Seeing pistols today on 28 so I had to get photos! These girls are looking great. I have cut back on watering and they're looking much better imo. A few burnt tips but I'm not too worried. My ph was almost 7 a week ago so I go a ph pen for my water and did some watering at 6ph and now going with 6.3 to slowly bring her down. These girls are looking super bushy, green, and hardy imo and they're more appealing to me than the Orginal Afghan Kush Auto from Fastbuds grown side by side. El ph se controla en 6.5, la temperatura la tenemos entre 24/22 grados y la humedad ronda el 70%. El ciclo de crecimiento puse 20h de luz, el foco está al 50% de potencia. Me gustaría estar más encima este cultivo pero la salud me está impidiendo un poco este 100% con el proyecto. 01/05 - Updating this a day early as they won't be 3 weeks old until tomorrow - but tomorrow's pretty busy for me... Gave them both a bucket change... added the Rapid Start to GG's bucket as her roots looked like they could use some (although I STILL think they look like OG has one more week of life to her than GG!) Going to start some LST later on today, a bit of ponytailing perhaps.... I have the feeling these two are going to fill my small tent!! Update: I went back 2 hours after changing their buckets only to find GG screaming in agony (see the pics of her teaching me a lesson)... the pH had shot up to 6.7 and she was NOT a happy camper at all!! Quickly made the adjustment and will check on her every half hour and measure her pH ... she's one sensitive little gal, is GG... Meanwhile, the same thing had happened to OG but, in typical OG fashion, she just yawned and said "Huh?" but I adjusted HER pH as well... good god! Second update 01/05 ... GG's pH was going up slowly again BUT she looked 100% better - her leaves had perked back up, the terrible crisping of them had stopped.. I trimmed off the two really bad leaves as they wouldn't ever regain any ability to help the plant and I did another small adjustment of her pH down again. I've also "ponytailed" her as I've wanted to try this technique and she seemed a good candidate as her cola was definitely going to be dominant. This technique will hopefully allow the side buds to gain more height and the plant will take on more of a bowl shape as opposed to a Christmas tree shape... Should anyone reading this want to try this, you need to know you cannot allow the ponytail to be in place longer than 8 hours a day... Interesting day... very interesting day. 01/06 - Well, the two of them made it through their day yesterday ... OG doesn't show any signs of any stress and GG is doing well although a couple of her leaves still bear the marks of her aversion to high pH levels! She's going to be the one I'm really going to have to baby but that's ok... OG is just a bull - nothing bothers that one! Ponytailing both of them again today... then I'll stop for a week before doing it again. 01/07 - Decided to do a regular bit of LST on GG - she's not as bushy as OG and will take more readily to that kind of training. OG, though, is still going to be ponytailed because she's short, fat and really, really dense. Did a bit of defol on OG yesterday and it's been well received by her - she's doing extremely well! Update... I've just discovered why OG is so much further along than dear GG... I was going back through the logs I keep because I wanted to know when to expect my newest baby's roots might hit the water - and I realized that OG's roots hit the water when she was only 4 days old! FOUR DAYS OLD!!!! That's unheard of... at least in MY experience! GG's roots didn't hit until she was 10 days old (her roots were only peeking out of the netpot at 6 days old) ... so no wonder OG has seemed like she's been about a week older than GG this whole time! That one is a ROCKET!!! Wowsie! 01/08 - Continuing to ponytail OG and LST GG... and both are loving it... responding really well. OG's side bud sites are almost completely catching up to the main cola so I think I'm going to just let it ride for a while. GG is needing more LST every day, keep pulling her over, letting her small bud sites into the light and they're responding well - had I left them alone, they would have been candidates for defoliation at some point - this way, they'll probably develop into good sized buds. 01/10 - The girls are really going to town but I'm having to do some hard LST on OG to try to keep her at a similar height as GG or we're going to have problems with the light distance soon. I may also have to do some defol on her soon - she's just terribly bushy! They're both loving their nutes - GG's is slightly less than OG's - and I'm keeping GG's pH at 6.0 since she doesn't seem to like it any higher than that... 01/11 - So the ponytailing days are over... both are being "normally" LST'd and they're both pretty much the same height which is good. Did some defoliation on OG yesterday - just took the two top fan leaves off since they were so massive they were shading the entire plant... she looks awfully good this morning and I'm super pleased. Starting to look for signs of pre-flower - should be soon!

