6/8 Haven't had to water yet (besides the two tens and I should've held off). It's an overcast day. Perfect for the plants. I've noticed more off shoots of 3 pronged leaves so a few plants will reveg but thats fine. I'm happy with how things are going thus far. These are certainly very resilient strains. I've done some SLIGHT LSTing. EDIT: IT'S BEEN A NICE DAY TODAY. A LITTLE OVERCAST BUT SUNNY AT TIMES. PERFECT WEATHER FOR THE GIRLS. THEY ARE LOVING IT OUT THERE! 6/9 And the girls are lookin' Fiiiiiine. In all seriousness everything is doing pretty good. Even that overwatered pink kush runt in the 10gal is coming out of its little funk. Some of my FIM's turned out amazing! With the reveg of some of these I'll definately have my hands full. Very grateful for smart pots and well draining soil! We've gotten some harsh rain but the girls all seem fine. It's the wind today that's a little worrisome. I may stop over later. I COULD put up tarps around the cage as wind blocks (and have before in the past) but it increases the humidity of an already extremely humid day. These girls are strong. I'm sure they'll be fine. I've found that the tarps typically hurt worse than they help. 6/10 56° at 9am. Shook the plants off. Medium wasn't soaked though. Luckily we had some wind. It's not raining now but it's going to have showers for half the day. Tomorrow is supposed to be in the 80's and sunshine so if that comes through things might workout alright. I still haven't had to water this year besides that one gallon on the tens. If I do something I'll update. I'm considering light stepping the two pink kush's in the 10's. I'll need to do more research. 6/11 BEAUTIFUL DAY! Windy too which helped dry the grow bags. Plants are growing at a rapid rate. I've yet to have to water. A few more days like this and I'll have too. It was in the 80's and is still 75 at 5:30. Bags still have heft to them and I can still feel moisture. They got tons of rain. I'll keep an eye on them. Thus far I'm pleasantly surprised (knock on wood). 6/12 Everything looked great this morning. It's a little overcast and 69° @ 8:45. I mixed water planning on watering but decided against it due to the weight I was feeling. My wife said it rained hard last night for a little while but the topsoil was dry. The medium looks dry but there is still some weight. I'll be back over later and I'll check things out. Overall plants have made a great transition even in this bi-polar weather extravaganza.

------------- Week 7 ------------- 3rd week of flowering and it has completely burst loose :) Have already supported her in various places and this already early in flowering. Which we can only applaud. In fact, I think we may have a polyploid plant. Polyploid cannabis is a chromosome-related variation of normal cannabis. It offers the possibility of heavier harvests and stronger effects. You can see this on the 'twin tower' branch as I call it. Where the main bud splits into more buds. Although it could just as well be something else that causes this, although I don't immediately know what. Anyway, more than satisfied with the past week and if you know that the strongest fruit set takes place in the last few weeks, maybewe can expect a very excellent yield.ut let's be careful and wait, until next week!

Hello smokers and growers, Steady maintenance on the flip did our first defol will go for another at 3 weeks flower. Just bumped the nutes up and did a small supplemental hand watering with molasses and did a top feed of power bloom last week after flipping. Not trying to over do it, just enough for what they want.

Acapulco Gold has just reached the maximum height available! 😅 The flowers are coming in beautifully, despite the less than stellar growing conditions. I must say I am very pleased with the seeds from WeedSeedsExpress. First time using their genetics, and they have been impressive, to say the least! Acapulco Gold Auto has really started focusing on the buds, and they are really interesting looking flowers 🤞 9.9.25: I have done a large defoliation. Removing the fan leaves on the lower branches. As well as some on the inside of the plant. Also, I removed some of the leaves that weren't looking so good. The leaves are yellowing out on the older leaves, whilst the new leaves are becoming much darker. I decided to add in a bud building PK boosters this week. I used Bud Explosion and seaweed extract as well as Sea K. I'm really trying to make the most out of this plant and will try to get a personal record in the yeild. I lollipoped last week, and this defoliation will be the last thing that I will do to the plant. I will be top dress next week for the Ecothrive Bloom, Life Cycle, Diatomaceous Earth, and Cinnamon. This will be one of the last, depending on how quickly we progress here. I am having a problem judging the water requirements as the plant itself now weighs a LOT! This isn't good for me because I am not the best of judging without lifting the pots. Obviously, the pot is much heavier now because the plant has gotten so big. I'm trying 2 x 6.5L feedings this week, I should go up to 3 or more next week, probably. I am constantly moving the plant daily to evenly distribute the light to the plant. That's what happened this week. I'm very pleased with this plant in general, and this weeks progress has been very good. I'm more than happy! Here is what I did this week. 4.9.25: I watered with 6.5L of dechlorinated water PH'd to 6.1 with; 💜 3 TSP Cal-Mag 💜 1.5 TSP Bud Explosion PH: 6.1 PPM: 1120 9.9.25: I watered with 6.5L of dechlorinated water PH'd to 6.2 with; 💜 20ml Seaweed extract 💜 4.5 TSP Sea K(elp) PH: 6.2 PPM: 599 That's all this week, I'm very pleased with this weeks progress. On the wind down now , 1 more little feed then flush . She looks happy having the tent to herself .

