In the last days the buds of this girls are getting bigger and heavier day to day. It's my first grow so I'm very excited to see how they grow up, I love the smell of orange/lime and how many tricomes they have.

Fo' Twenny Back with another update on our Grandaddy Purple from Blimburn Seeds! She is looking really good this week. She still have a few of the feformed leaves that look wrinkled. From some googling, I would guess either Tobacco Mosaic Virus or just a natural deformity. She a cutting from a previous run and she has it then too. It isn't wide spread and she still put out quality medicine. Even though she wasn't very Grandaddy Purplish, she was still gassy and frosty! Other than the funky leaves, she looks super healthy with her leaves "praying" to the canna-gods! Now, let me nerd out with the deets! LIGHTING: Increased lighting at dimmer last week with good results. Was about 70k LUX on average @ Canopy. Turning it up a bit more this week. 8 Outer Boards @ 665.5w 6 Inner Boards @ 601w LUX APP MAXES OUT READING 78750 LUX @ Canopy. Lets hope its not too much! RHIZOSPHERE: If you didn't tune into the last update, I had just flushed pots due to high PPM runoff. pH of runoff was at 6.3. PPM and pH are tested using 2 separate calibrated BlueLab meters. These girls are getting bigger and bigger every day. I’d say week five is the beginning of pre-flower. I started with a very low dosage of nutrients to see how they will respond. I’ve had to tie them down quite a bit but it has helped branch out new nodes and Bud sites that are comparable in size to the main cola. With the small environment I’m growing in I’ve also had to do a large amount of leaf tucking. The EC and PH of the runoff was pretty spot on, I was around 800ppm, 1.6ec, and the ph was around 6.0. Overall I’d say that these plants are a hell of a lot happier than my other plants in the different medium. This is the Miller soils organic ammended soil, which is pretty decent but I prefer to control most of my grows so next time around I will be using either bio bizz light mix or light mix with 40%-50% coco and added perlite or pumice. I want to really see the full potential of these advanced nutrients products and see how they compare to other brands/amending with basic dry organics. I have so many seeds to play with so I will have a lot of diaries coming soon after these are harvested 😉

27.05. Today is the end of the fourth week for the plant. In a couple of days I will transplant it and top it off, the good weather is finally coming... The plants spent most of the day outside today, and at some moments there was a very strong wind, and I was not there, so now they are protesting a bit and probably angry that I left them..to apologize, I played them half an hour of quality reggae music, so I hope we'll be fine by tomorrow lol Stay high and keep growing my brothers ‘n’ sisters!!!

Start of 6th week flowering add pk to 2 ml per liter plants looks happy with our sun hope the weather cool a bit from this sun for the last few weeks

Germination in Royal Queen seeds soil plugs. Soli is ready in pot going to give a try a 5 liter pot its ready with first watering 1 ml/ liter carboload liquid

She was growing from beginning very well Turned out to a strong well structured Plant Buds are dense and Thick, she smells super This Run was one of my Best, I feel iam reaching good Levels in the Growingconditions VPD, Wind, and Fertiliser helped the Genetics to show what they got!---- Especially to mention are the Hyphotonflux HPF-4000. All Plants responded very well to the Lightspectrum

Another amazing week, stretch is starting to slow down so the stacking begins and I'm pretty happy with how big the buds are considering the set up I'm currently running. Excited to see what happens next! At the start of week 4, I opened my tent to see one of my girls (Watermelon Zkittelz) had fallen over and was on the floor laying against the tent wall. Soil was everywhere and when I picked her up I noticed a few broken branches 😫 what upsets me, I have no idea how long she was on her side broken like this. So I wasted no time, I didn't have any time to waste, and so I taped her up as fast as I could. Cleaned the tent and then tried figuring out how this happened. I'm thinking it was the platform I had her on, along with her being super top heavy maybe? I didn't think she would be so top heavy yet but I think it's the mixture of those two things. Anyway, at the end of the day, she's doing fairly well considering. The branches I taped have responded well so far. We shall see if it holds up! I had another branch off the same plant break in half and I taped her immediately and she seemed to recover fast. She's very resilient! I just realized I was promoted to Aprentice from Newbie!! I hope breaking branches doesn't make me a newbie again 🤣 Cheers to that!! Thank you fam! For the nutrients, this week I added the lovely Aloe Vera Juice I make from my Aloe Vera plant. I also added more of Organic Barley Grass powder I made from Organic Alka Green powder. I used this on one of plants during vegetative stage and she loved it so I've been adding this to my feeding schedule every other week and they girls are loving it so much! So many amazing nutrients are in these tabs. The only reason I decided to use them and expierment was because I was on a very tight budget, still am but anyway I looked in my cabinet for any organic nutrients I could potentially use with my cannabis plants. To my suprise it's worked out amazing!!

These 2 have slightly different structures. One more purple and heavy jelly smell! The other a lot more pale green purple and a creamy jelly smell. Similar to one of my Miami Miami with the cream

She's a beast! Trucking along, just doing her thing.... I hit her with a molasses watering last night and she frosted up today! And now she gives off a super sweet, kind of tangy scent. Dont worry, I rub the branch calyxes, not the buds haha. I will be feeding her with the usual ratio of FF nutes(10ml Big Bloom, 5ml Grow Big + Tiger Bloom). Also up until this point, I've been giving her foliar spray with 5ml/1gal Calmag+. I will no longer be doing that to combat relatively high humidity I've had over the past week.

Update 14/03/2022 (Day 29) Nothing much to say. plants looking happy and Healthy. and they kinda exploded with growth the past week. I've done some defoliation 3 days ago and it really opened up the lower site of the plants. Will stretch the Veg time maybe till week 6 or 7. it depends on how fast they will grow. Update 17/03/2022 (Day 32) Plants looking nice.. did some defoliation 2 days ago and they respond with so much growth every time. I've made a little shortclip video. So I had to add double the amount of Calmag in order to reach EC value of 0.4. let's see if this will change the colours of the leaves in to more deep green. Overall PPM sits around 1320 now. Filled the Reservoir with 5 gallons at 15:00. let's see how much time it takes for it do empty up so we can check how much these Ladies are actually drinking.

Day 63: Another week passes and the girls are now building nice long Colas all over . Buds are looking good and smelling so pineapple/fruity now. Buds are looking nice and hairy without looking airy. #1 In the organic soil is overall the widest and area hungry lady but her sisters are taller . #2 has been quietly pushing her way through the middle position in the grow and has some nice fat looking buds forming. #3 Is a surprise for me as I wasnt sure it would make it this far. No matter what I do , the leaf continues to look awful but the size of her and her now forming so many stacking buds , I am glad I kept her going now !. I do think at least 3 weeks for these ladies before harvest but hope to give them room to swell when the space is opened up.
