9.2.25: Purple Punch P1 and P2 are near the end. Trichomes are looking good. Starting to turn cloudy. I think another week or 2. P3 is a different story. She is pitifully small still. The buds are also not developing as fast as the other 2. Will keep checking the progress every few days (if I can get in the tent)! 9.2.25: The plants had a good watering, they're all still drinking a lot. Which is great, as that means growth, which, at this stage, we desperately need! I went ahead and gave all the plants a thorough watering each with: 2ltrs of dechlorinated water, PH'd to 6.5 with:- ♡ 4ml of Xpert Nutrients Bloom Booster ♡ 4ml of Xpert Nutrients Cal-Mag amino acids ♡ 4ml Seaweed extract liquid I don't know how this scrog net is going to work out. I think the squares are too big. It's elasticated, which I like. However, I'm extremely cautious with watering and moving the net. It's only a matter of time before I break more branches. It's such a hassle with it in there, honestly. I can't get in the tent properly to even check the weight of pots, as it's all weaved through, and again, I will snap branches. I did have a free net with the tent, which I think was smaller squares. I think I will use some other training next run. It's really not my kind of setup. I'm too interested in moving things and inspecting the plants constantly. The net is driving me up the wall. 😣 I'm considering removing it and trying something else, but it's also a bit too late for oldest plants. 9.2.25: Gave the plants another good soak. I used 2ltrs of dechlorinated water PH'd to 6.4. It contained the following nutrients; ♡ 4ml of Xpert Nutrients Bloom Booster ♡ 4ml of Xpert Nutrients Cal-Mag amino acids ♡ 4ml Seaweed extract liquid ♡ 0.5g of Ecothrive Biosys. The plants are undergoing explosive growth at this stage, which I'm thrilled by! Purple Lemonade is turning purplish hues. Pink Mist has so many bud sites and is looking very healthy. Do-sì-dos is growing vigorously and looking promising, especially considering all my unfortunate mishaps! 😅 Watermelon also has considerable growth. However, my training has made a mess out of the structure. Which I consider another valuable take away. Bubble

This seedling is finally showing signs of a growth spurt. Started with some feeds Bio Bizz Fish Mix is being mixed and trying to keep the Ph to 6.5-6.8

Loving the steady growth !! Fimmed and bottom branches tied down . Another week/ten days and I reckon she’ll start flowering.

Hey growers, welcome back to the Pineapple Upside Down grow journal — week 17 of veg. The plant keeps showing solid, consistent growth week after week. Her structure is getting stronger, and the canopy’s really starting to fill out nicely. Leaves are broad, green, and vibrant — a sign that she’s fully balanced and comfortable in her environment. Nutrient uptake looks perfect; the roots are clearly doing their job. I decided to raise the EC slightly, moving up to 1.8, since she’s been drinking more and showing signs of higher demand. pH remains stable, and the overall system is clean, well oxygenated, and running smoothly. For now, there’s no sign of deficiencies or stress. Everything’s running exactly as planned. I’m still unsure whether I’ll top her before moving to flower. That decision will depend on the final height and how much space she takes once she’s ready to transition into the flowering box. At this point, I prefer to let her develop naturally, focusing on strength and branch structure rather than manipulation. This phase is all about preparing her for a smooth transition into bloom, with maximum vigor and balanced nutrition. So for now, patience and observation. Plants were still neglected due to health. Starting to feel better and was finally able to get out and feed/water plants. These girls are doing great all things considering. Although they are not as big as my earlier harvests, I am surprised that they doing as well as they are with weeks of neglect. Now it's just a matter of finishing in time.

The plants have slowed their uptake of water. That combined with cooler temps have reduce to watering to a few gallons a day. I've included my end of generative 3 phase nutrient formula for this week. They are all close to generative 4 so I'll be watching for the upper leaves to fade to see if they will need to be fed. All of the plants were given tap water on day 1. Day 2 of this week everyone received the nutrient formula listed @2 gallons per pot. Day 3-7 this week just tap water. Plants are feeding lite and there's plenty of nutrient built up in the soil.

This week started of good except for ph and iron. I'm phing feed and water to 6 but my naturally 7.6 ph water is raising ph. I've realized my water and organic soil don't have iron in them. It's keeping these from greening up properly. I do have blood meal in the soil but not enough. I'll be adding an iron supplement next week when it arrives. Until then I'm going to feed a little masses and blood meal with the ph water. I've had a difficult learning curve switching from coco and salts to organic and soil. #2 got topped on day 1. I'm going to clone this top so I'll have this plant for the future.

I'm very impressed with the bud sizes, trichomes and smell of each plant, mandarin dreams is especially ooozing with resin, it's almost like liquid soap touching your skin. The girls are smelling really nice…turned out a seed project but I sure would get some fire smoke. I’ve been feeding her 3 gallons of water daily preparing her for some charcoal ash…

1st grow in 14yrs, 1st ever auto. I'm nervous.... Week2: Dried out coco from over watering. Hung 2nd LED MH-TS1000. Hung wet towel in front of fan to increase Humidity. Getting 82F/56H much better VPD (went from 2.1 to 1.15). Tomorrow will finish topping off soil. I didn't have any Bone Meal till today. Well it's day14, I decided to go ahead and top off soil. 1st I added to ea 1/3cup of Bone Meal, 1/4 cup Bat Guano, 2tbsp Calcium Nitrate and Potassium Nitrate. Lightly mixed layer to top 1" of soil. Then added 1-1/2" of Canna coco mix (25% worm castings, 10% perlite) gently to surface. Last, I added a layer of cedar chips to the surface. (Hope I didn't do this too early...)
