Day 50, 29.05.2024
- Starting the week at 43cm height
- No action today but to render timelapse for last week & watch them bloom.
Day 51, 30.05.2024
- 600ml with nutrition (1ml grow, 3ml bloom, 4ml TopMax) for each as breakfast shortly after the lights turned on
- removed 4 more leaves there were yellow. I think it has to do with the recent cut down on nutritions. This is why I will get back to the recommended fertilizer schedule in 48h with the next feeding.
Day 52, 31.05.2024
No action today.
Day 53, 01.06.2024
A round of drinks (600ml each) and food (4/4/4ml of grow, bloom & TopMax).
Day 54, 01.06.2024
No action today.
Day 55, 03.06.2024
- I am observing some more leafs getting yellow. I guess the plant is recovering N from the lower leaves to feed the buds.
- Later today they will get their next feeding (600ml each, - again with 4/4/4ml of Grow, Bloom & TopMax)
Day 56, 04.06.2024
"No action today" concludes week 8. All in all until today the grow is quite easy. No big issues. I just hope the yellowing of leafs will stop / revert after resuming to the standard nutrition schedule.
So, I guess there are 3 weeks to go before harvest - let's keep em dry!

Melonade Runtz got harvested 16/11 and I'm planning to let her dry for 14-21 days before trimming and put them in glass+boveda (58%) and grove bags for final cure.
Drying conditions are as follows:
16-18°C
55-60% RH

Harvest update in 2 weeks or so :)
I wanted to let them go a bit longer but the mildew was going to take over so I chopped the plants and rinsed them in water + H2O2.
Lots of lessons learned ... Lots of bud hanging on the vine. Good luck to everyone

They are stretching a little more than i expected.. got some light bleaching, try to dim the lights a little since i can't get the lamp any higher..
Defoliate at day 21 again. At day 21 i flush with 3L 1.0EC, 5.5pH and let it dry out.
Pheno 4 got some beautiful pink/reddish coloring in the leafs already. (Alot of new white flowering hairs that are stacking up more than other phenos)
Let's hope they'll turn out great.
The smell is coming true, some have a little sugar leaf.

Not much to say, we officially have take off. Leaf tucking and LST to expose the bud sites, trying not to take anything off if I can help it. These autos don't cope with much, glad I have my photoperiods in there. Can't wait to see some pretty flowers ;)
Day 42- one of the Stardawg girls has had a huge growth spurt. Added in a 400 watt side light to fatten up any lower buds. 660Watt Hps over the top. Considering adding CO2 and investing in another light.. Maybe LED. Thoughts?

Absolutely satisfied with the germination rate 6/6. Had a few helmet heads that will hopefully resolve themselves. Excited for this run!

Last week of veg, slowly settling into the new schedule of automated feeding and the warming weather. I am in desperate need of an accurate and efficient temp controller, the ones I have are a simple on/off thermostat and the changes in speed are too dramatic.

Welcome growfessors to the harvest of Mandarin dreams! These 5 ladies got chopped down this week, the three pheno 1 strains have nice dense buds, very sticky! One pheno 2 is very fluffy, airy buds and the other pheno 2, is someplace in between, not rock hard, but close to it.
Last time I'll be growing this strain, she was easy to grow, but not a smoke I enjoy, the indica hits harder as the buds cure and I'm not that interested in couch lock.
Will update in 7-10 days with dry weight.

Chopped on day 80, hanging in 65F and 62 H. Hoping to slow this dry down to 10 days so wish me luck.

Not exactly sure what day this plant is on anymore lol, it was a clone off a friends plant I had but had no room for it in flower until this run but have been busy & completely forgot to update this diary! She is growing very well though giving all the stress I have thrown her way! Can’t wait to see how she turns out! Thanks for following & happy growing friends!✌️🏼🙏🏼🌱

Start of day 14 of flower. Still stretching and plants are happy. Next week will be doing major defoliation and taking cuts.
Picked up spider farmer GlowR 80, these are at 40 watts each at 650nm red light . I remember reading about side and under lighting way back in the early 90s in Ed Rosenthal's grow book but never attempted it. These are very bright and torched my bare eyes when I glanced at them. Don't have room on the sides in this tent so I'll put them under the canopy once I give the plants haircuts in a few days, hopefully that will add a little bump to the popcorn.

Auto Flower AK Triple Haze by Super Sativa Seed Club: 35 Days from Seed, 10 Days Flower. All are green, healthy, & growing. Comparison of Living soil+Teas vs Coco/Perlite+Fertilizer is a huge difference. Plants in Coco are twice the biomass. Weekly Environment: 78F, 54% RH, 975ppm CO2, & 650-850 PPFD 18hr Lighting. Unfortunately, I didn't get any pictures or Videos this week was very busy. So uploaded last week's video.
