Week 4 and they look amazing • Today (Day 23) I cleaned and calibrated my EC tester (bluelab truncheon) and after mixing the same nutrients as last week the EC was reading 2.8! I was thinking this mixture was coming out at 1.7. Either way the plants are healthy and the EC has not been dropping or rising so I have kept the nutrients the same this week. I will monitor the EC closely through out the week now as 2.8 EC is pretty strong, I might have to dilute the tank, we will see. I will now do tests with the nutrient amounts I used previously and edit the EC leves for the previous weeks. • Second day into week 4 and they have drunk 40L (last week was 35L) of water between them. Thats 4.5L each. The EC level has also dropped to 2.7 from 2.8, so even though it is crazy high they are still taking it. • Midweek and the EC in the tank has risen. I knew it would as it's been set way too high. It was set at 2.8 (by mistake) and it has risen to 3.2. The plants look OK but a little dark. There's no tip burn or anything. I have given them a flush with weak nutrients (1.4 EC). • Midweek and I have noticed a touch of powdery mildew. Caught it really early so I will install a hotbox sulfume. The sulfur will coat the leaves and stop the mildew in its tracks. Watch this space.

The inter-nodal shoots are beginning to stretch confidently, and the canopy is broadening out with healthy fan leaves. It’s clear that the root zone is well-established, as no wilting signs appear and the medium remains nicely moist—no need to water for now. While it may seem like a temporary pause in outdoor activity, this rest indoors is helping the plant conserve energy and avoid potential stress from fluctuating cold and wet conditions. Once the weather stabilises again, it’ll be back to soaking up real sunshine. Day 32 – Stretching Skyward with the Sun After a few overcast days indoors, the sun is back—and so is our CBD Auto 20:1, basking once again in full-spectrum natural light! The shift outdoors today was met with bright, clear skies and a lovely warm breeze. The plant is thriving in these ideal spring conditions, showing confident vertical growth and a strong central stem that’s gaining both height and girth. The leaf spread is wide and lush, with healthy serrated edges catching the sun from every angle. What stands out now are the multiple lower branches developing evenly—clear signs that this plant is preparing for the flowering transition in the near future. It’s rewarding to witness how much energy the plant can absorb on days like this. We’ve entered a new chapter—today marks the visible appearance of pistils, signalling the official start of flowering! Some nights are slightly cooler, but the days bring back that familiar warmth – and she clearly loves it. Her structure is becoming more defined, with side branches now fully visible and stretching confidently towards the light. Since she’s grown outdoors from the beginning, the natural rhythm of sun and wind has made her strong, well-adapted, and noticeably more robust than my previous indoor tent grows. It’s truly fascinating how dynamic and engaging outdoor growing can be. There’s a deeper connection to the process – monitoring the skies, respecting nature’s timing, and witnessing each subtle change. Plus, it’s certainly a more economical setup! The pistils are now popping with greater clarity, signalling the transition into flowering. It’s incredibly satisfying to watch her shift gears and get ready for her next stage of development. My super soil continues to do all the heavy lifting – no feeding schedule, just pH-balanced water when the topsoil is dry, which depends entirely on whether she’s basking outside or sitting in the shade indoors. So Friday will be day 70. I messed up a lot, did lst and used big pots so I'm thinking these might go 3-5 more weeks. They smelled so amazing a few times today though. First the purple punch, then the sour diesel, then the girl scout cookies, each gave off aromas one after the other a few times today. The purple punch smalls so sweet and delicious.

The plants grew well this week, as did all the clones. Any extra rooted clones have been planted outdoors as a further experiment. We moved all the clones into a Veg room. Even though the large room is not in flower and still also in veg, we had to separate the plants due to lack of space. Also setting up for mother, clones and SOG in the future. The plants were defoliated and training continued. There are 2 weeks of Veg left hoping to have some very large plants for flowering. Aiming for large flowers.

Das Fimmen hat wie erwünscht sein Ergebnis gezeigt. Habe bis auf die untersten 2 Arme, alle erneut gefimmt. Das Gewächshaus 12m2 soll in den nächsten 10 Tagen ankommen. Die Damen werden dann Anfang Juli ins Gewächshaus wandern und Ende Juli mit einer Plane ab 17/18 Uhr abends abgedeckt um die Blüte frühzeitig einzuleiten. Happy growing;)

It was a longer road until here. With all the reading I did I still made rookie mistakes. To much nutrients and to much light stunt my plant and created some deficiencies ( CaMg). Hopefully I will do ok from now on.... Lifted the light at 3 feet on 100% power and decreased the PPM’s to 600. Hopefully that will help and I did not create to much damage. Wish me luck. I invested a lot of time and money on this grow but the experience is not there yet. I’m ok with what it is, I’ve learned a lot from this grow.

roots start to grow

Hey friends :-) . There is not much to tell this week. They smell stronger and stronger, but unfortunately I don't really like the bud production. It is going very slowly, and she just doesn't want to have many nutrients :-(. Just don't understand why. I know the genetic, because I have it as a mother, and there are 100% all parameters in the perfect area. I have prepared a completely new nutrient solution again, and I will watch you closely this week :-). Otherwise everything looks great. The new update is coming next week. Day 64: Second Grow We’re now in the fifth week of the flowering stage, and the buds are getting thicker by the day. We’ve decided to order a microscope to keep a closer eye on the trichome development. Additionally, we’re considering ordering CANNAZYM, a nutrient that could help our buds grow even bigger and healthier. Here’s to another week of growth and progress!!
