Summer isn’t officially here and the heat is still kicking my ass, the girls are loving it though. 3rd topping completed in the 4x4, the FX3 3x3 both phenos are doing phenomenal! Taking clones next week to secure the bank, looking forward!

The whole theme of this indoor grow was how to cope with the ups and downs of growing your medicine in a unfinished basement .The plant loved her environment in the first week but do to my soil being hot she soon developed yellowing of the leaves and was about to kill her off . Then with some adjustments to her enviroment she really took off and grew up .This has and continues to be a great strain to grow and the team at fastbuds always has those bomb genetics ...she never has issues with feeding and drank very well this whole trip . I would recommend this strain to anyone to try doesn't matter of your a hobbies or first time growing.. cheers canna family ...

Saludos

Sep 6: Tropicana Cookies FF is doing great. Maybe not as much flower maturation last week as I expected but we’re just starting week 8 of flowering. So likely the end of September which is fine for the late start on this plant. Sep 7: decided on a final top dressing of malted barley and Power Bloom. Seems they need a bit more P.

Good morning, time for the weekly update! Today is day 34 of flower and I’m starting to miss the training, topping, and busy days of veg growth! Just peek in on them once a day and water anymore, getting boring! Last week they got one watering with silica and one with fish shit, week 6 of flower is starting so after this week I’ll probably just be giving them plain ph water. I hope the flowers have stacked well and start to put on some weight now, maybe you guys can give me some feed back on how the buds are looking at this stage! Thanks for reading see ya next week :)

Пережил дефицит Кал-мага и засол почвы почти весь цикл. Справился с этой проблемой, дал не плохой урожай и приятный накур. Реально пахнет конфетами.

Into week three of flowering: - Need to up CalMg this week cause all my last grows with this strain the plants were stressing and showing signs of Mg deficiency I think. - The buds are stacking up pretty tight. - The top of the plant is showing some red veins AGAIN, don't know if it is genetics? Or is it too much light? ANY SUGGESTIONS? - Usually what happens is that after week three top of plant will show red veins and some leaves will turn light green yellow. What type of deficiency is this? Thanks in advance for the help. Happy growing, BM 4TwenTee *****Update on LIGHT STRESS:***** Okay I think I got this figured out. Since my plant is showing the following symptoms: - Slow yellowing of top of cannopy - Fan leaves pointing up in a steep angle - Leaves are tacoing up a bit with sharp pointy serrated leaves pointing up - Veins are turning purple and some leaves are showing green veins and yellowing of outer part of the leaf REASONS FOR THE SYMPTOMS: - Since the light is too close to the top of the canopy, although my light is running at around 60% and it is at least a meter away from the light. I think because this was a mother and basically she is accustomed to top canopy PAR of around 180-220 and she was measuring around 600PAR so that is just too much for the plant to handle. So I've lowered the light output so the top canopy is around 420 PAR. - Also my humidity is pretty high at around 72% so I lowered it to around 65% - The reason why the leaves are tacoing up to the light is because the canopy cannot take the high PAR, the temp at the top of the canopy is only 76F so that is acceptable, but the plant is trying the sweat due to the high PAR, but because the humidity was also too high it was not sweating as much as it should. - The reason why a light stressed plant shows different deficiencies eg. magnesium and phosphate is due to the "extra sweating" that takes place, cannabis plants don't choose what they intake, if they need more water to sweat, extra nutrients will be absorbed and this will lockout some of the other nutrients in the solution. **End of week update: Tried multiple changes but still no luck on getting rid of red leaf stem. - Added a 1 hour sunrise and sundown light regiment - Decreased Humidity to 65% from low 70's - Top of canopy PAR decreased from 600 to 350. Leaves red stems still not going away and top of canopy still trying to get rid of moisture with fan leaves pointing up. If anyone can chime in that would be great thanks.

Evening ladies and genitals, this week is amazingly better than the last few weeks. Reasons are: 1. i upgraded the fan in my grow tent. Its tall and oscillates. 2. I’ve figured out how to get the vapor from the humidifier directly into the tent as you can see in the video. As the extraction fan is running 24/7 it pulls in the air from the only open air intake hole pulling in the vapor. 3. I repotted from the teeny tiny pots into 2 litre pots with Sohum Living Soil. So I've upgraded the soil type. For a beginner like me this releases a lot of internal pressure from worrying about the nutrient deficiencies. With all that said the ladies have responded great. I’ve started to weigh each pot to guage how much water is being evaporated so i dont overwater. Some issues remain on the leaves from my previous overwatering but I’ve learnt that the damaged leaves will stay damaged. You can see the tips are hella bent in 1 pic at the ends. Hopefully it will be OK for the new leaves at least. I cut off damaged leaves on 2 of the girls but left the others. I want to see what happens when they are left to grow naturally and mindful of the fact that if defoliating at not the right intervals will stunt their growth . I will do LST but at the moment i cant cause they're not really big enough yet. Till next time, peace out. 420 right around the corner!

It's been a pretty good week. I did quite a big defoliation, as things were getting crowded. I switched to a more flowering dominant feeding, I decreased the Nitrogen and pumped up the phosphorus and potassium. I will soon do a flush, as it looks like the nuts are starting to accumulate at the roots.

This plant was a BEAST!! She loaded up on frost as much as one could want. She smells super pungent!! The weight of the buds are becoming too much for the branches. This plant was pure gold for a fast photoperiod!! 😎🌱

On day 36, the lighting regime was changed to 12 hours of light. Everything goes on schedule, the plant looks very healthy. I'm satisfied:) This is my first plant that grows so well. The leaves are just perfect. Based on the result, I will be adjusting the substrate with nutrient additives.

What can I say about this one she’s my pride and joy she’s got so much buds growing on her it’s amazing I just hope that in the next couple of weeks they will swell and fatten up besides that I couldn’t be happier she’s got a beautiful fruity smell and an amazing frosting I’m planning to feed her for another two weeks And then will start flushing Description Candida (CD-1) has the highest CBD and lowest THC content of any strain currently available on the seed market. It was named after the founder of Medical Marijuana Genetics’ late mother and means ‘bright light’ in Latin. Our Laboratory results show CBD levels of between 20.6% and 10.9% CBD with THC levels rising with higher CBD levels - but never passing 1% THC. The balance between CBD and THC remains more consistent than any similar strain. With these ratios of CBD to THC, the anti-psychotic capabilities of the higher levels of CBD outweigh the relatively small amounts of THC, and effectively remove the "high", psychological effect, ensuring a non-psychoactive cannabis plant. Candida can be grown both indoors and outdoors. It is recommended for all environments and grow-media and has a unique lemon flavour and aroma that compliments its medicinal properties. CD-1 will flourish in any climate. It has impressed many with its highly vigorous early growth Candida will noticeably produce two different phenotypes; a sativa and an indica. Initial research has suggested that the sativa phenotype will produce lower, whispier yields often associated with sativa strains. We have noticed to date that the sativa pheno produces higher CBD counts. In comparison, the indica pheno will produce bigger, denser yields with lower CBD levels but still with significant CBD content. It is recommended to give good care to the sativa phenos as these can be harder to manage and will have larger distances between the internodes making the plants more vulnerable. Generally, the sativa pheno is better suited to making extractions than to smoking and vaping, whilst the indica pheno is suitable for all.
