DivineBuds420 The plants are growing. They seem to be stretching a bit, but that shouldn't be too much of a problem. Impatient as I am, I've already transplanted the plants into 1L pots, even though that was probably a bit early - at least everything has gone smoothly without complications.

DivineBuds420 So far, so good. The plants are growing, although they don’t seem to be thriving perfectly. Brown spots are appearing on the leaves—I’ll keep an eye on that.

DivineBuds420 The plants have now been placed in 3.5L pots. I prepared the soil according to the recommendations from biotabs and additionally added about 300g of perlite and 7g of dolomite lime per liter of soil (biobizz light mix). Unfortunately, I can only choose options for liquid components (ml/l), but almost all components from Biotabs are dry / in "powder form". So I would need the option (g/l) grams per liter (soil/water). Only the growth and flowering fertilizers (Orgatrex & Bio PK 5-8) are in liquid form.

DivineBuds420 This week, I did some serious trimming again. I decided to leave 4 shoot pairs per plant. I probably should have removed the shoots earlier so that the plants don’t waste unnecessary energy on shoots that will be removed anyway. The plants clearly have different growth patterns; the ones in the back shoot up much more than the ones in the front. The height of the tent will probably be fully utilized. This week will be a 10-day week and the last one before initiating flowering. At the end of the week, the net will be hung up, and I’ll start spreading the shoots across the area. After that, flowering will be initiated, and I hope the stretch doesn’t blow the tent apart. Maybe part of the stretch will be woven into the net? Let’s see if that’s a good idea 😅

DivineBuds420 Second flowering week. This week I'm using flowering nutrients for the first time. Bio PK 5-8 from Biotabs. I went with 8ml, slightly below the manufacturer's recommendation (10ml). I also removed some leaves to make room for hidden shoots. The buds are starting to form. I hope the vertical growth is over.

DivineBuds420 The third week of flowering starts for the ladies, and they're getting a little extra supply for the journey. They each get 20ml of Orgatrex and 1g of Bactrex, dissolved in a liter of osmosis water. I turned off the water supply to the Autopots a few days earlier to avoid flooding them. For more stability, I hung a second net inside. I also placed two unused PC fans in the tent to provide a bit more airflow. Additionally, some leaves were removed. The week is coming to an end, and the plants are bursting out of the tent. The lamp is now cranked up to the max.

DivineBuds420 The fourth week of flowering has begun. The space in the tent is more than maxed out, and the plants are almost kissing the lamp. I think the stretch is over, at least I hope so. 🙏🏻 This week starts with some Bio PK 5-8 from Biotabs. The buds and the surrounding leaves are starting to shimmer. 💎 I added an air stone to the water tank of my Autopot system. Will it make a big difference? - no idea. Can it hurt? - I don't think so.

DivineBuds420 Flowering week 6 is starting and the ladies are getting fed. This might even be the last nutrient addition before the harvest - we'll see. I've increased to 12ml/l per plant. 🤞🏼 The buds are growing and getting stickier. I've removed a few leaves to improve circulation and let more light reach the lower shoots.

DivineBuds420 So far so good. The flowering is slowly but surely coming to an end, or rather entering the final phase, but the ladies still need a few weeks. The one in the back right seems to have been faster from the start and might be ready sooner, we'll see how that develops. The ladies are getting a bit "rusty," but I think that's not a problem at this stage, just the passage of time taking its toll on them. The smell is getting stronger and the excitement is rising 🙏🏻💚

DivineBuds420 The tenth week of flowering begins, and it's likely that harvesting will take place this week or at least a partial harvest. The ladies are getting nice and frosty, and the one in the back right still seems to be a bit ahead. Meanwhile, the small popcorn buds in the lower area are also swelling up. The trichomes are looking more mature as well. The time for harvest has come... 💚🌱

Happy Harvest Day!

Tangerine Sugar – Growth & Structure Tangerine Sugar grows with vigor, clearly showing its sativa dominance. The stretch in flower should not be underestimated – she shoots up significantly. Two main phenos were observed: one staying more compact, the other stretching tall and taking over. In this grow, the smaller pheno struggled to fully develop due to being overshadowed by its bigger sibling. Still, both phenos produced stunning, resin-coated buds with a strong citrus-forward aroma. Final Thoughts Tangerine Sugar combines power and elegance. Its fresh, fruity aroma and uplifting sativa high make it a great choice for those seeking an energizing yet flavorful strain. Growers should be prepared for its stretch—having enough vertical space is key. Overall, a fantastic experience with intense citrus notes and a refreshing effect!

