Update - 4th July 2021 Just still flushing away. The colours that are coming out are crazy. I have edited some pics but not videos and the videos dont really pick up the colour. Its strange that it started completely green and then went darker and darker until it reached purple buds covered in trichomes. I am planning on harvesting both this plant and the purple punch today or tomorrow depending on when i can be bothered lol Tbh, its not hard because i dry trim so it's just a case of plucking off the fan leaves and hanging it in different branches.

Quite a week!! I did a light defoliation on day 30... I just did a heavy defoliation again on day 36.... I hope they handle this well!! I watered them on day 31 & 33... I I fed them a half dose of all 3 nutrients on day 35... They are starting to stink!! The Cloudline T6 works great!! I also LST'ed them on day 30... they seem to be opening up pretty good... even though I was really late applying the LST.... still learning!! Alana is 16" tall and Anna is 20" tall... Alana grew 6" this week!!! Incredible! I've been battling some humidity lately... it's been in the low 60's for the most part... that's part of the reason I so heavily defoliated today! Otherwise, this grow is going really well!! You'll notice I moved them into the flowering 4X4 tent... I needed to make room in the veg tent.... I germinated 2 Seedsman Strawberry Cheesecake Auto seeds and I'll start their diary tomorrow! Cheers!!

Thts things starting to get interesting now

On day 29 I’ve increased the amount of Connoisseur Grow A+B given, from 0.5ml/L to 2ml/L, and the same with B-52, in 1L of water. No more Voodoo Juice as well. On day 29 I’ve also done some more LST on the same branches. I’m happy about the results. She’s gonna be a beast, although the pot capacity is just 5L. On day 31 I’ve increased nutrients from 2ml/L to 4ml/L (Connoisseur Grow A+B), B-52 not touched (again 2ml/L), and put them in 1.5L of water. On day 32 I did the third session of LST on various branches.

Week 9 is here and we are looking at harvesting! After checking the trichomes of just the top colas, I decided this week I was going to harvest. I am updating this post after I have dried and harvested the plant so do not have much more details. I flushed the plant this week with Flora Kleen along with terpinator and microbes. I cut down the plants and hung them up in the tent to dry using a clothes hanger with clips I got off of Amazon. It took 10 days to dry the bud and my temps and humidity would fluctuate throughout the day and night. I stayed in the mid to low 70s for temperature and humidity was at 50% at first. Then I added a humidifier and had it dry in 60% humidity. Will update the rest in the harvest update.

04/09 - Started minor defoliation. Shes getting too bushy and blocking bud sites and causing moisture spots. Will remove a couple of leaves every other day for the next week. 05/09 - Full res change. Realised I mucked up the ratio. Went 35ml Micro, 25ml grow, (Shouldve been the other way around, so added an extra 10ml grow), 15ml Bloom and 15ml Silica. EC 1.4, PH 5.7. Will keep an eye on her and add some additional grow if she does alright. 06/09 - Minor defoliation. Removed about 12 leaves total so far. LST to spread the canopy a little more. PH stable at 5.8, EC at 1.4, Water level dropping. Seems to be stretching and pistils have begun to form! Responding well to the uptick in nutes from the res change. 07/09 - Leaf tucking, LST and took a leaf or two. Shes getting her stretch on for sure. PH stable at 5.8, EC stable at 1.4. Water level still dropping. 09/09 - After much deliberation, I ended up going for a fairly heavy defoliation session and am now going to leave her the hell alone until at least mid flower. I removed a large chunk of shaded leaves and bud sites and effectively ended up lollipopping her. I also removed all the old LST, and added a couple to pull leaves out of the way. The canopy remains largely unchanged, but shes much more airy now, and Im seeing far fewer damp spots where leaf perspiration has occured. Now to see if I can keep my hands off for a few weeks!

Week 7. She got pollinated with some mace widow (double grape X Skywalker OG) @mephs Should be 1 fkn hell of a cross over!