Day 36- LST adjustments. Each lady received almost a full gallon of water each. I also dosed each gallon with 4ml cal mag plus. I guess I would consider this week 1 of flowering. Next watering I'll introduce bloom nutrients. They getting hairy! I feel like I'm also seeing some improvement in each plant after Foliar Spray, so I'm hoping after this watering they'll perk up and not have more sick leaves to look at. Day 37- I did a few LST adjustments on the smaller plants. "Blue Marker" is getting pretty stiff so I'm afraid to tie her down and have only been tucking leaves. Probably just going to try to keep her spread out as much as I can do. No more LST for her. Day 38- They've been drinking alot of water and are thirsty! Now normally I water once a week, but they may need it before their next water time. Lowered the lights to 18" above canopy. Will see if I get any canoes or not when I get back home tomorrow evening. It smells good when I open the tent as well 👌. Only uphill from here on! Day 39- Ladies didn't show any light stress to me lowering them down to 18". Blue Marker looks like she needs to be watered. The other two are still heavy. Probably be watering blue marker tomorrow evening and starting bloom nutrients. Day 40- Watered Blue Marker today with 4ml/gal CalMag+ and 2tsp/gallon of Old Age Bloom. Will be watering Yellow Marker tomorrow with the same ratio. The runt still probably has a few more days until she's ready for a drink. Day 41- Watered Yellow Marker with 4ml/gal CalMag+ and 2tsp/gal of Old Age Bloom. Will be watering the runt tomorrow. Went ahead and snapped a lower bud site on the runt. Didn't look promising enough to warrant keeping it. As you can see in the picture, most of the leaves were shriveled up on it anyways. I also tucked fan leaves on all plants and measured Blue Marker (17.5in) tall and Yellow Marker is about 1ft tall. Day 42- Watered "Runt" with 4ml/gal CalMag+ and 2 tsp/gal of Old Age Bloom. All plants new growth looks better and doesn't look like it's traveling up plant. More and more bud sites are popping up. Yellow Marker looks farther along than Blue Marker. End of week 6!

18/07/2020- I've started some light defoliation on both plants to see if they can cope. Im removing lower and larger fan leaves to get more light onto the bud sites. They look super healthy and are getting very sticky. Same nute mix used as last week. 19/07/2020 - More defoliation today; plant seems to like it as flowers are continuing to grow and leaves are going silver. 21/07/2020 - Doubled the number of pk13/14 used in my nute mix to 20ml/10L and continuing to defoliate both plants. They seem to be responding very well. Still using this nute mix PH 6.2 a+b 40ml/10L Pk 13/14 20ml/10L PPM 1170 Temperature of solution ~20c Runoff ph 6.2 22/07/2020 Really struggling to prune the excess leaves on the plant without coming out feeling like I'm covered in glue. I guess there's worse problems to have... QO is going 23/07/2020 Had to travel away with work today; top cola has some minor light burn :( 24/07/2020 - Changed my ducting setup to improve airflow into the tent today and it's working well. I've also put some trellising above the plants so i can tie them up to prevent them from snapping or falling over. They're looking healthy.

