week 5 flowering - No herms, strong aroma, and THC production! 🌿🌸🌱🔥 Hello, fellow growers! It's time for another thrilling update on my flourishing journey. We've officially entered week 5 of the flowering phase, and things are looking absolutely fantastic. Here's what's been happening in my grow room: The most exciting news is that I haven't encountered any hermaphroditic plants thus far. It's a relief to see the ladies staying true to their gender and focusing solely on bud development. 🚫⚡️ The aroma emanating from the grow room is simply amazing! The fragrance has become more pronounced and enticing, filling the space with the delightful scent of resinous goodness. It's a testament to the terpene profiles of these strains. 🌿👃🌸 Additionally, the THC production is in full swing! The buds are swelling and becoming denser by the day. It's truly a sight to behold, and I can't wait to see how they'll develop further as we progress through the flowering stage. 🌿🌱🌸💪 While the plants are thriving, I've noticed a slight nutrient burn on the tips of some leaves. To address this, I've decided to dial back the nutrient concentration a bit for this week. It's important to maintain a careful balance and avoid overfeeding, especially during this critical phase. 💧💚 As for the nutrient solution, the pH has remained stable at 6.33, ensuring optimal nutrient uptake by the plants. The TDS (Total Dissolved Solids) level has been consistently maintained between 1150 and 1250, providing the plants with the necessary nutrient balance. ⚖️📈 With everything going so well, I'm filled with excitement for the upcoming week of flowering. The humidity is loco…the heavy rain continues. My stem is drying out…I’m not sure what is causing it All insights are welcome.

2/6: Amnesia 3 is just about 6 inches tall now. Trainwreck is only a couple inches behind. Still keeping the temps between 73-82 and the humidity in the mid to low 70s. After thoroughly watering the very healthy, young tomato plant that coesxists in the tent, the tips of some of the leaves turned yellow. That makes me wonder if soaking the soil for the first time since transplant caused a bit of nutrient burn. I'm going to avoid any nutrients the first time I water Amnesia 3 and Trainwreck fully, to avoid the same potential issue. They're not looking too thirsty yet though. 2/8: Amnesia 3 is tall enough and has a thick enough main stem to start slowly low stress training with a rubber coated gardening wire. I pre-drilled holes in my buckets for this occasion, and the wire fits well. Each day for the next week I'll gently pull the wire to slowly bend the main stem downwards, similar to how braces work on teeth: a long, slow procedure. 2/9: Woke up to Trainwreck's leaf tips pointing downwards, so I took it as a sign to go ahead and give it its first watering. I siphoned up a bit of the runoff water, and it came back at a PH of 4! That's not good; however, after researching a bit, it's likely that I could have siphoned up a pocket of low PH nutrient-filled water, making my reading way off in terms of the PH of the whole slurry of runoff. If the leaves don't bounce back, I'm going to take that as a potential sign of Nitrogen toxicity and will monitor more closely. Will probably make plans for a flush if it progresses any worse than downward leaves. Nitrogen toxicity can cause fragile, dark green leaves that point down in a shape similar to a claw, among other symptoms. 2/12: Watered Amnesia 3 for the first time since transplant. Getting taller and less bushy in some spots, so I may turn up the lights from 60 to 75% tomorrow, to see if I can increase some more growth. But before, I want to make sure this watering doesn't cause any nute burn from the soil.

Did a full leaf strip on everything this week, the pics and videos were taken 2 days ago I just havnt got around to uploading them. Everything bounced right back after the strip but the pots arent drying out as fast and humidity went down a little bit. Video pretty much says it all. Plants are doing great. *Grow Notes: limit defo. In most stages. Little tip burn overall so prob. At the high end of the Berkana. Good internodal spacing - look’n at a quality stack. Lowers were still too low on launch, would’ve benefited from a little more veg. Time. *minor light burning in localized areas has begun to show up elsewhere. There is a chance it’s early and very slight nute burn after the tent was flooded out last week. Running 20L of water through em over the next two days to dilute the current Rez mix and flush out any lingering solids and minerals that be throwing em off. That shouldn’t cause any issues and will isolate the problem if it’s localized light burning. Moved up the lights a touch regardless as well. *update - there was definitely a little light burn in one hot spot but the leaf issues are now prevalent on plants 2,6&7. It’s repp’n like P&K deficiency which would track with previous runs and further support how nute hungry some of them have been in the past. We’re changing out from the Berkana to Maxi-Bloom anyway due to need and the GH nutes are generally somewhat stronger in content than Druid so that should solve the problem🤞. Either way - on this basis alone, plants 1,3&4 are starting to look like our prime candidates for seed from the clone cabinet. Only time will tell on this issue but prefer we breed it out as best as possible when we start the back cross against the F1 pollen.

After a few days the LST has an effect. They grow nice and bushy. Still trying to get some drain in these massive 12l pots. At the moment I’m watering every 3 days with 3,5l of nutrient solution. Still no drain. I also removed some leaves at the bottom and the big ones, so light can break through better. We’re working on it 🧙‍♂️✨ Edit: I flushed them today with 5 liters of pH neutral water and we finally had drain 💦 I also lollipoped and defoliated them so the Girl Scouts get a better light intake ☀️🌱✨ let’s see how they’ll do. I’ll change the light to 12/12 next Tuesday, when we start week 7. Happy flowering

Switched to flowering. She grew 10cm in 3 days... absolutely crazy. I took the tough decision to discontinue the TimeLapse. My tent is not big enough to have the camera in a place that kinda makes sense. So I'll be taking manual photos in the coming days and uploading those.

