Here comes the first Preflower Update

This was a pretty stable week. I finally moved my flowers to the new growing area I’ve created. It’s powered by Gavita Pro fixtures and Phillips mastergrow bulbs. They have been in here for about 3 days at this point. From now on my future diaries will showcase more plants, larger scale, but still with artisan minded craft. Excited for what the future will bring, almost as excited as I am to cut down these plants when they take on their fall colors over the next 3 weeks! I’m Expecting a harvest of 1-1/2 oz per plant, but may get more or less. Time will tell.

Starting to show signs of flowers had do give her a really good defoliating just keeps getting so bushy but it's Starting to look as if I know what I'm doing as well 😂 getting exited now to see what the buds will look like anyway until next week thanks guys 🙏

Hello growmies! Welcome to week four of An Epsilon Adventure! The girls are already transitioning into flower, I will get some photos of that later in the week. Massive thanks to both Shogun and Royal Queen Seeds for sponsoring this grow. Daily Updates: ### Week 4 Day 1 11:00 16/7 Removed some lower growth. ### Week 4 Day 2 23:00 17/7 Tallest plants were showing signs of heat stress so I have raised the light about 30cm more. Unfortunately this now means the lower plants aren't getting as much light as they could, so I have put the cycle back to 20h (I may even increase it). ### Week 4 Day 3 14:00 18/7 Photographed. ### Week 4 Day 3 19:00 18/7 Fertigated 2l. Okay these girls are now starting to concern me a little on the basis that they are supposed to grow to "50-70cm". At just over 3 weeks old the shortest of these girls is 53cm, the tallest (plant 3) is now 76cm tall. The worrying thing is they do not at all look like they are slowing down and as they are just pre-flowering now, the flowering stretch hasn't even started. So I need some genuine advice here now: Do I keep the faith and hope that they don't exceed the space I have? Do I top or super crop them now? These ladies are beastly, at the end of the week I am going to take some individual videos and more photos to really try and capture how magnificently well these girls are doing. I think I may be in the process of growing the biggest Epsilon F1's so far? Exciting to find out! ### Week 4 Day 4 21:00 19/7 James has assured me they wont go much more than 85 so I am not going to mess with them. They are due a defoliation at the end of this week though. Measured each plant as follows: Plant 1: 81cm Plant 2: 75cm Plant 3: 80cm Plant 4: 67cm Plant 5: 59cm Plant 6: 58cm Might photograph later or leave until tomorrow. ### Week 4 Day 5 10:00 20/7 Photographed and measured. Plant 1: 85cm Plant 2: 79cm Plant 3: 81cm Plant 4: 71cm Plant 5: 63cm Plant 6: 63cm So they've all grown about 4cm in about 13 hours, except plant 3 - which seems to have slowed down a lot. The top of plant 3 is also the most advanced looking in terms of pistils. I forgot to take close ups of the preflowers I will do that tomorrow. I have had to raise the light again today and it is now much further away than the younger plants than I would like. So I am thinking about adding a 300w LED into my 4x4. I have another 3 inches I can raise the light on the hangers, after that I can removed the adjustable handers and tie it to the top of the tent... that'll gain me another 4 or 5 inches. If I need to go higher my only option would be to set them up without the tent which is not an option right now. Hopefully they all just stop getting taller now and focus on flowering... but my gut tells me there's more growth to come. Watch this space! ### Week 4 Day 6 15:00 21/7 Measured. Only photographed plants 1 and 2 individually as I was short on time. Some lovely pics though! ### Week 4 Day 7 15:00 22/7 Fertigated. 2l Will photograph and measure later when they've had 24h since training. ### Week 4 Day 7 23:00 22/7 Photographed and measured: Plant 1: 102cm Plant 2: 93cm Plant 3: 89cm Plant 4: 85cm Plant 5: 76cm Plant 6: 75cm Well here we are at the end of week 4 and I am quite shocked by the growth of these girls. This strain averages 50-70cm in height. We have six plants here and every one of them is taller than the average... but would you just look at plant 1? She is a giant! 102cm!! Where will she stop? Next week will see the full transition to flower and we will start to see the bud sites developing. I have no idea at this point what the heights will look like at the end of next week. Lets start.

Day29: New sets of leaves. I'll repot and switch to proper Veg Lights on the weekend. Day30: I'll repot tomorrow. Day31: Repotting done. She had a crazy amount of roots in the seedling pot. MUCH more than I expected. I switched to Veg lights at 90% power. Day32: Settling in new pot Day33 & 34: I had to perform some maintenance on the tent. Lost some hours due to that. Day35: Growth really looking healthy. Although she's not really stretching high, she does look rather happy. I do like them thicc ;) General: I need to put the camera somewhere else so that the growth can be better seen. Right at the end I'll edit out the white flashes. They're caused by the humidifier running and will be really easy to cut out without losing the gist of the grow :)

Finally flower. They are 4 feet now. What am I going to do? I don't want them to burn into the light.

