Ladies, gentlemen, and all the wonderful beings following this journey, I am thrilled to announce that we have reached the highly anticipated harvest week for our beautiful PCRs. This has been an incredible journey, and now it's time to reap the rewards of our hard work and dedication.
The PCRs are nothing short of perfection. Their frost-covered buds are a sight to behold, glistening like they've been kissed by winter's breath. The trichomes are abundant and sparkling, making these ladies look absolutely stunning. The aroma is intoxicating, a true testament to their strong genetics and the care they've received.
Upon taking them out of the tent, I was amazed by their strength and resilience. Despite my best efforts to make them dance, these ladies stood tall and proud, requiring no support at all. This just goes to show the exceptional quality and sturdiness of the PCR strain.
Aptus Holland's Enzym+. This product is a game-changer, breaking down dead root material and turning it into usable nutrients, ensuring our soil remains rich and fertile for future grows. Speaking of which, I do plan to reuse the soil, thanks to the amazing benefits of Enzym+. week intel:
its time for second pruning they grew up too fast and need second pruning as below :
first i remove big fan leaves and only leaves then let them rest for 1 day then the second part of pruning will get done that is removing branches based on these conditions:
1-if the branch is very low and never can make it to the top ,
2- if branch is in shade even after pruning fan leaves ,
3- if there are too many branches at the small space then non of them will get resources so if there is no space for branch then , they must get remove.
everything is perfect!
stresses :
pruning big fan leaves and lower branches + a little E.C stress around 1.7 once a week
feeding:
i feed them 3 times this week with this order :
day 1 : i feed them heavy with silicate +base nutrients(calcium & micros + Bloom) about 884 ppm - 1.7 e.c to cause a little stress.
day 3 : i feed them low dose of Feeding Booster + Karbo Boost around 325 ppm - 0.6 e.c to let them recover a little but not fully recover still a little stress will caused.
day 5 : i feed them with low dose of Top-Max + B-52 around 213 ppm - 0.4 e.c to let them recover the stresses to get ready for another stress next week.
guide of the week :
no more stresses from now on till the end and from next week i'll reduce the amount of nitrogen and calcium to below half to the end.

Ak 01, the largest from the start, shows a loss of apical dominance, naturally pruned in a Y shape. A leaf has sprouted instead of a top. This is the first time I've ever seen this. I'll see how it turns out. Showed pistils today at 16 days old.
Ak 02 showed pistils at 15 days old; my record until then was 17 days old. I'm scared of that speed.

Sep 7: this is a great plant, but it’s likely Overdose Fast and not an Auto version. Strange shape because I broke a stem after topping and expected an auto (single topping) and not a photoperiod plant that I would have manifolded. C’est la vie.
Sep 11: progressing nicely.
Sep 12: raining this morning but buds are looking heavier. Noticeable bud growth lately.

Entering the final stage of this run.. in other words, late flowering. Just giving 1600ml of RO water enriched with Ca and Mg. Guess I will feed a last time with Enhancer and Green Power tomorrow.

7/26 can't believe my old pump tested at 1 watt!! when advertised for 5 gal tank, anyways upgraded to 4 watt, keeping the inch between basket and water, flower nutrients dyed everything brown, res ppm stays around 600-700 lower temps 80-90 degrees ph 5 doing a lot of tucking of fan leaves, some stalks are stretching higher then others, adjusting light as needed, keeping light around 12 inches from canopy
7/30 lots of new growth, having to refill res 2-3 times a week about

These girls are looking good, they are slowly streching at a good pace. They are still on a 6.4-6.8 ph which they are loving. No burnt tips from over feeding. There branching is good, stems are thick and sturdy, dont think I'm going to need support. So they get fed & inoculated once a week (@900-1100/ph:6.4-6.6)on Tuesdays and watered (@170-220ppm/ph:6.4-6.5)(acti-vara/cal-mag(2ml/gal.)) some times I dont have to use a buffer (ph+/-).

All trimmed and bagged! I'll be taking pics later tonight and adding the harvest "update" in the journal. I'll have all the stats about weight and whatnot there.

Day 62F today! I'm chopping E4 tonight, so my next update will include her in the overall Eucalypto harvest update that I do later on tonight. The Don Lemon is just chugging along. Looks hungry but I'm not going to give her anything now lol. I'll give her another few days and chop. Haven't checked the trichomes too deeply yet. Seeing cloudy but lots of clear, but I only checked 1 or 2 lowers. E4 is definitely ready lol. I mean, just look at her in that video (edit: just watched the video as it uploaded here, and it got resized because that does NOT do it justice. The raw video is insane). SHEESH. Imagine someone doused a tire in gasoline and lit it on fire. That's what she smells like. 😷😵

5/14 - Day 54/Day 14 Flower
Water uptake is increasing significantly. Been watering about a half gallon to a gallon every 3 days. Stretch has started to begin so I've been starting to get more aggressive with the LST. Darker green color has started to return to the leaves. No signs of deficiencies and my girl looks happy and healthy.

Well, these girls are well on their way into bloom. They are really stacking it on since the addition of the worm castings. I strongly suggest everyone use worm castings in your soil mixes, even if you are using salt-based nutrients.

Day 63 ( again!): Well folks it had been a very busy week in the room with harvesting and preparing for more.
The #2 Gorilla is drying nice and slowly in around 15°c cool air and has now been joined by the #1 and #3 Gorilla girls too. They both surprised me with the amount of buds tucked away below their canopy and although not the tallest plants , they should yield ok for it. Their buds were rock solid and so pinapple scented and tasting !. I nipped a small side off a few day ago to sample #1 and it was so sweet and smooth. wow a nice hit too. roll on cure and jar time. ....the pics don't do them justice up close but hopefully you can see the likeness to GG4 in their make up as opposed to #2and 4
#4 Gorilla girl is now at day 63 so ready for the end now. I will leave her a day or two more then put her into darkness for her pre trim oil push. I did nip chunks from her stem in a few places to hsrrsss her a little to also push some oils, hopefully this will pay off.
Sweet Cheese has finished well too now. her main bud is thick amd very solid. She leaves a sticky finger and diesel stench like nonother strain can.lpl Her time is also now. Hopefully the next time we see these two ladies left , they will be trimmed for the dry.

I took both ladies out for their 48hrs dark period before their trim up for drying today. pics updated too. Will update after trim before the long wait on the drying.
Good news is that the #2 girl is close to her finishbfor harvest and jarring. not snappable yet but a crispness to her buds is close. A slightly staggered harvest guys , sorry.

Update Day 110: #2 Gorilla girl is done and dusted. her 10 days low and slow have finished her perfectly. now into a tub for a short cure with the 6.2 bovedas. The smoke is so smooth with zero harshness. Will benefit a cure for some termination as the darker girls don't finknlike the other 2 at all. There is a berry kind of hit to it though only weak at present .
I am pleased she yielded what she did and seeing how much shrinkage I had, worried me for a short while.lol
Her trim was not a manicure due to the nature of her buds being Berry looking on drying and so much frost to keep the tiny leaf pieces left in , very active.lol

Not to be sniffed at for her size at all. A good start to the harvest. Roll on the #1and #3 being dry in a few more days. They looked a lot more productive !. woohoo. I love this hobby .lol

This was a good grow, I was hoping for a bigger phenotype but overall I’m happy. She smells sweet and dank, all her flowers are pretty dense and compact. She has good resistance to stress and humidity considering her structure.