June 28 - They are doing great, We switched to the recommended amount of nutrients for flowering, Also 2 air stones I ordered have come in so now those are on 24/7 with the nutrient water in a 5 gallon bucket. June 29 - Still just growing away, I am still feeding roughly 3L per plant of nutrient water every 24-36hr depending on how dry they feel. June 30 - Totally forgot to take pictures/videos today. I gave them there daily watering and they are still just growing away. They are in flower now I believe! July 1 - Awesome to see this amount of progression. Tons of hairs and a decently even canopy. There is a small smell coming from in the room! July 2 - Again I forgot to take pictures, But as always they are still just growing away. so far so good! July 3 - Tons of growth and they are starting to become uneven. I don't have a ton of time so I think I will leave them for another week before doing some LST or HST. Tons of colas forming, lots of hairs and they are starting to have a heavier smell! So far so good! July 4 - Same thing as yesterday, still growing away, Ive turned the lights up to 100% now and I have removed the SF-1000 as I needed it for another project! Tag 81: Die Fat Banana hat sich viel mehr gestreckt als ich es erwartet hatte. Der Abstand zur Lampe ist sehr knapp kaum noch 30cm. Die Lampe hängt knapp unter der Decke und leicht schräge. Ich hoffe das sie nicht noch größer wird 😰

Wow! She has been upgraded to a 4x4 tent with 600w of flowering lights (2x Mars Hydro TSL2000; 300w each) and she is LOVING IT! Continuing on the Early Bloom nute schedule and holding a super-solid pH/EC through the end of this week. Her uptake has started to slow, so I'm thinking that she is close to being done with stretch. She is definitely going crazy with buds as it looks to me like they swell more each day. I've been very happy with her growth so far; impressed even. I'm just hoping that the increased lighting doesn't cause her to herm due to the close distance. Día 36. Estamos en 6ta semana. Los esquejes se atrasaron debido a que han sido días muy fríos y no he logrado enraizarlos. Decidí poner el extractor de aire junto con la bomba de aire, así solamente se prende 15 minutos cada hora. Así estoy logrando temperaturas mayores a 24°C en el indoor y así voy a lograr el enraizado. La planta ya tiene un tamaño que ocupa casi todo el indoor. Pero lo importante es que la voy guiando y ya estoy proyectando como va a ir cada rama. El tamaño va a exceder lo que esperaba, pero aún así creo que si logro lo que tengo en mente, voy a sacar muy buenos resultados. Igual no me voy a arriesgar demasiado, así que si contando 10 días desde ahora, no logro que los esquejes enraicen, voy a pasar la madre a floración sola. Cómo pueden ver, las ramas están bastante gruesas, y el la ramificaciones van ganando su lugar cada una. Las raíces son demasiado grandes, aunque sé que voy a poder poner la planta en el sistema de arriba igual, aunque me voy a tener que ayudar de algo para meterlas. Es importante no utilizar las manos, ya que se pueden transmitir muchos hongos. Voy a seguir actualizando e ir viendo que pasa. Pero ya estamos en los últimos días de crecimiento, haya o no esquejes. Incluso puede que ya pase la planta al indoor de arriba para darle mayor libertad de crecimiento. Esto me va a servir para tlmar en cuenta en la próxima camada que se vendrá. La idea de esto es hacer las cosas rápido, y no en gran tamaño. Pero siendo que ya estoy en el baile, no me queda otra que bailar. Día 40 Los esquejes no estaban enraizando, así que decidí cambiarlos de lugar y los puse arriba de la luz, donde les da calor y luz tenue. Espero que ahora si agarren. Y hoy fue el gran día, pasé la planta madre al módulo de arriba. Pero lo voy a dejar una semana más creciendo. De esa forma veo si los esquejes llegan a agarrar a tiempo. Y además tuve un problema en el trasplante. Primero que la planta se hizo más grande que lo esperado, y la raíz también. Cuando la pasé, hubo contacto de la raiz con prácticamente todo lo que había cerca. Sumado a que se enredó en el oxigenador, así que quedó una pidra difusora en la raíz. Dado el alto riesgo de haberla contaminado con algún hongo, le puse una solución de agua con agua oxigenada, recirculando continuamente, para lavar las raices y de paso bajar el stress de teansplante. Mañana veremos cómo arranca el día. En el aprendizaje me llevo que en la madre, es mejor hacer un corte en el primer nudo, o dejar las ramas del segundo y quitar las del primero. Y así que queden sólo dos ramas, para luego dejar a los esquejes en el medio. Eso planeo hacer con la próxima variedad. Entre tanto ahora sólo me preocupa que la raíz no se haya contaminado en el traspaso. Ya en 8 días estaré pasando a floración si no hay esquejes. Si llegan a agarrar, habrá que dar unos días de crecimiento hasta que alcancen a la madre en altura. Pero ya está todo en definición. Ahora sólo queda esperar y seguir guiando a la planta. Ya tengo ganas de poner la próxima, pero falta bastante para eso. Tengo 10 semanas de flora, así que recién en 5 semanas voy a poner la nueva madre.

Que hay de nuevo familia, mis green ak xL están dando sus frutos, no veas que bonitas que se están poniendo, floración algo lenta y variedad difícil de cultivar pero que si sabes realmente merece la pena.

It's time for the outdoor flower stage from a 4 week veg, these girls has mature really strong and have took to its transplant like champs. At this point it's all about monitoring there growth and any deficiencies and on my part patience. Feed skip a day then water then feed then water, y'all get the pattern.

This lady got a good lust for life🌲, I've topped her earlier this week and she keeps shooting out new ones like it's nothing. I made a little peak to see how I handle this lady💚👨‍🌾. Still only water and sometimes adding some Aptus 🌊💦
