Ladies, gentlemen, and all the wonderful beings following this journey, I am thrilled to announce that we have reached the highly anticipated harvest week for our beautiful PCRs. This has been an incredible journey, and now it's time to reap the rewards of our hard work and dedication. The PCRs are nothing short of perfection. Their frost-covered buds are a sight to behold, glistening like they've been kissed by winter's breath. The trichomes are abundant and sparkling, making these ladies look absolutely stunning. The aroma is intoxicating, a true testament to their strong genetics and the care they've received. Upon taking them out of the tent, I was amazed by their strength and resilience. Despite my best efforts to make them dance, these ladies stood tall and proud, requiring no support at all. This just goes to show the exceptional quality and sturdiness of the PCR strain. Aptus Holland's Enzym+. This product is a game-changer, breaking down dead root material and turning it into usable nutrients, ensuring our soil remains rich and fertile for future grows. Speaking of which, I do plan to reuse the soil, thanks to the amazing benefits of Enzym+. This enzyme product not only helps with nutrient uptake but also keeps the soil ecosystem healthy and thriving. Here's the final stats for this week: TDS: 130 PH: 6.8 Temp: 21°C A huge shout-out to Aptus Holland for their incredible products that have consistently supported my plants' growth and health. Also, a massive thank you to Art Genetix for creating the phenomenal PCR strain that has brought so much joy to this grow. To all my fellow growers, followers, and the entire community, your support and encouragement mean the world to me. This journey wouldn't be the same without you. As we move forward, let's continue to spread love, positivity, and the joy of cultivating these amazing plants. Stay tuned for the final results and more updates as we dry and cure these beautiful buds. Until then, keep growing, stay positive, and never stop believing in the magic of cultivation. Peace, love, and happy growing! Our beauty is looking good, isn't she? Her buds are thickening and the trichomes getting more of that gorgeous purple color. Some are already cloudy, few (most of them are damaged, probably due to looking at them under our mikroskopic lense too closely) turned amber. Harvest is set to be at week 8 in flower, so it's 2 weeks from now on, but we'll see how she develops by then. Smell-wise it's pretty bareable right now; we feared that our whole apartment would smell like a huge coffeeshop in amsterdam, but by keeping the door to our "growroom" closed you can hardly smell anything. It's only when touching some frosty leaves while defoliating that you get some of the strain-specific scents, mostly consisting of citrusy aroma with earthy undertones. Temperature is stable right now; the severe heat wave should be gone for the next weeks and by meagerly opening the door we can adjust the temperatures quite good. Humidity is also pretty solid thanks to our dehumidifier.

I will be focusing this diary on the smoothie strain but you’ll be seeing some other plants in the tent that are not the same strain. I only have room in this tent so bare with me. There are 2 Smoothie, 1 CNC, and 1 Stardawg (dog). The smoothie are the two bigger ones in the back of the tent. Now, the Smoothie from FastBuds is just killin it right now. Since I popped the beans they have done nothing but show signs of greatness. I don’t think this one is gonna slow down much either. I’m going to push these plants harder than my last harvest. I had a really really amazing harvest last time. I was even able to pull sap out of all 4 plants. 2 Zkittles and 2 LSD-25. This was all done by feeding at the right times and keeping a “moist” soil. Also I want add that I ran pretty much the entire line of Nectar for the Gods at a little less then the recommended ratios. This time I plan on going a tiny bit over the recommended ratios just to see what these plants will do. Trust me, if the plants have a bad response I will go back to the recommended ratios. The reason I want to do this is because I really think these auto strains can handle a lot more than a regular flowering cycle plant would. They can handle more stress, that’s for sure. When do you think I should add a compost tea into my regimen? Soon or wait till the plant is a little larger?

Here we are at the end of week 4. I’ve grown this plant once and took her at 56 days, but I have since switched to an 11-13 flowering photoperiod which does seem to hasten maturity. My garden is 100% personal and this plant is some of my favorite herb. She has a berry smell, but there is also leather. Very nice. Not recommended for daytime. She also yields very well. These flowers will really swell in the last couple of weeks. I was able to get a height measurement on her when I moved her into the flower tent. I take this measurement and compare it to the final height at harvest. This observation will give me a good idea of how much she stretches. I find that the ratio I record is applicable as long as the environment is similar. I do this so I can try to time the transition to flower to maximize vertical growth (and yield) on future grows. Nothing is worse than when you know they are going to grow into the lights and there’s nothing you can do to stop it.

Ordered a scale the other day so should have some more numbers tomorrow! Not going to sample anything until I get the scale, then I'll update with some more details.

What a surprising week this has been. Unfortunately our Elixir CBD instead of producing a healthy 20 to 30 grams dry yeild has seemed to know only expect to give us 5 grams if we lucky😞.Our Pineapple Express#2 is growing expectionally well standing at 42CM all she needs is some training hopefully its not too late. Our Blue Cheese is 7CM and Granddaddy black is 3CM.Our GSC is now about 12CM and our Purple Kush is about 17CM and Hindu Kush about 19CM they have all began training.

These 3 Gelato auto are part of a 30 plant SOG project, in this diary we will only focus on this fantastic strain as you can see, this is Gelato auto by fast buds grown with nothing but FLO (living soil blend) mixed up with the soil and water 💦, let's see what type of flavors we are going to find! Stay tuned for this one! 👨‍🌾❤️💚

They ended up getting too tall and if I had let the cola's develop where they were, they would've outgrown my tent so instead I did some super cropping and bent over most of the top branches on pheno's 3 & 4 (left & right).

2024-12-25 to 2024-12-31 With less than 2 weeks remaining to this grow, I started the flush - straight water w/ CALMAG for one more watering, then straight water for the last 10 days. With the high humidity from all the rain we have had, as well as higher than average winter temps, it has been difficult to find that sweet spot for Vapor Pressure Deficit (VPD). However, we are predicted to have cold and dry weather starting New Years Eve and lasting for a couple of weeks. This will allow me to control the lung room environmental aspects to try to hit that VPD sweet spot for the last couple of weeks of flower. 12-26 Day 47/101 Flushed w/ water and CALMAG - 1.5 gal each 12-30 Day 51/105 Trichomes are mostly milky, with less than 5% amber 12-31 Day 52/106 .5 gal water + CALMAG each. Leaves are starting to show nutrient deficiency from the flush. Water overflow in trays is reddish in color, indicating a large amount of nutrients still in the soil.

11/14 Day 23 from flip. The stretch has been explosive, so much so that I’m beginning to have height concerns. I can probably add another trellis net and lower it down a little bit, but not by much. I just have to hope they level off soon. I’ve needed to turn the lights down every day or two, and even then I’m at almost 800 PAR / 34.6 DLI at the topmost part of the canopy. The majority is closer to about 725 PAR / 31.3 DLI so I’ll leave it there for now. 11/19 Day 28 from flip. Well, the stretch sadly hasn’t stopped. I was able to raise my lights a few extra inches but it’s now maxed out at the top of the tent. The topmost branch is about 12” away from the lights so this really is about as much as I can realistically handle. I realize Ethos was up front about sending this strain into flower earlier than normal due to the way it grows but this is really nuts. We’ve now easily tripled, if not almost quadrupled, in height and lord knows how much there is still to go. Stretch aside, everything else with the grow is bang on. Everything looks healthy, no signs of any disease or pests, every branch has solid airflow around it with nothing being too crowded. I just need the stretch to stop and everything will be great.