She is a beautiful short plant bushy, buds are sticky and showing that purple color very vibrantly with that white layer of crystals. The buds are very dense and solid with some swelling left to do. This is possibly her last feed before flush however she has been hungry and continues to take the nutrients.

Here we are, ready, after a week of truly fruitful germination we have 20 beautiful plants all marked with the Z of Zamnesia. We have moved on to autoflowering, unlike many growers I have no prejudice against this type of plant, it is true that they are the easiest to make but it is also true that they have improved a lot in terms of flower quality and if once ease meant lower quality now even the most presumptuous old school flower children growers struggle to understand if a flower is from an autoflowering or a normal photoperiodic plant. There are people who claim to recognize it from the flavor but then never succeed, it's funny. I enjoy making them strip their heads with these magnificent new autoflowering. She is the Blue Cheese, a second generation Dutch strain let's say, traditional but this time in f1 Hybrid version. Die Damen sind offiziell in die Vorblüte gestartet. Bis jetzt gab es keinerlei Schädlingsprobleme, aber ab diesem Stadium gilt für mich Safety first – denn in der Blütephase kommen nur noch natürliche Mittel zum Einsatz. Daher setze ich auf biologische Helfer, die eventuelle ungebetene Gäste direkt wieder vor die Tür – oder in ihren Magen – begleiten. Zur Unterstützung habe ich von WizzysGarten den Pflanzengeflüster-Booster eingesetzt, um den Ladys einen Extra-Energieschub zu geben, damit sie kräftige und aromatische Blüten ausbilden können. Außerdem wurde nochmal entlaubt und leicht gelollipopped, um Licht und Luft optimal zu lenken. Die ersten Blütenansätze zeigen sich bereits – es geht los! ✨🌸

Deze week 4 dames overgepot in 10 lt potten en een mag als reserve op de bank blijfen zitten .😁 Wat spaarlampen erbij gedaan zit nu op de 125 watt een voer dit met de tijd op naar 250 watt. Mijn eerste 2 oogsten waren autoflowers ben benieuwd wat het gaat schelen met gewone old scool zaden .

Pretty basic week. I transplanted the Green Tea plant from a Jiffy Pot to a 1 gallon fabric pot. The plant probably could have stayed in the Jiffy Pot for another week or so but some of my plants that were a little bigger when I transplanted them were packed with roots. I just figured I'd transplant a bit earlier to give my roots more space sooner.

Hoy finaliza este hermoso proceso de cultivo, que por descuido y falta de medidas tenemos una cosecha polinizada que dará origen a un curuze entre la Jack Orange de Gea seeds y una Runtz de Mr.Q seeds; se observa unos cogollos no tan compactos ni gordos, asumo que esto se debe a la falta de estimulantes para el crecimiento de los cogollos y la polinizacion de la planta feminizada, que gasto sus energías en la formación de semillas y no en engordar cogollos. La planta entra a secado en oscuridad en un habiente controlado, para proceder a retirar las semillas y utilizar el material vegetal ya seco y rico en tricomas en la extracción de rosin. En el corte de la planta en su estado ya maduro, obtuvimos una planta de 55 cm de altura, con aroma fuerte, colores vivos, con cogollos llenos de tricomas

So we have had a heck of a week. Fought the gnats and maybe won part of the war. I replanted the troubled girl into a fabric pot with roots 707 only. I figured it can't get worse, right? The other gal that topped herself is doing amazing! She's going to be a big ole girl!