DivineBuds420 Harvest Week – The Final Step in a Learning Experience 🌿 The time has come. Trichomes are cloudy, buds are mature – time to harvest. No major changes anymore, just patience and precision. The final look at the plants before the scissors come into play. A process that always teaches humility. This run had its ups and downs, but every plant tells its own story. Not everything was perfect, but that’s where the real experience lies. 🌱✂️ 🔥 Verdict: A valuable grow with important lessons learned. Now it’s time for drying & curing, to bring out the best in the harvest. 💨💚

Hey, you have a beautiful meadow there 😁 I'm also working with biotabs and I have some doubts about whether the 10ml dose in week 6 might be a bit too much. I find your compromise of 12ml in week 4 quite interesting. I spoke with biotabs a few days ago. The representative assured me that everything has been thoroughly tested. I'll keep an eye on your progress and see how it goes. Best of luck for the final phase! Cheers
DivineBuds420
DivineBuds420 commented2y ago
Thank you very much, I actually planned to keep everything a bit tidier, but then the meadow became a bit wilder than expected. I think the last nutrient addition should be adjusted to the planned harvest date. In my previous grows, I added organic PK for the last time 3 weeks before harvest - so for the last 3 weeks, just water. In my opinion, that worked great and I was more than satisfied with the results. However, this grow will likely have a comparatively longer flowering phase. The breeder mentions 9-10 weeks. So far, the nutrient supply looks like this: BW2 8ml BW4 10ml BW6 12ml The next nutrient addition would theoretically be in flowering week 8. If a harvest after 9 or 10 flowering weeks is foreseeable at that time, I will probably completely skip the nutrient addition in week 8. If it looks like I won't harvest until after 11 flowering weeks, I will likely add nutrients again in flowering week 8. Depending on the need, I would probably reduce the dose back to 8-10ml. What exactly happens remains to be seen - I'm definitely very excited. 🤗 Best regards
Mia_BIOTABS
Mia_BIOTABS commented1y ago
hi, as always, it's also the case that you can start with less and then add more, since every plant has individual needs. I would always see nutrient schedules as a guideline.
DivineBuds420
DivineBuds420 commented1y ago
I see it the same way. Better to start low and increase if necessary - because sometimes less is more 😅 I think at some point you also develop a good feel for the right amount of nutrients, or you know your strains/phenos and exactly what they need. 🙏🏽💪🏽 However, I'm still in my discovery phase here.

omg. the ladies are taking over the tent - and they're not even done with stretch yet - what's your plan B?😅😂😁
DivineBuds420
DivineBuds420 commented2y ago
@Mia_BIOTABS, Plan B: Raise the lamp as high as possible and hope it’s enough. Plan C: Carefully untangle the plants from the net, rearrange everything, swap the plants with those from the other tent (tangerine sugar for gmo zkittlez) and hope again that it’s enough. It would be a big effort to gain 20cm upwards. Plan D: no idea. Emigrate. Preferably somewhere I can grow outside properly and no longer have to worry about not enough space 😅

if you don't want to give them any more food, then mix sugar molasses (Grafschafter Goldsaft) with water, add Bactrex, this activates the microorganisms in the soil, which then pass on all remaining nutrients to the plants. Flushing is also a grow myth. Proper curing allows the chlorophyll in the plants to break down, taste and terpenes will be clear to smell and taste. If you've only used our products, you can safely reuse the soil (mix in fresh soil).
DivineBuds420
DivineBuds420 commented1y ago
Thank you very much for the info about the Goldsaft, I have actually read that somewhere before - but it's of course something else to get this info directly from you. 💯🔥💚 If I could also get some quantity recommendations, you’d have me floating on cloud nine. 👐🤝 I’m familiar with the myth of flushing. I don’t do any flushing (meaning: rinsing with A LOT of water and drain), or I would only flush in case of over-fertilization to wash out nutrients from the substrate - but I try to avoid that in any case. The only thing that happens for me at the end of the flowering (about 3 weeks before the planned harvest) is that no more nutrients are added. Then the plants only get their usual watering through the Autopots. Would you recommend any additional nutrient addition (aside from Goldsaft) in the last 3 weeks before harvest? 🤔🧐 The info on reusing the soil could be worth its weight in gold. 🥇 Do you have a detailed guide for that somewhere? I have only used your products alongside the Biobizz substrate and harmless additives like perlite and dolomite lime. 🤗 Best regards 💚

@wolfvb, Thanks a lot bro, really appreciate it! 🤝 I see you're running BioBizz - I used that too before I discovered Biotabs, and honestly it was a real game changer for me. Biotabs gives me great results while staying super simple and stress-free. Once the substrate is prepared, it's either light feeding in flower or even a straight water-only approach. Biotabs combined with AutoPots is almost a cheat code. I can truly recommend giving it a try - you won't regret it.