11/17 Week 8 Man I will be glad when this grow is over, if making mistakes promotes learning well... Im a fricking PHD ... Ok progress on Maggie the yellow is limited to the very top as buds are building in particular those a couple inches from the top. Thinking another root drench is in order, cant hurt and letting her dry a bit as a prep. Looks like tomorrow Layla doing ok she exhibits far fewer problems but the same issue are present she is just a hell of plant along with the Runtz which she shares the tent. Thinking about the feeding tomorrow will decide what to do then. They have plenty of time to finish up, had some issues on germination on the grow following so looks like it may be delayed a week from the scheduled 2 weeks. Maggie may need it. 11/19 Have stumbled onto to something it seems. The further I move the lights out, they are now at twice the "ideal" placement of 14" at 28" and the yellowing is disappearing to a great extent. Problem with this of course is not enough light at bud sites not on the canopy which lets face it is most of your bud. It is absolutely something that makes the plants insanely susceptible to light burn. New one for me but maybe some of yall know so making a question of it. Pics at lights out only and I missed today so new pics later if I get back in time. Update : Defoliated and tightened training on all three to spread things out from the center and open up the light and air paths. Raising the lights is working just wish I knew why as lights are higher than crap with little room for more than a few more inches. Would drop the watts to 450 but need the heat to keep the grow room level as our temps here swing 40 degrees all the time. Something I learned with the help of a carbon filter. If things normalize will begin dropping lights to see what happens. 11/20 Setting the lights at 24" as I am not risking yield any further than that on Layla and the Runtz, Have the canopy as level as it can be with Brandy getting the least light being on a coco coir block (heh) for height, which she is responding well to since I opened up the plant and no longer worried over mold issues in that main bud. Have Layla on a milk crate to bring her into decent light as well as the Runtz. She is just a lovely thing building those white crystalline buds. Maggie has turned into a beast at least I know her root ball is huge from the growth above. Seriously defoliated her removing several small lower branches and leaves blocking light and air paths. Next feed will be continuing what seems to be working, Epsom salt and bloom nuets (no calmag with epsom salt) with a foliar feed after lights out which may well be with calmag. Foliar feeding today at lights out, one quart sprayer with 1ml CaliMagic and 0.5ml wetting agent un-PH warmed to 75 F before spraying (our tap water comes out at @50F so...), just trying to hit hard and effective * New Pics after foliar Update Folks its taken 8 weeks and a final piece of the puzzle provided by Grey_wolf resulted in a near full strength cal-mag foliar feeding and the last def bites the dust. See what happens from here but its the first time I have felt good about this grow since the bad time germing at week one. *big sigh of relief* Have a whole list of things I will never do again in soil more about that at harvest. Right now I need to work on why calcium is blocked at the roots but thats another day right now I just wanna look at em. 😁 11/22 Another foliar feed same as before just diluted 30% and all three got it today JIC Cannot find a pale leaf or top and hairs are standing up on the top buds for once and buds building nice on the lower ares the defs were cleared up first. Going to stop the foliars for a few days see what happens but will resume at first sign of need. Maggie has potential even after all this and we going to help her be all she can :D 11/22 Feeding day - Bio-Bloom 7ml - calmag 4ml - Recharge .5tsp / gal at 6.5PH to all three. No foliar today 11/23 The thickness of the hair growth on Layla is amazing! Will try and get pics at lights out of it if my crappy camera will catch it. The Afghan #1 feminised has been defoliated and opened up a bit more. The lady is doing considerably well displaying her new set of pistols looking like puffballs. She’s drinking twice the volume of waShe has 7 fingered leaves and has grown about 7cm this week. After the 16 days of flowering a give me lady a flush of pure water phd 6.0. She has no burnt tips and stands at 72cm tall.

Day 23 They are getting very hungry/thirsty they take much water and love the higher nutrient content!!! 🙀 Green gelato buds already smell nice a little hint of citrus and they fatten up good... Sweet ZZ still isnt showing a hint of the stretch I was hoping for ... hopefully she will get enaught light.. Fruit Spirit going fast and better than expected. I know there are some yellow / brownish leafs.... but i wont pick them unless its bad because i gave her heavy defo all the way and just want her to relax and get fat now for the rest of her life =) Day 28 Lowered the light about 10 cm to just 35-30 cm distance and so far they like it =) Also installed a fan under the scrog in the middle of the 4 pots for air circulation under the buds The Sweet ZZ Finally really developes some flowers (yessss was a bit worryed) Green Gelato just is a beast 100% love the genetic so awsome!! no topping just lst and scrog and that girl even goas better than the 2 weeks longer vegged Fruit Spirits. respect to RQS for breeding that girl cant wait to try the auto version got 5 seeds ready to go =P Fruit Spirit starts do get some nice berry like smell and looks like shes gonna finish early. so i guess when they are ready for the chop i will replace them with some autos maybe cookies and blueberry or something will see week 4 finished untill now im very happy with the outcome 😁

Started hardening off all plants this week. I was bringing them in at night for 4-5 days, then finally letting them stay out all night. Also gradually brought them more and more into the sunlight over the course of a week or so. You can see that there is a fair amount of damage from fungus gnats... and moreso of me overdoing it with neem oil (and using dawn foaming soap, which apparently is a big no-no).
