Had an issue with black leaf spotting, made a spray to try stop it spreading took off the infected leaves, doesn’t look like it’s spread to any new leaves since I started using the spray so fingers crossed, buds starting to form nicely though nice smell coming from her very sweet. End of week 7 I’m seeing orange hairs on my nice sugary buds but is this not to early? Buds are forming nicely very resinous n rock hard but still only quite small. I’m hoping they start to swell over the last few weeks!!

Almost 2 weeks into flower now and things are starting to look good . The ladies got a nice shape to them looking nice and healthy they have grow a little but not much this past week I can say thats likely due to formation of flowers and getting ready for her last big stretch . Das ist jetzt eher eine Montas Beschreibung. Ich hatte sie einen Monat jetzt am Fenster und kein gutes Licht daher ist so so klein vermute ich. Ich habe sie in der ersten Woche mit Bio Grow gedüngt das hält 8 Wochen- in der 7. Woche dünge ich nach da sich die wachstumsphase jetzt ja wohl verlängert ich glaube nicht das sie in 2 Wochen nen Riesen Schuss macht. 1 mal pro Woche benutze ich enhancer und für die Blüte dann bio bloom Das sind alles Greenhouse Produkte Ich bin ganz neu hier und hab wirklich so gut wie kein Equipment und alles was ich hab ist selber gemacht ich will es einfach versuchen und wenn es gut klappt mich steigern :) Ich würde mich über Tipps freuen Das ist auch der Grund wieso ich viele Informationen wie ph und sowas gerade noch nicht messen und somit ins Profil schreiben kann.

Willkommen in Woche 10: Die letzte und diese Woche waren furchtbar nass. Ich hab die Kleine nach jedem Regen geschüttelt trieb um trieb also richtig umtriebig… Heute (tag4) habe ich sie wieder nach dem Regen geschüttelt. Dabei ist leider die hauptblüte abgebrochen… naja halb so wild…die Apple of Eden neben dran wurde gestern schon panisch aus Angst vor Schimmel geerntet. Da hab die Blüte kurz getrimmt und dazu gehängt. Die Durban poison wirkt recht robust gegen Schimmel.. bin mal gespannt wie es weitergeht.

This week has been sunny, hot and wet. I have not done a thing except to keep an eye on Miss Dancing Dosidos. It has been a hot and rainy week and I did not feed this plant this week. That is why I did not record Ph levels and PPM, etc this week. I have really wanted to give this diary an honest, straight up review of Miss Dancing Dosidos growing in whatever Mother Nature threw her way. We have braved the elements of nature thus far. She is tall and thin but has a lot of bud growth. I am eager to see how big her buds will get. One thing that I have not been super pleased with is using Miracle Grow as a nutrient. This outside grow was an experiment using Miracle and not my typical Fox Farm nutrients. At this point in my grow, Miracle Grow needs to remain for garden vegetables and flowers NOT cannibas. As a result, I have made an Executive Decision and will going add some @Advance Nutrients Jungle Juice for the remainder this grow. Stay tuned to next week and comments are always welcome. 25-2: Throughout the week, I'm observing two phenomena simultaneously: a portion of the upper leaves turning a lighter green and/or appearing to have a yellowish hue. One plant has curled leaves at the top of the plant but limited to one layer of leaves. The tips are yellowed with dark spots. Due to rapid growth, the plant flew too close to the sun and burned its wings, was my assessment. In other words, light burn. The leaves becoming lighter are located in several layers from the top to halfway down the plant. I suspect there is a deficiency and perform a slurry test. The EC is low at 0.24 and the pH is good at 6.3. The soil is still too wet to feed, which presents a dilemma: feed with the risk of wet feet or wait a bit longer with the risk that the deficiencies become more severe? To mitigate this, I gave foliar feeding (Terra Bloom 0.5 ml per liter) by spraying the leaves without really wetting them. I did this just after the lights were out. A day later, I first flushed the plants with a few liters of water pH 6.4 and then gave them nutrients with EC 1.3 and pH 6.4: Terra Bloom (+/- 4 ml per liter), Sugar Royal (1 ml per liter), and a tiny bit of Great White and orthosilicic acid. And hung the lights back at 30 cm. It seems to be working because I see the color coming back slightly and the yellowing has at least stopped. Furthermore, I'm keeping the day and night temperature a bit higher at about 25 degrees Celsius during the day and around 21 at night. This is to limit the humidity at night and during the day to increase the VPD to about 1.45. At the end of the week I see the end of the stretch and standing 87 cm tall at average. I dry trimmed everything I harvested. What I mean is I cut all fan leaves while the plant was still in the ground. I trimmed what I could and hung the whole plant for a few days then separated branches. The ice cream cake and the large seedling are both still hanging intact. Ice cream cake was easy as it grew more like a sativa them the indicas I usually grow. Plant reached a height of 9 to 10 feet. Yield was some what diminished due to septoria. This strain seemed particularly sensitive to plant diseases.

Gave her a good defoliation this week along with spreading out the branches a little. Couldnt bend the main cola over as it is still recovering from the damage. Overal she seems to be healthy. Been removing leaves here and there and she doesnt seem to mind at all.

I'll start checking trichs this week to see how they're looking I'll be looking for an 80/20 split of cloudy to amber. Not seeing to much fade yet but I'll still stop feeding nutes this week and start just giving pH water from there on out until harvest. All in all Happy Growing

Ginger Nut Cookies & Aussie Music Videos Week 16 Harvest 17 th April 2020 This Entire feminised seed making and growing project was a very good learning experience for me. Right from the very start, when I successfully got a Cutting ,taken from a Barneys Farm Red diesel female plant to produce feminised pollen after treating it with a silver thiosulfate solution. I then used it to pollinate a Fastbuds Girl scout cookies auto plant and let it grow to maturity. This only produced 3 viable seeds one of which is the subject of this Diary. I made up the name "Ginger nut cookies" after a variety of cookies we have here in Australia that are made with ginger. They are the same colour as the distinct red hairs on the red diesel buds. And would you believe those same vivid red hairs were passed on to this plant so I wasn't too far off the mark with the strain name. Her flavour however is nothing like red diesel or girl scout cookies and infact as taken on a smell and aroma all of it's own. She has a lovely tropical fruit like taste and the smell is a bit like fruit yoghurt. It has an unreal after taste on the exhale and the lingering second hand smoke smells very sweet and enticing. She has a pretty well balanced high too not as potent as the GSC nor as energenic as the red diesel but just a pleasant mix of the two. It was a very easy to grow and undemanding plant that didn't seem to require a lot of extra feeding other than the 100% organic nutrients that were within the soil and a few things like compost teas etc. The other element of this diary was of course the weekly Aussie music videos That I provided the links for and put up a little video clip preview of each Artists song.
