Day 73, 25th of November 2020: Hi! Well they are getting nice maturing buds getting bigger and all good. I love the red colour of the Red Hot Cookies. Unfortunately, Tropicanna Poison and Red Mandarnine does not show any signs of purple or red colour. Kalini Asia neither albeit, the bonsai version gets purple. Gelato is little beauty. So yes, basically not much to say. Fertilization is still the same every second day with the ratio and mixture above stated. The lamp is on 11.15 min and off 12.45 min. Last week was 15 min longer light cycle.... So every week 15 min shorter light cycle until the 5th week. So far -45 min. It switches on at 6 am and off at 17.15 pm.

Transplanted into a bigger pot. Used a dirty old trash pot, and it was a shame to look at. So i transplanted into 38.5L fabric pot, to get an "airYY" and sexy root development :P ! As u can see, the "little monster", looks sick, and very angry. Its a sign of transplant, and bad conditions (the pot).. (SORRY lil baby plant)... But it will be better, after a few kisses and days.

My Bubble OG plants are looking really good. I chopped down the first one a few days ago, and it's almost dried. The other two plants are absolutely covered in buds. The tall one's a monster, totally solid and covered in crystals. And that purple plant is just gorgeous, stacked with buds all the way down. Can't wait to try them all out. The past week has been awesome for drying my plants. The weather's been perfect – nice and dry, with just enough breeze to keep things moving. I finally got around to chopping down those two big plants I've been meaning to trim. They're almost ready, just need a little more time to dry out completely. I can't wait to see how they turned out.

this is a very easy one to grow with an enormous bag appeal true her all cycle, a must in any garden, her trichomes production is out of these world, as are them grams on them fruits, a true must for us all to grow

So I had a few issue. I over watered early on, took them out the seed tray early, started feeding them a week or two late, no humidifier yet but they recovered well.

This is my personal favorite strain. We bred it a few years back and I get a few clones every few months to grow. Thought I'd share it with you all. Yes this is a mess. Yes the buds are getting too heavy. Yes there is a lot of sites that prob could or should have been stripped. BUT. Thats not what I wanted to do. I topped it very young and then fimmed it about 8 or 9 times after that. So the branches never really thickened like the other plants I show at the end with the huge stems. Since I have a pretty much unlimited amount of this strain(provided buddy keeps the mother in good shape like he has been) I've been trying different things. This is just a side project and I had no real plan to diary it but I figure the more I fo the better chance I can get sponsored so I can keep doing what I love to do. Grow weed!!!!!!!!. Thanks for the support you guys and girls have been giving me its appreciated. Also shout out to all my Canadian friends here on GD.

Es ist vorbei, jetzt wird geerntet. Zwei sehr unterschiedliche Phänotypen werden sehr bald im Vaporisator auf ihren Geschmack, Duft und Wirkung getestet werden. Auch wenn die kleinere der beiden Pflanzen vielleicht noch etwas länger hätte stehen können. Es war kein Platz mehr im Zelt und der oberste Bud der großen Runtz fing an zu verbrennen. Für ein SOG halte ich solch unterschiedliche Phänotypen nicht geeignet, anders sieht es allerdings mit Stecklingen von ihnen aus. Insgesamt unkomplizierte Pflanzen, nur die Thripsen bekam ich nie vollständig in den Griff. Dies war mein erster Indoor Grow und ich stelle fest, daß meine Grow Box nur Platz für eine Pflanze hat wenn es eine Schönheitskönigin werden soll. Immerhin habe ich es noch geschafft eine paar schöne Blattverfärbungen an der größeren Pflanze zu erreichen. Auf den Bildern kann man das wilde, ungestüme gut erkennen. Danke an Zamnesia, dass ich diesen Strain ausprobieren konnte! Ich habe ja noch ein paar Samen für weitere Grows. Vielen Dank auch an Plagron für den Blütendünger. Das solch dicke Blütenkolben möglich sind hätte ich vor diesem grow nicht geglaubt. Ich wünsche allen anderen Teilnehmern dieses Contests einen erfolgreichen Abschluss und eine gute Ernte! P.S. Wenn ich mir so in der Verößerung die Frostigkeit der Buds ansehe, wird mir etwas Bange... --- It's over, now it's time to harvest. Two very different phenotypes will soon be tested in the vaporizer for their taste, aroma and effect. Even if the smaller of the two plants could perhaps have stood a little longer. There was no more room in the tent and the top bud of the large Runtz started to burn. I don't think such different phenotypes are suitable for a SOG, but the situation is different with cuttings from them. All in all, uncomplicated plants, but I never got the thrips completely under control. This was my first indoor grow and I realize that my grow box only has room for one plant if it is to be a beauty queen. At least I managed to get some nice leaf coloration on the larger plant. You can see the wild, impetuous growth in the pictures. Thanks to Zamnesia for letting me try this strain! I still have a few seeds for further grows. Many thanks also to Plagron for the flower fertilizer. I would never have believed that such thick flower bulbs were possible before this grow. I wish all the other participants in this contest a successful conclusion and a good harvest! P.S. When I look at the frostiness of the buds as they grow, I get a bit scared...