Wow wow wow... Apollo what have you guys made at SweetSeeds... My dear this strain is a monster and a keeper. Do you want regular-sized plants and buds in 8 weeks? No problem! Do you want plants that can handle any condition even as a noob? Check! This beast of a strain is out of this world and I'm over the moon with the results. I can't believe it. Normally I've seen auto's do 30 cms and some buds on top... This is simply alien tech... I think I have never seen any plant grow that fast... This is something to try if you haven't already... Completely amazed... And this is while making all sorts of mistakes: too hot, soil also too hot in nutes and temp, hotspots in tent by lacking fans, less PH buffer. Stuff I learned: - In my climate: at least 20 liter grow pots, maybe bigger. - Add hydro corn, I forgot this - Less bloodmeal and bonemeal - More perma tea since mine is now too old to use, it will rot the earth. - More often more water, in smaller pots - Better ventilation and routing of fresh air. - Light a little higher also during flower. - No training is needed, a little defoliation is enough. another week is all most over (week 3) , and we are having a really beautiful time Looking at these Autos growing, we are getting ready for transplant and also increase the co2 with the co2enhancer bottle from Tnbnaturals thanks a lot for these Guys.

It's chop down day she has 25% ambers now I would like 50%+ but she has had a rough life and it will most likely go to concentrates so less ambers the nicer the colour I find so I made the decision to chop her and I got no room in my tents for her as the website said 9-10 weeks and she's 11 and a half now and I try to have perpetual grows.

Auto Opium week 8 8/11-17 For my outside ladies, Opium, Auto Opium, Fractal, and Lemon Cake not much changed. They continue lovin life outside. These ladies are maturing as many fans are yellowing and falling off. Temps are comfortable following Storm Debbie., in the 80 with low humidity Auto Opium is thin and spindly, branches continue to bend so I added hoop supports. I sure hope she makes it to the end in one piece. If necessary, I remove the colas and chuck into the freezer.. Buds are fattening up, trichomes are minimal at this time but some fragrance is starting to be noticed. Hi all growers Day 64 this is lady is gone so fast and Fat, every bus is full from up to bottom, and i already said it: FAT :D I stopped Big Bud and this is the last week of fertilising, i think i've got 3 weeks left for this baby before harvest. This week i give also aptus regulator to regulate some eventual issue before flushing, Next cycle i'll use it for all the cycle. Day 66 Nothing to say, I ‘ve got last or two last fertilising before flushing. This baby did all alone without any help needed. She is really beautiful , bud are fat and full. I think that small size won’t be reflect on the harvest weight. Day 68 Two days ago last feeding at ph 7 and 1100 ppm. From tomorrow I’ll start flushing for 15/20 days before harvest. I had to add a little fan because this blue dream is too bushy, I don’t defoliate anymore and soil needed more aeration Can’t wait to see this baby good . Day 69 Started flushing with 1 lt with water, i ll'keep flisghiung woth ph controled water at 6.2 ph. Last 10/15 days max, then Harvest is coming!! Let's see!! ANY SUGGESTION IS REALLY WELCOME :)

Moved to a bigger tent and added two additional plants so I could have everything in one spot. The plants in this diary are on the left side of the tent and along the back wall. The other plants are another GSC clone that is a little smaller, and a Wedding Cake from Seedking.com. they are being grown the same way as the others. I'm very impressed with how the GSC clones are flowering relative to the gorilla glue. They are just way more dense and bigger flowers. Fingers crossed the gorilla glue fills out.

So I thought the plants was going to be a flop but they turned it around, really long time tho for a auto flower, I could of ran photos with a better yield, but never the less these look like 10/10 nugs and smell amazing i can't wait to see how these look dried off.

Had her flushed while I was gone. i’m waiting for the trichomes on top to turn slightly amber then I’ll harvest, which should happen within the next week:)

Switched the autoflowers to another tent to give them 300 watts of led everything is growing fine

11/26/24 11/27/24 this plant is blowing all expectations. this was the least promising looking pheno. these buds are so fucking dense. the trichomes are visibily standing ontop of the buds. the plant is 75% bud with 15% stem and 10% leaf. she is visibly fattening daily. i cant get over how hard these buds are though. the nodes are all growing into eachother and turning into long fat colas. absolutely beautiful genetics and im excited to see what the other phenos
