DAY 21 FLOWERING: Well it had to happen eventually!!! . I knew it would come to this point.....I had to be brutal and practical as I evicted the Gorilla cookies and the mutant Northern light to a different space... I now have the #1 Northern lights and the Grandaddys Mimosa directly under the XS1500 to really develop them both to the best I can. The light has done a great job developing all 5 to this point and I do think it could have finished them all at a push but , I think seeing how it can grow 2 auto plants in a 2x2 space will be worth the change of plan. I am impressed with this little light and never expected such a growth rate . I really would love to test their new p4000 to see what that beast can do. The northern lights has really worked hard this week on her bud structuring , she looks like she will be stacking her colas on each limb , just the way we like em in the space I have. I did take a little more weak lower growth out of her to focus on the stronger mains as we have hit the point of no more defol . She wont regrow leaf after this point now so the ones remaining will be all she has to power the photosynthesis during flowering. Sugar leaves do not do the same work as the fan leaves and with them being autos , I feel we need the extra boost more than in a photoperiod run. She looks like stretch has finished now too so her size is nice and stocky so she wont need to transfer nutes too far from the roots either. Grandaddys mimosa is also really developing some nice looking golf ball buds all over. She looks like she will be a long cola girl too which is perfect to keep the canopy and light distribution as even as possible with the Northern lights too. She smells a little fruity already and the hint of her Mimosa lemon father is also really evident. So far so good . The 2 Gorilla cookies and the other northern lights are all looking great after being grown under this light and I will include their harvest data in the diary at the end to avoid the diary going haywire. All in all this is going great now and continues to impress me with the capability of this unit. Come on #viparspectra , send me a p4000. Lol Be safe and well growmies.

2 GIRLS IN 1 CUP: This round I have decided to grow the BANANA KRUMBLE from GREENHOUSE SEEDS. It is a cross of Banana Punch with the original OG-Kush and said to have a very strong effect, which makes it a good medicine against my chronic backpain! In the catalogue description of Greenhouse it says the buds grow compact with big colas and get a purple coloration. Since I LOVE PURPLE VARIETIES OF CANNABIS I decided to give this strain a go. 😃 I planned on doing 4 plants in a SCROG (=screen of green) with longer veg time to train the plants into my trellies, but all 10 seeds germinated well and grew into healthy seedlings, so I decided to keep 8 instead of 4 plants and do 2 plants per pot --> hence the title of the diary: 2 GIRLS IN 1 CUP ... 😉😜 In my HOMEBOX Ambient R120 growtent I use four 20 liter pots filled with soil amended with BIO TABS nutrient tablets (3 tablets per 20 liter container plus 100 gram Startrex, 6 gram Mycotrex, 2 gram Bacterex) and watered it with Orgatrex (5 ml/liter water). The Bio TABS nutrients are VERY CONVENIENT, after amending the soil I only need to give pure tab-water for the rest of the cycle, which saves me a lot of time. Since the soil is self-regulating with BIO TABS I als do NOT need to measure the ph- or EC-value of my water and adjust the ph-value. No mattter what, pure tab-water is all thats needed from now on...yiiippie. During veg. (4 weeks after germination) I use two SANlight Q4W-Gen.2 LED lamps, which are dimmed to 40% (=no green light on dimmer ON) for the first to weeks and then increased to 60% (week 3) and then to 80% (week 4). At the beginning of flowering I add one Q3WL-Gen.2 in the center of my tent and increase the dimming slowly from 40% to 80% over the next few week. The spectrum and the light intensity of the SANlight LEDs are OUTSTANDING and PERFECT FOR GROWING CANNABIS! Unfortunately I didnt take any pics before week 12, therefore I described the setup here. Now in week 12 (=week 8 of flowering) all 8 plants have developed HUGE colas, which are GLISTENING with TRICHOMES and already show a BEAUTIFUL purple coloration. 😍 You can see an nice overview in the video above. The plants have a sweet smell (like cinnamon with banana) with a gassy and fuelly undertone from the Kush...simply DELICIOUS!

The white is not doing too well but she’s holding up to the environment she has not stretched much but showing signs of bloom with little white hairs she stands at about 33cm

Here are all the details for Week 5: Weekly Progress It's been a typical week of development for the plants. Not much has happened aside from the usual growth. However, I had to reset my watering system due to an error, which involved removing the mulch layer. Since then, I've been closely monitoring to ensure the watering remains consistent. Watering and Control Systems After resetting the watering system due to an error, everything seems to be back on track. I'm observing the system closely to ensure its consistent performance. Challenges This week, the defoliation process has been particularly challenging, even though it usually goes smoothly. There are just too many fan leaves with trichomes this time. Goals and Expectations I am curious to see how the plants will continue to develop over the next two weeks, as this period will give me a good indication of what to expect at harvest. In the beginning of the week she was standing a bit crooked. I will be mainlining soon and I want her central stem to be strong. So I tied her stem to a chop-stick to do a bit of low stress training prior to topping her. At the end of the week, I topped her as step one in mainlining. Also took her top and attempted a clone. There were 4 girls that germinated on the same day. This one is the healthiest and had one more node than her sisters. I will wait a week and then top her sisters. She was well over 9" tall before topping. Also hit the hydro store and picked up some Fishsh!t and Recharge. Added that, worm castings and some Down to Earth dry amendments to brew up a compost tea. Gave her a big sip on 3/4 after topping her. We'll see how she looks next week. Check out the 2.99 humidity dome that my hubby made for me. Picked up a clear (except for the flowers on the sides) tote at the dollar store. He used plastic tops from QT to create vents at the top of the dome. It's nice and tall for my clones.

