i harvested plant number one early, and was smoking it and squishing it before i even weighed. im sure i got over 20 grams from it. the secone plant i harvested dried and am in the process of curing, and havent smoked any! it weighed in at 36 grams dried buds, and i mean nearly just buds.. i cut everything off haha. definitely happy with this run!000

Whats up GD !!! ------------- GROWTH------------- Topped both plants, the bigger one, it is 3 days younger than the other, and seems to have faster development, more vigorous.. I think the reasons could be the pheno or the level of root development, i ll explain it : C#1 was in a yogurth as seen on photos and having all the sun. C#2 was in a wider recipient, lower in height, and in a room with poor light. I watered both plants at the same time, C#2 got curvy leaves when watered, i think maybe she likes near dry soil, or cant handle that level of humidity in the roots ... in my opinion she has less developed roots and the pot hadnt enought holes to let the air come in, the oposite of C#1, that seems to handle better humidity and is eating all she can, getting fluorescent green below sunlight. Both plants have same feeding and soil composition. ------------- IRRIGATION------------- Watered both ladies, around 0.2-0.3l each one with Deeper Underground. ------------- NUTRIENTS------------- Tall cheese C#1 : Deeper underground 1ml/l Short cheese C#2 : Deeper underground 1ml/l + Micro Vita (it only had Canna Pro soil ) --------------------------------------- Good vibes !! _12/04/2018_

Hello growers and tokers! 👋 👩‍🌾 🧑‍🌾.🔥💨 There has been much change this week!! First there was a big defoliation done, I cleaned the bottom of the plants. All the growth that wouldn't amount to anything because the light doesn't penetrate that low. Also took off the biggest fan leaves to give more room for light. Then finally switched to 12/12.. After just 36 hours after the defoliation there was a major change. New growth everywhere, colas started stretching upwards fast. By far the tallest girls in the tent. Her colas are stacking up nice and tight if she keeps that up we'll have some nice dense colas. 😁 Great reaction to the defoliation and 12/12 switch. I'm still watering every other day, After the defoliation I watered with only Enzymes 2ml/L to clean the roots a bit then started with the nutrientes again. I dropped the amount of grow nutrients from 3ml/L to 1ml/L and started adding bloom nutrientes 2ml/L for now. I'll slowly be upping the bloom nutrientes and after week 2 I'll no longer add grow nutrients. That's it for this week. Stay tuned to see how they flower. Stay safe!

Overall, the Bling strain grew very weird initially, however, it did suffer some trauma and grew 3-point leaves for awhile. Resistance to PM was not good, but was able to keep it at bay until harvest time by daily spraying of Athena Mildew Control. I prefer to use this as I was using H2O2 and it burned leaves because of the pH change. My other harvested plant, Mimosa did not do as good from that spraying, but more on her in my other post. Getting back to Bling - I felt the buds thickened up nicely in the end, with hues of purple calyxes coming out as well as with some leaves. Smells wonderful and looking forward to smoking some after the cure. More to follow...

It has been a week of amazing growth for the Xtrakush too. What an amazing plant this is. Resilient, enormous growth, it was only last week that we took out her brother. It turned out to be male, which is why we planted two in one pot. Already she has taken up its space almost entirely. And the bud growth is also something I haven't seen before. This can really turn out to be enormous buds if the buds grow out like advertised. All in all a great week with lots of activity on my part to facilitate these results. We are three weeks into flowering, the deadline I set myself from where I'm allowed defoliating the underside. To prevent stress, but also to maximize growth I hadn't touched them all grow. Also, I made the flowering amendments, it didn't seem they needed anything so I waited a couple of weeks. I made a mix of 2 cups worm castings, 2 cups bonemeal, 1 cup of micro life (per plant) and mixed this. I dropped this on the soil around the stem. In just a day another amazing stretch happened. The combined defoliation and added nutes gave a boost they seemed to love. I watered with a heavy mix of BAC organic flowering, Topmax and Calmag, and a one in 6 mix of my trusty permaculture tea. ok so everything has gone fantastic , no nutrient burns at all , and have been slowly creeping up the base nutrients , i have stopped the cal mag and now adding house and gardens bud XL at full strength these girls are now in full swing of flower and i bought a new ph stick this week , i have found when PHing the feed bucket that its best too have air stones in the bucket , add all nuts and then ph but do not use the feed that day as if you check the next day the ph is off again so i left it 24 hours after i add more ph down , and it seems too make the measurements alot easier and stable , i have bent down the main stems " without damaging them onto my netting too A keep the canopy all the same high so my lighting is covering all plants at the same distance and also it allowed the side stems too reach up too , i also was sponsored another new led light by kingbo this week so have added another 600watt led too the grow , so now have two 600's and one 900watt , and temps are still fine sitting at 24c lights on and 19-20 off , so am pleased with that , this lady is nice and compact and tight lots of leaves that I had too remove too open up her bud sites , stretch was also minimal ,

The 3rd and final girl has been trimmed, weighed and placed into curing jars! She added another 78grams making the total come to 219grams! I'm fairly happy with the result of my first grow! Id like to thank the community here on growdiaries. Without the hours I've spent looking through diaries, getting ideas, and learning, I've found this site invaluable! I hope my fellow growers keep on taking pics and sharing their experiences! Being my first grow and having to deal with manitoba flood humidity during late flower i believe i ended up with a decent harvest sitting in my jars. I really look forward to growing another photo strain in the future and perfecting my results but I think I'll be doing a run of autos first so I'll be back 😎😎 Post cure edit: These frosty buds matured into a dream to smoke. They really kick your ass and leave you breathless in a nice indica daze. Would not recommend for medical use for anyone with lung issues or super old smokers... but if you got some young lungs and wanna get fucked up, some good old OG kush will get it done boy! Well there looking really good the smell fairly skunky with a little orange peel smell so yeah the got even bigger they have stopped frowning well some of them but yeah there awesome plant but just doesn’t provide me with enough bud lol so yeah if you want more for this plant veg is where it’s at lol so what I mean is veg for a longer time if you have the space cause these plants grow really squat

I'm sorry I'm a little late for many reasons, but everything is fine, the harvest had to be done a little earlier because mold appeared due to high humidity. I liked the effect, it's a good sativa and energetic and I will definitely grow it in the future kannabiaseeds💚

Experiencing some light burn dialed the light down and I am removing the burned leaves . I am monitoring the grow if this doesn’t work I must try something different
