Applied Techniques - Given the numerous requests from growers, we decided to show you what happens when you apply topping + Lst to autoflowering plants. It is very important to anticipate it as much as possible, autoflowering plants start flowering at about the 5th intenod, you need to anticipate that moment to give the plant the chance to vegetate as much as possible. In general, when you see that there are two good side branches, you can do topping, they will go into veg as much as possible and you will have a split plant, I have seen very nice results, especially in warm periods when the plant tends to vegetate a lot, in winter we could have a bit of dwarfism but with a lot of resin for sure. So I cleaned everything and cut at the top leaving only the main growth line, called Main Lining, the florets will be lowered during growth and the plant will eventually be like "split" in the main line with the various branches. As of day 28, the Blue Dream'Matic has been growing very vigorously with tons of branching. I have added to the plant's timelapse to include the previous weeks growth. I have begun training it wide, and considering it is not yet in its flowering stretch, it will be a pretty good sized auto. I am sticking with around 1.2ms/cm during fertigation as any higher than that produces leaf tip issues for this plant. Any lower leaf issues seem to have stopped and all the new growth is healthy. Its very close to switching over to flowering, so I will be transitioning the nutrients and updating the diary to reflect that. Thanks for reading! 👍🌱 Day 30: flowering has begun. I just love everything about this outdoor grow. Posted a video, starting week 6 of flower. We’ve had some weather here but holding off PM well. I put an 8x12 awning over them for the rough storms. It fills the yard with that classic pot smell. Can’t wait to harvest and pack this. I’ve never had Jack Herer before so my grow will be my first experience with a multi cannabis cup winner.

First day In soil...

This week went fairly well, but I became concerned with some leaves appearing crispyfried along the edges and some looking deficient. I finally started cutting my girls and I have to say, I felt ashamed at wounding my babes but hopefully it'll go the right way, guess we'll see!!! I also flushed my plants with ph Balanced water this week and going to only provide this to water/feed them for another few days for fear of nutrient burn and simply following the feed schedule for my nutrients. Also, I took some pics for the Christmas contest for Crop King Seeds lol hope you like them more than my Paw did! Turned up humidifier to 65% been running low. 12/15 Topped Plant 2 Rinsed all w/PH Balanced H2O. Nervous I took too much from #2 But my thinking was I went easy on 1 yesterday so go aggressive on 2 to view effects. 12/16 Trimmed 2 crispy leaves off Plant 1 used Bonsai paste to cover wounds, Plant 2 stem looks narrow@ base wider up top. Day 35: The ladies have been steadily bud building and oozing sticky icky for the long haul this week. C Banana continues to push to the canopy top to grab some light and her smell is starting to pick up more now. She still isnt a big girl by a long shot but her bud stacking and feel should give some nice product. The Monster Zkittelz is now looking like a skinny armed version of G Glue. she has a lot of lowers that need more light now so I need to do a spot of training with canes I thinknthey bring her up to a better level for lumens. They have been taking plenty of feed and do not show any signs of any issues to date. All told , a steady week.

I had a excellent grow of this plant. I didn't have any major issues during the grow. It looks like she provided a good yield. And smelled great when I was able to smell. I am Fighting a cold at the moment. 😒 I am very eager to try this flower once it gets done in the cannatrol, and is ready for its smoke report. This looks like it was a great strain. I just recently made a growdiaries account and wasn’t able to get one of my Gelato Auto by Fastbuds. But I was really happy with the results and wanted to show it off a bit. I ended up with 105 grams dry from the 1 autoflower plant alone! Also mid grow as I was entering the flowering stage I broke one of the bigger stems during lst so I know for sure I would have pulled a QP off of her alone. Really happy with that and not to mention the quality of nugs I got off of her.

I watered yesterday with just plain water with a dash of calmag, I am now done feeding her as I am hoping she will be fully mature shortly