Ok guys been flowering since 05.07 Just moved into the big tent and installed AC infinity autopots They are getting big! Was playing around with time lapse and caught one of my girls moving to adjust growth for position in the new tent thought it was pretty cool I am going to be getting a quality cam for doing professional time lapses soon I'm so excited😍

And my army as arrived lol its IPM time with in this case is not preventive but its attacking a situation !!!! In my humble opinion wen growing in organics one fight life with more life and in this case i broth the big guns, i am talking about applying nematodes (steinernema faltiae) with you cant see at naked eye but will do they’re job on the soil and take on a microscopical way, i also am introducing some beneficial bugs to be more exact the stratiolaelaps scimitus they are machines killing trips, soil flies and a bunch of other plages we dont want around our girls and i also invited some Noseilus Californicus as a preventive for Any kind of non beneficial mites. With this i recipe i have faith my girl will be in control until the end of the run were i can clean it all up good !!! Appart from the bugs situation and that this girl is always starving dont ask me how but just in case i start adding NPK in liquid mineral way lol she is doing amazing to my eyes, i mean the bud formation its amazing , i can already see a canopy full of golf balls , she is not an easy one to grow but i believe she will compensate me with amazing fruits, lets see … <3 <3 <3 As always thank you all for stoping by, for checking my journey , for the love support and for it all, i am blessed and humble with you all. Well, we didn't get any pictures for this week due to me being out of town again this week. Things seemed to be status-quo for the most part. Upon my arrival home at the end of this week I did find the soil pH to be a little high but I just flushed it and brought it down a bit. She also seems to have eaten all of her nutes and its starting to show in the leaves so I plan on adding more nutes in the coming week. In other news, the reason I didn't get a final picture for this week, even though I could have, was because on Sunday I brought home a brand new puppy that I have named Cliff. He's a 10 week old Pembroke Welsh Corgi and such a good boy. My other old boy Corgi is not too pleased but he will get over it eventually. In light of not having sufficient content of Ms. Cookies, I will leave content of Cliff in its place. You're welcome.

Dec 28 - Both plants are close to harvest. Had 5.5. hours of darkness after 24 hr period to prevent budrot developing. Also moved plants inside tent moreso, and closer to fans. Dec 28 - Watered healthy plant today at 2PM - I'll chop unhealthy plant tomorrow, so didn't water, instead inspected trichomes. Dec 28 - Unhealthy Plant is showing amber trichomes, but also clear - Unsure if I should chop tomorrow or not. Dec 29 - DAY 73 - CHOPPED - Trimmed larger fan leaves (accidentally trimmed a sugar leaf or two) and harvested to dry whole, upside down. I'm hoping for a half ounce per plant. Dec 19 - 11.50PM Trichome Calyx' were observed, there are new calyx' appearing. Calyx' are swelling. Dec 30 - Plant developing more senescence and calyx are swelling. Dec 30 - Trichomes are still clear, but I'm seeing some PM develop so I think I'll chop tomorrow morning. Dec 31 - Nice Senescence occurring, Happy to have left it this last day. Accidentally left temps up to 78F for a half hour. Dec 31 - Decided to push another week as per feedback from GD member. When watering I noticed she was perky after 3 days w. no water. Interesting and likely the frequency I'll continue watering at. Dec 31 - Watered at 9PM. Jan 1 - Removed small fan leaf with signs of PM at the base. This defoliation should help with airflow. Checked newly formed calyx' and they're clear enough not to document. Jan 2 - Buds are developing nicely, calyxes are noticably swelling nicely too. I see some green pistils appearing in the lowest buds. Clear Trichomes. Jan 3 - Watered at 8AM. Woke up to 90F temp. Unfortunately they'd been cooking for about an hour. Jan 3 - DRYING UPDATE - I'm seeing fluctuations in the drying room between RH 49% and 70%. As of 3.10PM @ 61RH after adding jars of water. I want to maintain this RH. Jan 3 - Senesence looking good, calyx' are continuing to swell. Will inspect trichomes tomorrow at latest.

Buenas, esta semana las plantas fueron defoliadas solo para mejorar la ventilación ya que e presentado problemas de temperaturas durante el ciclo diurno dado que en me encuentro en verano, se regó con 6 litros en total dividido en dos días de riego siendo el primero con ph de 5.8 y ec de 900ppm y el segundo con ph de 6.2 y 1200 ppm de ec.