I used a bounty paper towel inside of a 6x4 glass storage container cut to match size. Sprayed distilled water generously over, then gently placed seeds evenly apart from each other. Placed a second paper towel and sprayed again with distilled water. Sprayed inside lid and closed for 48 hours prior to opening. Left raised above ground floor on cardboard box directly in front of heat intake duct. Temp and humidity were around 75-80F and 60-70%humidity. after a successful beginning, I then planted each seed using latex gloves into 4 different pots ; 1-5gallon happy frog only, 1- 5gallon pot happy frog with clay pebbles, 1-3 gallon pot happy frog only and 1-3gallon happy frog and clay pebbles. I covered each seed with a cut up 2litre clear soda bottle with small holes poked on the tops. I sprayed down the soil and the plastic containers. I left them covered until I noticed the cotyledon leaves then I removed the plastic covers, increased circulating fan speed and added a bag of exhale co2. Watered daily 2-3 times by misting with spray. (Distilled water in humidifier and used in feeding)

Day 22: "Hey everyone! Just a quick update: our plants are looking pretty good! We're planning to start Low Stress Training (LST) this week to help shape them. Also, we're probably going to buy the HPS lamp this week. Excited to see how they'll respond to the new light! 🌱💡" Day 27: "Update: We started with LST, and they're reacting really well to it! 🌿 Also, we're probably buying the lamp tomorrow. In addition, we've noticed some very small shoots, so we decided to trim off the lower leaves that were turning yellow or getting very little light. They're looking healthier already! 🌱✂️" Day 28: Hey everyone! Exciting update: we topped one of the Hulk Berry plants, and they're responding well to it! 🌿 Also, we decided to go with two LED lights from Cosmos instead of the HPS lamp. These are 120 watts each, full spectrum, dimmable, and they have separate modes for growth and bloom. Plus, they were a great deal compared to the Spider Farmer lights. Can't wait to see how they perform! 💡🌱 Quick question for you all: do you think we should remove some of the leaves that are shading the lower branches? We noticed that these shaded branches are growing smaller due to lack of light. What do you think? Here's what I'm thinking: I believe removing some of the larger fan leaves to allow light to reach the lower branches could be beneficial. It would encourage more even growth and better bud development throughout the plant. What's your take on this?

So let me tell you, my Tropicana Cookies is doing amazing in week 2 of flowering. She's stopped the stretch and is now fully focused on fruit production. And let me tell you, even though the buds are still small, they are already packing a punch with those trichomes with i start to believe is the Fast Buds way for them all <3 <3 <3 crazy , much respect to them <3 <3 <3 . I've been using autopots for this grow and I have to say, I'm pretty smitten with them. It's such a breeze to keep her hydrated and fed without having to constantly check on her. And my Tropicana Cookies auto seems to be loving it too! I can't wait to see what kind of buds she'll produce in the next few weeks. But even if she stayed like this, I'd still be head over heels for her. There's just something about watching a plant grow and thrive that makes me feel all warm and fuzzy inside. This week has been really hard. Until this week the electricity was turned off on average once every two days, for 4 hours in the evening peak time. But the last 7 days the electricity is turned off twice or thrice a day also for 4 hours. I think that in this case it is better to reduce the light day and slowly started to reduce it at the beginning of flowering, and already reduced it from 18 to 16 hours, and that was a bad idea (((: The temperature outside was already around 30 degrees in the shade, and it rained almost every evening, as a result, the air humidity up to 65-70% so it was impossible to leave the girls in a closed box without a working fan. I had to cover the windows and work with my hands waving a piece of cardboard)))), adding back 30 minutes of evening sun outside the window each day. Same story since morning, but this more positive, we meet the morning sun, and move around the whole apartment behind the light frame of the window, running away from the shadow))) the main thing is that the morning is sunny, because will have to continue working with a piece of cardboard until the light is turned on (((: Also, as you can see in the first photo, I installed a large fan and removed the lower wall of the box, because the ventilation system did not help ((: Looks crazy but I already like it, new challenges and new experiences all the time, big plus a good habit to wake up at dawn! So no matter what, we are happy and breathe deeper 🙏
