Growing strong cut 13clones today and transplanted the two biguns loving how they are turning out

Week 2 of the flowering phase flew by 🌱💨. Unfortunately, I may have overdone it with potassium or kept the water level too high – the classic signs of clawing leaves were evident. Thankfully, they seem to be recovering now and are back under control 💪🍃. My IR night experiment is showing clear results 🌌: The plants exposed to infrared radiation at night stretched significantly more. This might be especially beneficial for this indica-dominant strain as it leads to better canopy distribution, improved airflow, and reduced risks of mold and disease. Plus, the light distribution is much more efficient now, which I’m excited to see pay off. On the downside, my Orange Sherbert turned hermaphroditic 😔. It’s hard to pinpoint the cause – overfertilization seems unlikely since I’m using only organic nutrients. I suspect it might be linked to an E-field experiment I’ve been running. To confirm this theory, I’ll conduct a new grow with a similar strain next year to see if the electric field negatively impacts cannabis development. Stay tuned for updates! Leider habe ich wohl etwas zu viel Kalium gegeben oder den Wasserstand zu hoch gehalten – die typischen Anzeichen von Adlerkrallen waren sichtbar. Zum Glück scheinen sich diese jetzt zurückzubilden und sind wieder unter Kontrolle 💪🍃. Mein IR-Nachtexperiment zeigt bereits deutliche Ergebnisse 🌌: Die Pflanzen, die nachts mit Infrarotstrahlung bestrahlt wurden, haben deutlich stärker gestretcht. Das ist besonders bei dieser indica-dominanten Sorte wahrscheinlich von Vorteil, da es zu einer besseren Verteilung des Blätterdachs führt. Dadurch verbessert sich die Luftzirkulation, das Risiko von Schimmel und Krankheiten wird minimiert, und die Lichtverteilung wird effizienter. Ich bin gespannt, wie sich das weiter auswirkt! Leider hat meine Orange Sherbert gezwittert 😔. Woran das genau liegt, kann ich schwer sagen. Eine Überdüngung halte ich für unwahrscheinlich, da ich nur biologischen Dünger verwendet habe. Ich vermute, dass mein E-Feld-Experiment eine Rolle spielt. Um das zu bestätigen, werde ich nächstes Jahr einen neuen Durchlauf mit einer ähnlichen Sorte machen und prüfen, ob das elektrische Feld tatsächlich eine ungünstige Rückentwicklung der Pflanze verursacht. They are standing perfectly straight and I didn't want to break or snap anything off. They are doing great. 🔸I tried out my additional light this week and connected it to my controller. As soon as the flowering starts I will switch it on. I'll have to see how much distance I use this time, the lamps were too close to the plants during the last grow “Runtz” and that didn't look nice. 🔸Next week I will start giving her Big Bud as soon as the first buds appear. 🔸A&B: the fresh shoots and leaves look almost yellowish lime green...but will darken with time. Day 1 of week 6: 26th Sept Slow start to this week with an update as my phone is broken. Girls looking good but no pics to show.. Day 2 of week 6: 27th Sept Nutes in as usual! Girls looking good and I think the CalMag is working a treat! 🤞🏼 Day 3 of week 6: 28th Sept Just added some pics and a lil vid today to kick this week off after a slow start! Day 5 of week 6: 30th Sept Nutes in again today and some more defoliation due to yellow leaves not getting enough light.. I was a little worried I hadn’t sorted the CalMag deficiency out properly but the girls are looking much happier now I’ve got rid of those yellow leaves and LST’d them a bit more. 😍 Day 6 of week 6, 1st October: Girls looking much happier since yesterday’s removal of yellow leaves and more LST!! They’ve bounced back so nicely!! Happy days 😊❤️ Day 7 of week 6: 2nd October Girls looking good, nutes in for the last time before switching to flower.. 420FASTBUDS ORT2109 WEEK 6 These two gorgeous ladies are continuing to be show stoppers. Both appear to be healthy and growing great. I've continued the feed every 3days and so far they're responding well. I've had to put a oil heater in the tent as it's been getting super cold outside and more snow in the forecast. Over all very excited to see the up coming weeks progress as every weeks been different and noticeable. Happy Growing

Hey everyone!!! Start of week five. Everything is starting to come along. Everything is gping fine in the garden. Still super cropping some of the branches on cc2 to keep it even. Added some open sesame to this weeks feed. 😎 cheers Update 11/15 hey everyone back with an update. Fed the girls this morning, and the first thing i noticed was the sweet aroma. 😁😁 these girls love water amd nutes i feed them about a gallon of water every 2 to 3 days. Lots of pistills starting to come in as well😁😁😁😁 i also lsted and leaf stripped as well! Cheers!✌️✌️

