Week 6 - Week without surprises. No-till cycle working well, watering only with water, but note that the companion plants still grow crooked. Soon the soil still shows signs of excesses, I believe that in the next cycles these excesses will be fixed. Hugz from Brazil.

The harvest was super sticky. I mean fr it was frustrating but we got though it lol. It’s took a week to harvest all the plants with some help too. They all started drying at the same time but each one got cut at different days. Overall they all stink to high hell. I mean super stinky like damn what is that funk at stink. Lol they taste just as they smell and curing will only make them better. I also found some nanners on one of my plants smh ONLY DOWN SIDE

Dried straight on parchment-lined trays. Shawty's a super strong strain, 100% nighttime weed. Shawty total dry weight: 69g. Taste wise right now: mostly pine/forest with hints of skunk popping up here and there (not all buds). Aroma is gassy/diesel mixed with licorice, but it'll probably shift after curing. Occasionally get some berry vibes in places. Jury's still out too soon to call it. Shawty didn't smell strong at all during flower, so her aroma is much less pronounced/intense compared to Punchline. Surprisingly, Punchline has a way louder and more pungent smell. Spent roughly 4 to 4.5 hours on trimming this whole harvest. Not too bad, but my hands are done lol All the trimming leftovers are going straight to BHO Will update later once the flavors and aroma really pop and get more pronounced after curing

and on it goes. i don't have much to report. due to some very hot days she has been given alg-a-mic and acti-vera from BIOBIZZ for better nutrient uptake. she has grown another few centimetres, looks healthy and strong.

We hang dried it all in cardboard boxes and dry trimmed before jarring.. The smell is unbelievable, like an artificial sweetener and gas..burping these jars is an experience lol.. We harvested these a little overripe, approx. 30% amber but the effects are exactly what we were hoping for..this is definitely a daytime strain but it's not too "speedy" (im sensitive to speedy strains and this isn't too much for me), Its great in the morning with coffee and it doesn't seem to impair my judgment while working or lead to feeling unmotivated..its a very social strain if there ever was one.. I'm going to give her the chop sometime this week. Giving her one final watering today, then I'm going to let her dry out til harvest. She smells fucking awesome, super aromatic. It's quite obnoxious not being able to find anything on this strain. But I'll try and describe what she's like. For one, I'd say that once you've got an established plant, it's very painless to grow. I didn't measure waterings or nute feedings. Treated her like a tomato plant basically. The smell is incredible, super fruity with just a hint of skunk... and given the character this strain is named after(💩), let's just say that's a very pleasant surprise 😮 We're in the final stretch of her growth here. I'm not expecting too much yield wise by this point. I want an OZ, so I'm hoping this extra week will get her to chunk up just a bit more. Cheers fellow growers, I would recommend other Ethos strains before this one. But if you're accustomed to their Genetics, this is definitely worth copping for the experience. Really excited to see how she smokes! 🤑😎 Update 10/28/21: Something made me decide to give her a flush and maybe a week or two of extra time. I think she'll start doing the purple fade thingy, as I see purple on some of the tips of calyxes and sugar leaves. I hope for one crop like this every year.. Flushed her yesterday and took the updated pictures(the ones in the dark) today. Looks like she REALLY put on some weight between yesterday and today. I mean I had to stake her up, that's how chunky she's getting. The stems and branches look like they're on the brink of snapping 😳 Looking back, I don't think I've had a plant get this chunky by this point in flower. Makes me super excited I have more beans of this stuff. I may end up leaving a lower branch to chuck her into the veg tent post-harvest, I'm seriously that in love with this strain.

15/10/2024 Lights On! All looks well. She's drinking now just over 8L: Current feed schedule 5L/Lights On! 3L/Lights Off! It's apparent the 65L Pot is allowing her roots to stretch and feed more! It can be risky transplanting during early flower; 😬 looking back of my diaries, I mess this up. Looks like the fence steal bracket diy worked for multipurpose lol Will look for a better alternative later on! 16/10/2024 Lights On! Both Freaky Pablos 🤪 turned out to be males! I was going to mate them with bubblegum gpp. I think I'm best of making a full growing season for making seeds but like this. I've saved some of its ball sacs! Hopefully I should be able to use the spectrum king for her last 3 weeks of flower. I have two but I need to get a series 600 meanwell driver for it. The crop master needs some new leds soldered on for its lost a lot of its optics and efficacy. Cookies and cream auto is growing really good under the Medic grow mini Sun-2. She is starting to develop some good sites for her future colas. Everything is looking really good at the moment she got some defoliation done today and any little bits trying to grow on underside removed. She is ready to go. Bud forming so fast!!!!!! Comparing to previous plants I growth in witch I used biobizz light soil I changed kind of soil in this one I’m using canna professional and the different is quite noticeable I’m really satisfied. I was worried that the small box I’m growing in would eventually make the plant suffer but it’s totally not, the plant is responding well!! Started with the maximum dose of bud ignitor by advanced nutrient. I’m really exited for this lady can’t wait to se the beautiful complete resinous buds.. keeping growing with LOVE 💚

Well most of them are sick,, some have lost or never had many pistils. It starts to smell a bit now. I still don't know how to deal with collective flushing and harvesting early rippen flowers. Found out the roots were badly burnt,(no slime or foam): 3 of them lost the roots beneath the pot, Jah only knows the state the roots are in. Hoping they won't die before harvest...

// Day 85 I started to give her only water + CalMag at the last watering. That was 3 days ago and today I gave her water + CalMag again. No nutrients anymore, she still has plenty, which you can see by her green leafs. And she is still drinking a lot, which means that she is not near to be done. No fade on her what so ever which is really sad, I was looking forward to some nice colours at the end of flower. It's day 85 already, she does not look ready at all. I'll give her 2 more weeks max., after that I just chop her down no matter how she looks. I go on vacation and want her to dry during that time. I cannot let her stay in the tent when I am gone so that's her last chance. Hopefully she finishes during the next 14 days. For the ones who missed it: I removed a head bud from a side branch because of spider mites. I catch some here and there on the leafs but did not spot another camp yet. Hopefully it stays that way and they're not well hidden inside bud sites. That would be a catastrophe. I'll do a bud wash of course but I doubt that you can flush all their well hidden web-camps out, if more of them exist. Let's just hope that I am lucky this time. // Day 88 Got 3L again, just plain water. No CalMag, no pH adjustment, just hard H20. She does not need anything anymore at this point of life.
