Hi all. Hope we are all well amd healthy. This was the last weeks veg period for the FFT crew. The poorly girls are not going to break any records for returns in the grow but thankfully the 2 that are in soil are more than making up for the miniture FFT#8. she is the right colour at least . Her size really is small which is down to the root rot issues that hit the tank hard. FFT#9 is a different game all together and is getting very big. I expect the stretch to help flatten and widen her out to give a nice sized canopy. Inner growth is getting nice and plentiful too so should be a good yielder. FFT#10 is really looking Indica leaning now with the colour of deep green all the way through. Her leaves are nice and broad for those lumens that need to be grabbed too. I would love to know what these strains are and have a few of the FFT i would vertainly purchase and grow. I think most of us testing them have a very positive experience in general Well done Fastbuds. Lets see these ladies with some stretch on next week. I will use this week to get them as lateral and flat as possible and rhen use atretch week 2 to build the bud spikes. Plan is to defoliate at around day 18/19 as they are fast flowering so should be showing some flowers forming by then. Thet are alsondue sone ecothrive charge , bio-sys and life cycle to boost them for their flowering start.

Day 64: Started flushing the girls today. Got All milky and starting to go amber. Day 65: Still flushing. The girls smell amazing. I have one in the bunch that is SUPER airy and I am just not sure what is going on with her. It's the girl that I accidently broke off the main cola a while back. Not sure if that has anything to do with it or not. Day 66: No new updates. Cut one of the colas off for a taste test and trial run on drying as this is my first go. Figure if I can dry this super dense beauty with no issue, I will be able to dry the rest. Have it hung up in the spare bathroom. Stays roughly 71° in our house and I'd say roughly 40%ish humidity. Day 67: Girls are smelling really nice! I keep looking at trich's and looks like no change. They are all cloudy and only a few amber from what I see. Still new to it so no tellin! Day 68: No updates. Day 69: Girls still looking good. My bud is still drying and looking super hideous. I feel it is drying slow enough but sure doesn't look or feel dense as it did when cut. Will know in several days to come when fully dry. Day 70: Girls smell dank and look the same! No new updates at this time.

Week 5 done and dusted and these girls have started their flowering stage, stoked! This week has been a bit slow growing for them unfortunately, I've been super busy and haven't been tending to them as much as I would have liked. I started the week with an over water and then neglected them for a few days and and they dried right out. They were not looking happy. I then top dressed the girls with Herbi's all natural nutrients, 2.5 tablespoons of bloom and 2.5 of Veg mixed in with 5 tablespoons of Worm castings for each girl and i got back to regular watering. They've sprung back up to life but I can't help but think it's another bit of stunt they didn't need. Having said that, this girl has bounced back and caught up! I haven't used any training or defoliation on this orange sherbet girl and she is looking great! I'm stoked with her recovery, and hopefully for her future. Transitioned to flower changed my metal halide 600w bulb to my HPS 600w bulb put the LEDs to 100% an switch the COB bloom setting on, starting my flowering nutrient feed rotation. Keeping it stupid simple this time around taking the advice of some of y'all on here as well as seeing checking others who have grown the exact strains I'm growing from the same seed companies, looking at their methods and looking closely at the ones that came out good obviously can't repeat their process exactly but it's a great uhh what's the word. shit.. reference?? I'm not sure if that's what I'm looking for... But yeah just having examples and adding new tools or methods adding onto my notes, but yeah exciting week ahead I'm gunna have to organize the tent more so I can make sure they have enough room as they start to stretch outward.