08/21/2018 Day 1 week 2 of flower. Last bit of supercropping, keep the canopy low as possible 08/22/2018 #5 is the only 9 fingered leaves plant, all other GTH plants have 5 & 7 finger leaves, #5 took 3 clones she's my keeper of this batch. She is very diesely citrus,musky smell.can smell her at 90". #4 similar smell not as much stink. #3 minty chlorophyll smell. #2 orange,citrusy,mint. Ps. Gonna hit a selected branch or 2 of GTH #5 with mystery cookie males pollen I saved from earlier pollen harves. (week 19 mystery cookie grow) & some 2017 cherry pie pollen.( See Breeding Project, pollen test)@growdiary. #1 most similar to #2.rubs Smells from stem rubs on #1#2#3#4 , #5 no stem rubs needed she straight up stinks.👊🔥🚀⛽♨️

The plant is monster even though I topper at the 6th node she is 51in tall and smell nice fantastic but requires support the plant grows very tall even before having lots of weight in the buds it requires support . today I brought them outside the tent to give them a good water down in order to drain out any excessive buildup in the soil. I will continue to update but thank you for reading have a happy grow.

Another good week! Calcium deficiency is proving hard to defeat. No noticeable slowing of growth or anything negative. Buds are stacking on nicely and starting to frost up!

The 2nd week passed with a bit of a hitch, because the girl is still small and she doesn't emit any smell, I hadn't turned on the ventilation filter, as a result I saw that the trunk was full of condensation - 100% humidity..... but I probably noticed in time and turned on the ventilation, the humidity decreased, and everything is going smoothly now, on the 14th day the main ring was cut so that the girl wouldn't think of being taller and I wouldn't have problems with the growing space, which is already small :) good luck to everyone.

I'm usually in the ph 6.4 / 6.5 flowering cycle and I went up to ppm 1800 / 2000 Canna flowering AB- pk13-14 -cannazym - boost my plants seem to like it. I'm open to your comments.

Did a jump start tea, 3 feeds of cutting edge solutions. For past 4 weeks have Found one adult spider mite per week, and destroyed eggs on the leaf's bottom with the white spots. I have no clue where they came from never had them before. I live next to a river and it is spider season so the normal spiders have been hunting the mites just becasue they are attracted to the lights at night. I don't see the mites as a threat and I'm not going to spray for them I might try to make a ladybug farm if I see more.

7/24/23 - Day 42 - Ok, so where to start? I'm going to go over the last couple days of issues/troubleshooting. We had an issue with the lights not coming on for a whole day/night cycle. That was a couple of days ago, and everything seems okay since then. I had some Canoeing/tacoing on the leaves once the lights were back on. I think I had the PH too low, 5.8. In flower, I should start moving it up the scale. Once I corrected the PH to 6.2, the canoeing/tacoing in the leaves seemed to be gone/almost gone. I'm REALLY worried about the height of the plant. She is only 12 in. from the light that I cannot move. I added a second scrogg net???? I don't know if that's done a lot, but I'm going to try and stop if from growing straight up. I think the best I can do is give it a lean. So Ill call this the ScoggGL (GangstaLean). You'll see some pictures up top as I start the ScoggGL I did the first big trim and pulled a 3-gallon bucket of fan leaves out. I cut off a few side branches I didn't want the plant to waste energy on. I trimmed so many leaves off it was crazy. The smells have been awesome! You all know the smell of the fresh plant stems and leaves as you trim and rub across them. It's one of my favorite smells, which is in full effect. I noticed that I have some pistils growing. I know what that means, shes going to have some flowers here in the next week. I couldn't be more excited!!!!! The roots are just downright ruthless; they have been growing out of control. I have a great picture of them in there with no water. I should note that I did two things that might have solved the Tacoing in the leaves. It could have been one or the other, but it also could be a combo of both things. I did the trimming to get some airflow between the leaves and changed the target for my PH from 5.8 to 6.2. When moving into flowering, I should have already done that. But I did both things while the leaves were Tacoing, and now they are not. I wanted to make sure I noted that. 7/26/23 - Day 44 - Things are looking great. No more tacoing, she's growing and still drinking about 2+ gallons a day of water. I hope the vertical growth stops soon, I want to remove a ton more fan leaves, and I'm hoping that it spends more time growing around than up, I'm keeping some leaves on just to slow some vertical growth. 7/27/23 - Day 45 - She's sleeping right now, but I will chop some more fan leaves when she wakes up. She's growing too tall, and I need to find a way to stop her. I think shocking her system will help stunt her growth. How crazy is this, what a conundrum I'm in. Normally I stress out trying to find the right time to trim to avoid stunting growth. I always keep my plants busy and do one or two chops. I think they need to grow as mother nature intended. Let them grow and do one, maybe two fan leave chops. That's always been my motto and its always worked out great for me. This is now the exact opposite. Feels weird even thinking about it, doing a leave chop two weeks into flower..... ARE YOU INSANE!!!!!! Lol The 2nd chop has happened. I took a ton of fan leaves off. It's time for the plant to slow down heal and start working on the buds! Let's see how this goes over the next couple of days. I added a timelapse of me chopping her up. 7/28/23 - Day 46 - After adding more water last night, I was checking PH, and I did a quick check on the ppm from the nutes. If it went from 600ppm down to 130ppm in a couple of days. So we decided to give her another dose of nutes so she has something to eat. I'll update you after she wakes up for the day.