I did a big defoliation and lollipop on day 14

Put the plants in a environment (-> tent) where I could control temp. and humidity better. Plants #2 and #3 moved from their 200ml pots into 8L fabrics on day 25. Could have waited a few days with that, since barely any roots where visible. Applied some Dynomyco and water with very low amount of Hesi TNT to all plants on day 25. At about this point my excitement grew, since growth was finally accelerating and a little smell proofed that this was at least the right kind of plant. Slowly introduced the GCxSolo at about 35cm distance on day 19 and increased its output from 25-100% over 2 weeks.

3/24 start of wk 3 of flowering. This strain has decent internodal spacing. About 1 or so inches in between each bud spot. Looking forward to how the buds progress. There hasnt been too much of a stretch since flowering has started 3/29 starting to produce some smell

Harvest for top buds which are already done ❤️ smell is strong sour/fruit/sweet. The rest of the plants i will leave in tent to be ready for harvest in few days... I will leave sugar leaves on for few days and then do the trimm work. Buds are rock hard and covered with trichomes!

BIG UPDATE THIS WEEK !!! ---------------------------------- FEEDING MISTAKE / TRANSPLANTING THE PLANT ------------------------------------------------------- Last week, the plant was showing some feeding issue (some burned tips). After discussing with another grower ( @Asnoriu ) and carefully listening his advices, I decided to transplant the queen to a bigger pot. 16L can be ok, but I had a long veg (10 weeks), and this was getting too small for the lady. So starting from now, I will always transplant before flowering, since I understood & learned how it help the plant to develop good roots network. The plant probably suffered from too much feeding with Fish-mix. Asnoriu told me He was using it at 50% of the recommend dose, and not at each watering. This totally make sense, especially when i look back at my first grow : I used no fish-mix during almost all the veg, and she grow verry well. My gardening soil was probably rich enough for my plants! I transplanted the plant to a bigger pot (16L -> 30L) and filled the new pot with Biobizz All-Mix soil. I took the plant from the old fabric pot like if it was a sock : what a niiiice and easy technic ! (Thanks again Asnoriu). Watered with pure water (ph at 6.2-6.5), without any nutrients (All-mix is already rich enough). I will feed again in 1-2 weeks. BIG ERROR WHEN APPLYING LST BACK IN THE NEW POT --------------------------------------------------------------- I had to remove my strings (LST) to switch to the new Pot. When I was applying the LST again in the new pot, I went too far with tension... And the main-lining broke 😟 So I fixed it verrry quickly by releasing LST tension, and using a string to tight the stem where it broke. In less than 5 minutes it was fixed. I was verry worried that it may have killed my queen.... But she didn't shown any sign of stunt, and 48h hours later, I can say that she look verry good. This doesn't slowed her. She seems to grow faster since transplant, so all good :) So, note to myself : never try to LST when flowering started, or only verry carefully, with just littles adjustements. planta que creció con normalidad, al pesar del tiempo de cosecha que era un poco mas largo que el resto se desarrollo mucho mas acelerada en la floración que el resto, bastante sensible con el fertilizante y teniendo dos de esta misma sepa crecieron totalmente distintos.

Noticed a small issue that looks like magnesium deficiency so use full dose of Sensi cal at 1ml/L. Some small interveinal yellowing starting around the leaf margins on a couple of fan leaves below the tops. Cal Mag fed via tank and foliar feed. The issue I have found could also be down to the small dose of pk13/14 added to the nutrient tank slightly early (Early last week) causing a lockout. Used the pk booster again this week but still added less than the recommended dose to avoid any issues. Hoping the buds start to fatten this week 😀 Using hydro is causing my humidity to stay up so I will need to find a way of lowering it this week. Ppfd 700-1000. Ppm 1200. PH 6.0.
