Thanks to Seedsman for the idea of a 420 grow-off and the chance to try some of the latest and greatest. Anyway, started some Blueberry Pie F1 Fast seeds from Seedsman today. Very promising sounding genetics, and I’m very keen to see how she goes. Hopefully we won’t get as much wildfire smoke as we did last year. The plan for this plant is a 16 cola manifold with force flowering (12 h darkness) starting in late July for a couple of weeks. Starting in a glass of water on a heat mat at 25 C. Kept in dark using foil. I’ve decided to avoid plastic for the seed starting. Also, based on a science paper I saw this winter, I’m leaving a ripe apple in the dark with the seeds. Apparently the ethylene gas helps, but only in the dark before light is applied. Tried it with tomato and pepper plants and seems to work. First time trying with my cannabis seeds. Will add the reference to the paper some day. Apr 22: moved into soil. Starting three seeds but I only have room for one plant. Will adopt out the other two. Apr 25: removed foil cover (and apple) and set the plants beside the light that is going for tomatoes and peppers. The seedlings need minimal light at this stage so taking it easy. the gelato grows i did before in coco took 4 weeks longer but way more yield. This strain has a lot of resin production and is also good to grow during the winter

Buds are forming nicely, slowly lowering moisture going to stay at 40% till last 2 weeks. The Transition to Bloom formula is now complete and they are receiving full bloom nutrients.

Hello, this week was good, all is on track. They are drinking quite a lot, and I had to defoliate a bit. The 2nd one is a bit late and must be different phénotype. I think they are very nice.

Today marks the second week of flowering, and I’m really excited about how well my cannabis plant is doing! Over the past few days, it’s really stretched out and has grown quite a bit taller. The leaves are looking lush and vibrant, with a deep green color that shows how healthy the plant is. I was a bit worried last week because the leaves were slightly droopy, but after adjusting the water and getting the levels just right, it’s looking much better now. It feels like the plant has responded really well to the care I’ve been giving it. I’m looking forward to seeing how it continues to develop in the next weeks. The buds are starting to form, and I can’t wait to see them fill out. This is such an exciting process, and I’m really hopeful that everything will keep going smoothly from here on. Started LST this week! They are extremely soft to bend Humidity fluctuating a lot especially on rainy days it gets up to 70% RH and as low as 40 in the mornings

What a week for the plant ! huge changes ! you can check all the tutorials into my IG channel : Sawyer_grow First I started the week by topping her. the idea it to let the plant focus on the current 8 colas she already grown. I gave her 3 days to recover then bending the main colas and did some LST to perfect the mainlining. for this grow I changed a bit my tools instead of using some holes in the pot I put some bamboo stick in it with rubber. Hope you like it. now she enter a full week of break. Take care all see you next week.
