between the nodes, so a bit of growth or stretch is required. Training to open the top is needed when the plant is short and tight. I watered with plain water, it looks like over feeding and they are in are transitioning to flower. 4/24 Water with recharge ½ tsp/g & CalMag 1 tsp/g ph 6.5 pics & vid see blue tinges in leaves.
